Target

I received exceptional customer service today. I called and asked Sara at the customer service desk if they had a certain baseball card in stock and she went over and checked for me and confirmed they were in stock. I had to drive about 30 minutes to get there so I was floored. She took the time to help me. It’s not every day that you feel like the person wants to help you in retail and I truly appreciate how friendly and helpful she was. Thank you so much Sara.

We made a trip to the pharmacy and picked up some other non pharmacy items. As usual, the short staffed pharmacy took quite awhile. There were only 2 people working, including the pharmacist. The clerk was friendly and helpful. We used the self check out for our other items. The wait wasn't too bad, but we had to wait for the only cashier working to get a break to come help us with our $5 store coupon. If you get there at just the right time, a trip to Target isn't too bad. If your timing is off, it can take a long time to check out. Not the place to go if you only have a few items to pick up.

You need to have an employee working in the electronics department since half of the stuff you have in there it’s locked up and need the key to open. Don’t send me looking all over the whole entire store to find an employee and can’t even find one single employee to help me in the whole store on the floor. Other than the people at the checkout or customer service. That’s ridiculous. Pay somebody to work in the electronics department!!! Target makes plenty of money an can afford to pay to have somebody working in that department at all times. They always have plenty of AT&T people there to sell your freaking cell phone but they can’t help you in electronics department???

This store is a mess. I visited on a Monday morning and they were in the middle of restocking. Some aisles were impassable. I stopped to look at some water and a Target employee with a large loaded push cart rammed into my cart which I had a hold of and my whole body jerked. He just kept on going. I had a list of items I was going to pick up but decided this was not the place to be and left.

Great experience! Found Christmas gifts for all my family. David was very helpful.

Macy's

Love coming here during Christmas! The decorations outside are absolutely beautiful and the backstage is perfect for people who are on a spending budget. You can get absolutely anything at this store and it is incredible for Christmas shopping!

It's been a long long time since I have been to Macy's. When I was a child I thought Macy's was best ever;especially, Macy's on 32th avenue. This Macy's  has changed. The spaces are broken down to designer clothing and such. There is construction going on. Quality clothing is still there and going strong. Busy. I'm glad the store still exists!

Wow, what huge department store, all the major brands are sold here. It’s great to be able to try on shoes and clothes in person to see how they fit and looks on me. Much better than shopping online.

Also we should shop more in person to support actual store or one day they’ll be gone and all we have left is Amazon. How terrible is that.

Superb wine bar with views that relax and service that is relaxed and makes you feel at home ; best part of this store is where they sell  bed sheets where the service is informative;  But the basement where they have kitchen products is more cluttered warehouse with limited service; I also like  the Boudin cafe in the basement which has good food and service.

Solid stores with all types of gems and sales. I like their home goods and furniture section the most.

Journeys

Large establishment with large sneaker selections for men, women and kids.  Appreciated for clean, organized, friendly staffs and low volume setting on the music.

Just met Jackie the manager at the Paramus location. I have to share because she was so warm, smart and very knowledgeable.I was there to replace a broken backpack. They didn’t have the product and we almost ordered directly from the backpack company but we stayed because of Jackie. She is so efficient here at this location but can totally see her rising quickly. I say promote this woman she is a GEM!

Omg so many working staff members but nobody is willing to help until you go and request for it.

The young blonde woman with the ear guages was very friendly and professional. She was prompt in offering assistance and retrieving our desired shoe size.. Even decent customer service stands out to me as a business owner because it is often lacking more often than not. So I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the pleasant experience I had with her.

Walmart

A nice little Walmart that had everything we needed. We bought a couple of University of Oregon shirts the day prior. After trying them on we decided we needed to return them for a different size. The return process was quick and simple. The store wasn’t busy either time we visited during the morning hours. No complaints with this location.

Had what I was looking for and more. I even has a question on an item from sporting goods and the employee I asked for help described in great detail how to use the item. Although in electronics the employees didn’t seem to know much about the products so that’s why I’m only giving a four star.

Popular items are usually in-stock, staff is easy to find and ready to assist. Their online ordering process is easy but not used frequently so the pickup steps are kinda "small-town", but just keep asking for a manager.

Smaller store, but the staff has been overall very nice. I had an online return that was being difficult and after 3 employees couldn't get it to work, a very nice (skinny, dark haired) female supervisor called someone and was able to get my refund going. She went above and beyond.

Somebody back in electronics who does another job but I couldn't judge the whole store for just the electronic service persons attitude I was looking for a Bluetooth earpiece for my phone I simply asked and they pointed in the direction I searched all over in that direction thinking I'm blind I'm overlooking something know it was nowhere near the Bluetooth item I was looking for evidently they had moved them little did the clerk know this is my second time visiting the same Walmart on no luck in getting help to find the Bluetooth piece I wanted I can find earbuds all day long but electrons has always had bad service or not enough help jewelry is probably another weak section of theirs

Awful customer service. If you place an online order to be shipped to the store employees have no clue on how to do it, your items will get stolen and management(Jonathan Melendez) is unable to assist.

