I am so pleased with my experience with Budget Blinds!!  My Hunter Douglas honeycomb shade no longer worked after being repaired before by the original name brand store where I purchased it. After trying to call that store and never getting a callback, I called Budget Blinds and talked to Corey. He came out that same day, took the blind and returned the next day to reinstall a fixed blind. It works even better than before!! I am totally impressed with the courteous and professional manner of this business and I will definitely return for future window treatments.

Our blinds are beautiful. Our installation appointment was at 9:30. The installer made the process look so easy!  He was very efficient and a pleasure to talk to.  All 6 of our new blinds were up in a little over an hour and a half. A great company to do business with. I have more windows that will likely give them more business in the not too far off future!!  Very pleased with the entire process from ordering to the installation.

Sometimes nice. Show favoritism to customers. If one person is searching for one item and someone comes in they know will buy more they stop helping the one to serve the "more important" customer. They do eventually help everyone.

I had an experience in your Highland Drive, Jonesboro Arkansas store I wanted to share (and I fill out very few of these inquiries).  I met and was helped by an employee named Danny.  Without going into huge details, Danny is exactly the reason people will go to Ace Hardware before going elsewhere. Smart, courteous, knowledgeable and just a wealth of experience. He is what every manager should want from an employee. I'll be making Ace my first stop from now on and I hope this message will be forwarded to the right people to recognize Danny for his great work.

BEAUTIFUL STORE! Has just about everything. Basic items (e.g.command strips) are higher in price than some other bih box stores but you are supporting local business

We came in on Saturday  late afternoon afer having had our car burglarized in Memphis on our way home to Kansas city.  We needed to find a way to temporarily  cover thw open window with clear plastic so we could still see through the window.

The blonde lady at the register was very helpful and kind.

The store was clean

The store rep didn't seem to know how to help me but I did find the materials to help me  - said the obly option was a tarp for painting but the plastic was not see through.  I suggesred the weather-proofing plastic and he said they wouldnt have anything like that.  But they did have it and it worked perfectly

I can't say enough about Brookland Roofing and Construction! What an awesome company. Byron is so fast to respond to any question or concern I had. He kept me in loop as to when the materials would be delivered to when the crew would show up. When I tell you these people show up on time and get to work you better believe it! They had our roof done in a day. I can't forget to mention how they cleaned up afterwards, couldn't even tell anyone had been there. If you need a new roof,do yourself a favor and call the best. They take pride in their work and it shows. It is so nice to know there is a company out there that still believes in customer service!

Byron responded to my text immediately.   We set up an appointment and he followed through with a complete inspection of my roof.  He even spoke with my insurance adjuster on the phone, on a Sunday !  His crew showed up as expected, bright and early.  By lunch, I had a new roof.  Their work was top notch and Byron came to inspect it at completion.  Great experience.. I recommend Brookland Roofing and Construction for sure !!

Window World of Northeast Arkansas

My experience with window world was awesome! The window installers were awesome! The were very nice, respectful, attentive & explained pretty much every step they were doing, very professional. My house is an older house & the windows & trim around the windows made it look like a more modern home & warm!.the old window caused my home to be so drafty, but difference with the new windows is amazing! No air wind & even lessons the sounds from outside I’m very please with the work that was done & my new windows.

The entire process was pleasant. Tyler was very professional and informative. Once the windows came in and we were notified that they were ready to install. The installation crew showed in the morning and they too were professional. The new windows are a great improvement to the house and so far are exactly what we accepted.

The installation of our new Window World windows went very smoothly. We were so excited to have these new energy efficient windows installed An added benefit is that they can be completely cleaned from the inside. The staff was very professional and listened to our every concern.

We had Window World replace our old glass block bathroom window with a new picture window. Chad did great work. He was professional, friendly and courteous. Everything was cleaned up before he left. When we replace more windows, we will definitely ask for him.  Thank You.

My experience was favorable from the start.

I called for an in-home estimate and they set me up with a fairly quick visit. The representative was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The windows were made and installed in under two months and WW set me up with one year no interest.

Chad's installation was so much better than I could have expected. I have an old house and these were not pop in ready openings. Chad rebuilt ruined window jambs as specified in the sales agreement. (Verbal because I didn't actually read the sales contract.)

