Target

This store is a mess. Dirty scuffed floors, racks so close it’s a clear ADA violation. Soft lines in every area have bare shelves, clothes all over the floor, esp in Women’s, no one was working fitting rooms, signage was skewed in cosmetics and falling down. Why did they upgrade this store, then let it go? There’s no consistent visual merchandising here, mannequins without complete outfits, accessory and purse tables were full off merch from other areas. Saw a “we’re hiring” sign. They need a lot of help and some corporate attention, because This store is just a total disaster.

I'm always a loyal customer of Target, but I go to a different location, after celebrating my wife’s birthday, my family and I visited this store on December 24th around 6:30 pm, Julie (the cashier) was so rude to us, she was talking by disrespectful way and giving us a disgusting look, which is let us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and even when I asked her why she is doing that, she ignored me, and gave me the same look again and gave me her back while I'm talking with her,

this incident destroyed our celebration, and we will never come back to this branch again.

My family and I were in the store last Friday after celebrating my birthday, Julie (the cashier) was so rude to us and treated us very badly, she was talking disrespectfully, and we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which was unexpected at a great company like Target to have this type of customer service. We will never return.

Ordered item offline 2 hour or less pick up time selected. Went to store and waited 2 hours. Finally got email stating, “item out of stock.” The manager with handheld unit just sat there watching me for two hours and couldn’t cancel the item. I just wanted to buy it, so I didn’t have to wait for there sales associates to waste more of my day.

Absolutely most horrid experience ever at this target, did a pick up in 2 hours order and went ( we live far) and said it wouldn’t even be ready same day. Apparently all there employees called off. Girl working at customer service seemed so clueless, and just such awful workers in general here.

Cole Haan Outlet

I just browsed around a bit, but the store manager Eileen was great! Very knowledgeable, very kind, great with customer's. Excellent choice for your store manager 😊😎👍🏽

I showed the woman the sneakers that I was looking for on my phone she says their over here only they wasn't I wanted all black and she showed me some with a white sole plus I knew they weren't over there because I had looked over there first not cool

Stuff is really helpful and steered us towards discounts and coupons that could work for our purchases

Located on parking lot floor, right opposite to the mall entrance. Good collection and customer service.

Nice selection with an attentive staff. It's a bit smaller than most Cole Haan outlets though

I had a wonderful experience while shopping there. I was welcomed by two friendly employees who were very informational about their sale going on. The store was clean and you could feel the good vibes. I was especially happy with the great service by the manager there, she was a delight. she was very helpful in helping me choose what crocs to get my daughter. Overall best journey's I've visited and will go again.

I went to the store looking for some shoes for running, and I had awesome help. Miguel made sure to make me feel comfortable and confident with my choice which I am so grateful for. Will come back he was friendly and helpful. 10000/10 for Miguel!

I went to look for some shoes about two weeks ago. There was this young guy with long hair on his phone taking pictures the entire time, never asked me for help. However this girl ended helping me out, which i appreciate her, just disappointed in the other employee. Will come again though, great prices and sales on shoes, very organized too.

Going into journeys was an amazing experience. The customer service of the employees was phenomenal. I was greeted and helped right away. I was helped by a manger who service was impeccable she was very kind and very helping made my experience in the store way easier and more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back.

Reebok

Walking through the mall, looking for discounts , and Long lines in Nike made us go to reebok showroom :) I’m a Man U fan , but the jerseys here are so expensive :(  wish they had cheaper cotton Man U T-shirt’s .. not much of offers on Reebok polos.. they have good collections of shoes and other apparels. Good options for kids and women apparels. Billing is could be a little faster .. Nice brand and lasts long . 3.5 stars ⭐️

"I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Reebok store ( at mills at jersey garden,NJ on 10/31/23 around 5:30pm) with my family. The service provided by one of the employees was extremely disappointing. Not only did he refuse to help us find the right sizes, but he also made racist remarks in a disrespectful manner.

Furthermore, when we inquired about healthcare discounts, he was uncooperative and outright rude. This experience left us so dissatisfied that we decided to leave our items at the checkout counter without making a purchase.

The store's emptiness speaks volumes about the quality of service it offers. I would strongly recommend the owner to review the surveillance footage to ensure such incidents do not tarnish their business further. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant visit."

Thanks to the 2  long lines at the Nike store before doors open at 11AM, made me the first one in the Reebok store.
Back to school shoes shopping was quick and easy for ones.
Everyone love what they got.
Great sale 60% off on each pair of shoes. Nice.

Visited the store and discovered these sweat suits they amazing I ended up getting every colour

I’m sorry but out of desperation I revisited  this location and my experiences at this store is never a good one, the employees are not welcoming, they don’t greet customers I’ve been to this store 5 times and was not greeted one time, I’ve walked out this store once because no one cared to even ask if I could be helped, I stood there for 5 minutes with one shoe in my hand. I absolutely hate this store,  I’d rather shop online then to interact with those employees at that location they have horrible customer service skills.  Please corporate reach out to the employees at the store and let them know that to treat customers all the same, not only white customers deserve good customer service,  people of color do too.

This target is pretty big it has a cvs pharmacy a Starbucks  and a mobile phone section,  They have a large selection of products thread store.  The layout of the store is pretty okay it could be better. The atmosphere the store was quite crowded there was a ton of people at the target. Because there is a lot of people at this location the shelves were not that tidy and there was stuff everywhere.   Altogether I would say that this trip was pretty fine and I would recommend coming to this Targetif you want to find some astounding products.

Two cashiers, but 40 people waiting for self-service. I don't work for Target,  and I don't work for free. I'm never going to come back here. I can get customer service from other stores that offer the same thing,  and appreciate the fact I give them business.