Just spent about 15 minutes in the store browsing their merchandise and talking with their employees. The employees were very friendly and customer appreciative. They were obviously glad to have customers in the store and willing to help with any and all questions we had.
Such a great selection of sneakers here and such good actual choices to pick from it's a great destination if you're looking for a new pair of sneakers!

wish the mall had more stores but so glad they have a journeys.  The workers were mad cool. Didn't have what I was looking for but went above and beyond to find it. They called another store and put it on hold for me. I ended up grabbing some other stuff too. They have a good selection of shoes and accessories.  Bought some dope graphics.  The manager was real nice too.

The sales associates in this store are the nicest people! They treat every customer as if they’ve known them for years and they provide amazing customer service. They go above and beyond trying to make sure customers leave 110% satisfied!

Walmart Supercenter

Completely ridiculous to have self checkout but then have associates just standing there watching us ring up our own items. Clearly management failed economics 101.
Also no bags available at “self checkout” not even the reusable ones you purchase.
Must have the stupidest management team ever assembled

Amazing shop for sweets, drinks and sauces.
According to the owner, everything is made on site and also looks like.
Very colorful and very tasty.  We took sweets on the way, we were sorry we did not take more.
The bottle tags are full of humor.  We laughed.
The owners are very friendly.  Pleasure to visit the place.

Stopped in on the way to a wrestling tournament.  The stockers were not friendly!! I asked where an item was because I was not from this area, and I got the flip of a hand in the general direction. Ladies behind the counter of the deli section, though, were amazing!!! Friendly,  laughing, and totally talkative. In all, I needed snacks and food for a teen wrestler, so that's what I got.

Well as you know if you have been to one Walmart you have been to them all! But I will say this one was extra clean and seemed somehow nicer than a lot of other ones I’ve been too!

Walmart has some cheap decent stuff but they have really raised their prices way too high for the quality of most of their merchandise and they aren't much cheaper than Target or Fred Meyers now. So why trade in a way better shopping experience, way better fellow shoppers, and way shorter lines with better customer service for a jam-packed sweat shop store; Walmart's inventory is no more than about 2$ cheaper per item
than  the nicer, more honest grocery chains it competes with.

At Home

Great store with lots of stuff, you can pretty much find anything you need for your home. Some prices are a bit more expensive than other stores. The downfall, employees are very rude, not helpful and seem bothered when you ask a question. The older ladies who work in the mornings are very rude. They need better staff for sure, and who are more trained in customer service!

Went today for the first time and walked around the store. The merchandise is beautiful and the store well organized but the prices are high. Seasonal was full price vs hobby lobby who has it on sale almost constantly . The few employees they had looked miserable.  No one said hello to us. No one was smiling. The customer service employee yells "next", finally after chit chatting with the other employee at the desk. I felt no management presence.  I understand it is hard to hire but the employees you do have should be trained to give some small gesture of service especially being the "new store in town", you want to make a good first impression.

This store is well stocked with everything you could imagine with the exception of Hanukkah merchandise. There was not one item related to Hanukkah. This sends a very clear message to everyone that the store is insensitive and promotes antisemitism. We will not shop here again.

Ar Home is a home decoration store with a very large of home goods including living room furniture. I purchase this beautiful center rug $129.99 and  straw basket $54.99🧺 that a use as a center piece. These items are not on sale. They are regulR price.

Overpriced garbage. I think every single Halloween decoration broke or fell apart in less than a month. So disappointed… I thought for the price we’d get some quality decor but I’ll be skipping them for Christmas

Pick up has went down hill!
Target needs to update their promise of “pick up in 2 hours”. I’ve ordered for pick up a few times in the last few months and every time it is not 2 hours! My last order I placed at 2pm and didn’t receive a notification till 8pm!. This used to be convenient since having my newborn baby but now I think it’s time to go back to walmart :/

Target is always a pleasure trip for me. Good products at reasonable prices. VERY clean store. Friendly helpful employees. No hassle returns. My favorite place to shop!

I will never go here again. I checked online to verify that they had what I needed on stock. I specifically came here because it said they had it. When I got here, not only was it not in stock, they didn't even have an open shelf where the item would have been off it was in stock. I'm talking tampons, btw. They're all in the same section. It's not like I just didn't find the right location. They didn't even have an adequate substitute, and I needed it now. That wasn't the only thing I intended to get that wasn't there. The shelves are empty, I only saw 5 people total working in the store. It's just not acceptable. They need to staff adequately and stock their store.

My first time at this location.

For whatever reason there were a lot of empty spaces on some shelves. Especially cosmetics and pharmacy.

Is this the kind of theft that is getting stores closed down? In any case, it's a sign of the times.

The lines stretched past the checkout area and it's no fault of the staff.

The employees were the highlight of our visit - friendly and helpful despite being overwhelmed.

This location refused to honor the cat and jack return policy. Customer service rep said they stopped doing it 2 months ago. I know keizer station target is still accepting returns as I know someone who works there, they said some employees deny returns because it's to much work.