The 5 windows and sliding glass door were installed in under 8 hours and really upgraded the value of my house.

The price was as expected.

ABC Seamless of Northeast Texas

They did a fantastic job on our gutters.  Highly satisfied.

We are trying to get someone from ABC Gutters to return our calls.  Our gutters were installed last fall by ABC Gutters. We are having issues.  We had a friend a quick look at them recently because the water pours out and over the gutters flooding our yard. It appears spacers should have been installed so the gutters are not flush to the roof.  We have tried calling ABC several times.  If anyone knows how to get them to return calls, please share.

They are very helpful and kind. Prices were very reasonable and will be hiring them shortly for gutters. You will not be disappointed with them.

Budget Blinds of Rockford & Sycamore

We used Budget Blinds when we moved into our new home in 2019. They did an excellent job and we were very happy. Now fast forward to 2023. We had shades installed on our slider door and one of them broke. I called Laura and she was able to contact manufacturer and replace BOTH of the shades so they will match. All we have to pay for is installation. Budget Blinds backs their products even four years later. Laura was helpful and was able to put the replacement order in the next day! Impressive!

Budget blinds in loves park, (Rockford) has the greatest people! Tony and the installers were awesome and Laura went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!  The blinds look better then I even expected and have completely changed my house! Thank you to a great team of people making sure I was happy.

We just purchased a house in the Rockford area.   Our realtor highly recommended Budget Blinds.  They re-did the blinds in 3 of our rooms right after we moved in.  Great job.  Great price.  Easy to deal with.  We will contact them when it’s time to replace other blinds in the house.  We are extremely satisfied.

Yesterday, we had plantation shutters installed in four rooms.  This is the second time we have used Stan, Laura, and Patrick.  Their service is top notch!!!  The various blinds we had installed in October of 2021 and now are beautiful and completely changed the room for the better.  I will always be a repeat customer of this Budget Blinds location!

As they say, Ace is the place! Have been here many times over the years. It's a bit further away from me, so I have often already been to a few other places in town before ending up at Ace.  And, when the other places in town don't seem to have what I need, usually Ace does. Generally, those other places will even say, "Hmmm... we don't have that, but you might be able to find that at Ace."

I love Ace Hardware. I can almost always find what I need and the staff is great. They go out of their way to help.

Used to be a lot better. If Georgia, Stan, or Ted isn't working you better know exactly what you're looking for because no one can help you besides them. Management has gone way downhill since Micah and Tina were around. Absolutely recommend going to Dwight or Fairbury Ace instead

ABC Seamless Home Specialists

ABC Seamless Home Specialists are really great. They replaced my old aluminum siding with new stainless steel, built a new porch for me and installed a couple new windows. Jim was very helpful throughout the entire process. Austin and Brandon did a great job with the siding and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Jim and his entire team!

Our seamless steel siding, insulation, soffit and fascia project wrapped up recently and we are thrilled with the results. What a transformation! We appreciate the team's hard work and especially wanted to highlight how impressed we were with Austin and Kevin. Our project was a complicated one, with lots of little details and coordination. Austin and Kevin often came to us with ideas on how to make our home the best it could be. Towards the end, Kevin went the extra mile regarding the trim around our large windows to better meet our vision than what was initially possible within the limits of the materials. This key detail makes such a difference in the overall look of our front facade and we are so proud of the results. Kevin and Steven also took special care of the mounting details for the steel canopy we purchased to put a wonderful finishing touch on the project. We’re so happy we chose ABC.

In the spring ABC replaced my aluminum siding with insulation and seamless steel siding my Madison Gas and Electric bill came. down almost 12%. The house looks better it's quieter and I do believe it increased the property value more than the cost of the siding and the labor. The crew was very detailed and thought of things I didn't think of I'm very happy with the job they did.

We had seamless steel siding installed.  Cannot be more thrilled with the outcome.  Our house is completely transformed for the better.  Brandon and Austin were great!  Their attention to detail was on point. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing.  They are so nice to work with and respond to calls and messages promptly. They replaced my damaged gutter and windows.  The windows are amazing quality and they had the job done in a day.  The cost was less than I had budgeted too and exactly what was quoted. I can't recommend them enough.  When I first started looking to replace my windows last year, I was ghosted by 3 contractors. I should have just called these guys first.