I love this place! So much so that I find myself greeting guests at the entrance, guest services, self-checkout, or just anywhere in the store.

It's target!! They always have a huge selection of different things for every need. It's clean and the employees are helpful whenever I need a question answered. I can even rack up little target gift cards and points for purchases. Starbucks inside for those casual day off shopping trips. Halloween fun at a budget price. Everything is good here. I have yet to have any negative vibes here...great experience every time.

It's Christmas time and all of the self-checkout machines are not working?  What's the point of having the machines if the store isn't going to use them?  Does the manager/management not value the customer's time?  Had to leave before I could purchase something -- can't stand in line for 30+ minutes.  Not recommended for those look to get in and out.

Our go to place for anything! Target always has great selections of clothing, accessories, toys, furnitures and beauty products. When I first came to the states, we shopped at target for our dorm stuff. I particularly like target began to partner with designers and produced cute outfits and affordable price. Couple years ago target began to offer food and frozen food sections and also widen their beauty products.

Even begin to fathom how the line in the store gets as long as it does and how it consistently seems to be this way. Also if you are a personal shopper or delivery driver be aware that this location makes you go stand in line at customer service in order to check out with items that have already been paid for, and there is an even longer slower line over there....

A little bit of almost everything, really nice experience!

I shop here quite often and never had a problem. Good customer service and decent prices.

My go to department store. Employees always helpful. Nice that there's a small grocery to grab most used items.

Walmart Supercenter

Ton of construction nearby, so it takes a little longer to get in and out. They have all their Halloween stuff on the final display before they move fully into Christmas. There is an electrify america super charger outside if you have an EV.

Updated Review (December 2023): this Walmart has cleaned up a lot. The interior of the store and the parking lot are clean, and there's now a police presence in the parking lot and at the store, which has cleaned things up considerably. They usually have staffed checkstands open as well, which is awesome since that means you don't have to use self checkout. It's back to pre-2020 levels overall in terms of selection, cleanliness and everything else. They're really cleaned it up, and I'm really glad to see staffed checkouts now

Original Review (2020 & 2022): Par for the course for a Walmart. Customer service and product selection are pretty much what you'd expect. It's open until 11pm, like most full size Walmarts in the area now. Product selection was decent, better than some of the other Walmarts but definitely not as good as it was pre-2020 (which seems to be the case everywhere). They usually have one full size check out open in the evening and at night, then the self-checkout areas on either side. The greeter at the front door was polite.

There is only one set of bathrooms, the ones in front. None in back, and no family restroom so if you're shopping with young kids that could be an issue. This also means when they're closed for cleaning there are no other bathrooms to use. Overall it's a clean Walmart with okay selection so I'll give it 3 stars.

I didn't have the best experience with Walmart there is no communication between on line customer service and store customer service. I spent two hours there and I left without my order.
On the other hand the store is huge and seems to have a little of everything. It has handicap parking and is wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms are clean and maintained. The staff is helpful and easy to find. Their prices are reasonable. Being a superstore they have merchandise and groceries all in one store. There is plenty of parking.  I gave them 3 Stars only because of poor customer service

Everyone inside the store was great- the lady at self checkout was attentive and helped me out.

I would’ve given 5 stars, but the security guard/greeter at the exit was literally nodded out (or sleeping while standing with his arms folded) when I left.  I jokingly said “sleepin?!” as I walked by and he woke up enough to give me a no with attitude. Lol I am shy and quiet— I was trying to wake him up/help him out. He should be thanking his customers for shopping, not getting paid to take a nap. SORRY.

I've never been to this particular Supercenter! The store was very clean, and the Men's Dept was stocked really well. I found the fleece lined jacket that my local Walmart didn't have, in my size! I was in and out. I went through Self-Checkout!

THE BEST BREAKFAST RESTAURANT IN THE REGION! YEAH I SAID REGION! HIGH QUALITY BREAKFAST MEATS AND THE MOST DELICIOUS EGGS NO MATTER HOW YOU HAVE THEM COOK THEM. THEY'RE HASH BROWNS ARE BUTTERY CRISP!

FYI THEY ALSO HAVE THE BEST FREAKING BURGERS IMAGINABLE! YOU LIKE SOUP? YEAH I SAID SOUP IT'S THE BEST

LUNCH SPECIALS YEAH THEY GOT THOSE ALSO. AND THEY ARE ATTRACTIVELY PRICED AND THERE'S ALWAYS A GREAT ASSORTMENT.

JUST BE PREPARED TO WAIT IN LINE, YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE TO SIGN THE LIST AND THEN YOU GO OUTSIDE AND GET IN LINE. DON'T STAND AROUND INSIDE AND LOOK AT EVERYBODY EATING BREAKFAST IT'S DISRESPECTFUL AND GROSS. GO OUTSIDE IN THE COLD AND THE RAIN AND THE WIND AND WAY PATIENTLY. BELIEVE ME IT'S WORTH IT.

usually good to shop at or pick up online orders... this visit my order for 9pm got delayed, was informed as i was arriving.  picked up next morning, took 15 minutes to get my order

They don't carry iced coffee in the two quarts size. No cold brew either in the large size. I'm getting able to find stuff after the remodel, no DVD's they did something with the Redbox machine, I couldn't find it. The area is predominantly Mexican American and Walmart caters to them.

Semi Truck parking! Safe, patrolled parking lot. Clean, freshly renovated store. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean washrooms. Mostly all ' self check out' lanes

I'm just not a Walmart guy.  Meh, quality is low, and prices aren't as low as you would think they would be.  The self-checkout trend is not very people friendly, and making customers do the work and then checking their receipts to make sure they aren't stealing is insulting.  Bring back service and friendly checkers.  Meh is a good day...