Exactly what you'd expect for target. You get all your needs, but none are ever handled well. I had planned an order for pickup at 7pl, and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Came to the store and was told that they were short handed and that none of their orders were going to be ready that day, but that I could go and look for the items in store and then cancel my order. I tried looking for the product that they said they had in store, but with the help of 4 different employees and the market they couldn't find it. Pretty disappointing, all that to say, they were understaffed and disorganized

Staff service is good. It’s a huge store with wide varieties. Afternoon is good time to visit the store as it looks crowded during evening hours

I went there on a whim while I was high and all of the employees were incredibly rude, they all were standing on little pedestals and completely ignoring me. Absolutely unprofessional, I will not be returning.

Store was pretty clean and the employees mostly friendly. It was a nice experience, but nothing unexpected.

I come the buy a Watch built in GPS,  I asked the lady on electronics for help, she said she didn't have keys to open anything and she told us she wasn't unable to run to the back to get the keys she didn't tell anyone that we needed to be assisted.

Any store that has a customer service center should have it open when the store is open. Closing customer service at 8 but leaving the store open SCREAMS "We don't care about our customers, we put this here just to look like we do."

This walmart has gone downhill since letting the old manager go. The guy ran it since it opened and while him and I didn't see eye to eye on a lot of things, he generally did a good job at running the place. Now, theft is through the roof. Everytime I go in, I see at least a half dozen vagrants or meth addicts shop lifting. It's disgusting.

That being said, there are a few good employees left at this location. Jay in sporting goods is great. He knows the whole store like the back of his hand and is very knowledgeable about the stuff he sells AND the surrounding Departments. Tori (who does the online ahopping) is always very friendly and knows the whole store as well. Both of them are overdue for a promotion, if you ask me. Lorena in clothes is also great. She used to be a co manager years ago but stepped down for personal reasons. Chris, who works in Customer Service (and used to work in electronics) is genuinely the happiest and most optimistice person I have ever met in my life. These 4 are exemplary employees in this field and they should absolutely be promoted. I hope their current manager realizes their value and treats them accordingly, because they are not employees that could easily be replaced.

My family used to love this store, now we are trying to find new places with good deals instead. We have 10 people plus pets in our home so we shop a lot. Floor employees are usually amazing. Always working hard and being helpful and polite despite the new norm of chaos. However, the “leadership” is ruining this place. the store is dirty especially the bathroom, multiple times I’ve overheard staff conversations, and whoever is in charge doesn’t care at all about making sure their employees get breaks. The employees don’t say that explicitly but I have overheard too many times how one didn’t get a break. One lady had to use the restroom and told her coworker she had been waiting an hour and was basically begging for a basic right. If it were me I would have left right then and there. How is corporate allowing this? One supervisor in particular, Anne or Anna or something just seems like a miserable person. No customer service skills, rude, and the few times I’ve seen her near front of store she is standing around while her staff are exhausted and needing breaks. Lazy!! With people like this in lead positions I see why this location is falling apart. Sad, this place used to be the best Walmart in the area, now it’s worse than Lancaster.

Its not what it used to be.  But man were the employees helpful and nice.  Its frustrating shopping when you have to pay for you items in different places in the store.  Cosmetics,  electronics, batteries.... etc.  Then self checkout to finish your purchases.  It used to be a nice shop for everything and stroll the isles and checkout once.  I miss that.  I didn't find everything I needed.  Not even close.  A sign of the times with supply chain issues. The store was as clean as I can expect during these 2023 times.   The homeless wondering outside and the upset customer's with short tempers are a bit draining.  But the staff was nice and smiled and its not there fault they didn't have half of what I keep trying to find.

Walmart is dying. If it’s not the theft that destroys this corporation, it will be the management. Was followed today by a blonde white girl with acne, and a  white guy. No name tags, female refused to give her name so I only have a description. Creepy. According to manager Anna she was an employee and refused to give her name because she felt I was hostile. If someone asking why you are following them and asking your name scares you, why in the world choose to work loss prevention. I had paid for some items at cosmetics, had to grab one thing from electronics but realized I’d lost my car keys. Where am I directed for lost items? Customer service. Went to ask before continuing shopping and was told they weren’t turned in. Pulled to the side to let my boyfriend know he needed to start cooking dinner because I needed to look for them, still needed to go to electronics, and check out items in my cart. Apparently walking to customer service was a red flag, and the manager Anna thought having a full cart was another red flag. She said I could leave the cart if I didn’t like being accused of theft before I even finished shopping, so I said I would and she said “I figured”. Boy you sure like this store loosing money. Anna, if Walmart pays you so poorly a full cart makes you accuse someone of theft, find a new job. Because if Anna’s attitude and being followed  I left the cart of about $500 in merchandise to go find me keys, called corporate to have them pull my account showing I spend over 1k in groceries and cleaning supplies monthly in online orders only to be accused of theft one of the rare times I’m in store shopping, and discuss Anna’s rancid attitude.I canceled my pending deliveries from Walmart as well. Congrats walmart, you just lost an easy $12k+ annual revenue.

Walmart has a good selection of things at low prices. This Walmart was pretty clean. I do prefer Winco for grocery shopping but Walmart has some things that Winco doesn’t. Specifically lower calorie options for certain foods and more options for things like deodorant, lotions, body care ect.
