A nice little Walmart that had everything we needed. We bought a couple of University of Oregon shirts the day prior. After trying them on we decided we needed to return them for a different size. The return process was quick and simple. The store wasn’t busy either time we visited during the morning hours. No complaints with this location.
Had what I was looking for and more. I even has a question on an item from sporting goods and the employee I asked for help described in great detail how to use the item. Although in electronics the employees didn’t seem to know much about the products so that’s why I’m only giving a four star.
Popular items are usually in-stock, staff is easy to find and ready to assist. Their online ordering process is easy but not used frequently so the pickup steps are kinda "small-town", but just keep asking for a manager.
Smaller store, but the staff has been overall very nice. I had an online return that was being difficult and after 3 employees couldn't get it to work, a very nice (skinny, dark haired) female supervisor called someone and was able to get my refund going. She went above and beyond.
Somebody back in electronics who does another job but I couldn't judge the whole store for just the electronic service persons attitude I was looking for a Bluetooth earpiece for my phone I simply asked and they pointed in the direction I searched all over in that direction thinking I'm blind I'm overlooking something know it was nowhere near the Bluetooth item I was looking for evidently they had moved them little did the clerk know this is my second time visiting the same Walmart on no luck in getting help to find the Bluetooth piece I wanted I can find earbuds all day long but electrons has always had bad service or not enough help jewelry is probably another weak section of theirs
