I received exceptional customer service today. I called and asked Sara at the customer service desk if they had a certain baseball card in stock and she went over and checked for me and confirmed they were in stock. I had to drive about 30 minutes to get there so I was floored. She took the time to help me. It’s not every day that you feel like the person wants to help you in retail and I truly appreciate how friendly and helpful she was. Thank you so much Sara.
We made a trip to the pharmacy and picked up some other non pharmacy items. As usual, the short staffed pharmacy took quite awhile. There were only 2 people working, including the pharmacist. The clerk was friendly and helpful. We used the self check out for our other items. The wait wasn't too bad, but we had to wait for the only cashier working to get a break to come help us with our $5 store coupon. If you get there at just the right time, a trip to Target isn't too bad. If your timing is off, it can take a long time to check out. Not the place to go if you only have a few items to pick up.
You need to have an employee working in the electronics department since half of the stuff you have in there it’s locked up and need the key to open. Don’t send me looking all over the whole entire store to find an employee and can’t even find one single employee to help me in the whole store on the floor. Other than the people at the checkout or customer service. That’s ridiculous. Pay somebody to work in the electronics department!!! Target makes plenty of money an can afford to pay to have somebody working in that department at all times. They always have plenty of AT&T people there to sell your freaking cell phone but they can’t help you in electronics department???
This store is a mess. I visited on a Monday morning and they were in the middle of restocking. Some aisles were impassable. I stopped to look at some water and a Target employee with a large loaded push cart rammed into my cart which I had a hold of and my whole body jerked. He just kept on going. I had a list of items I was going to pick up but decided this was not the place to be and left.
