Never pick up their phones. Can't get them to unlock the dressing rooms. Unfortunately due to theft everything is under lock and key. Trying to get a representative to unlock any merchandise for you is impossible. If they see you they run. Customer service department is awful.  It's Walmart what do you need to know?

To be honest this place is trash because your employees are worthless and it shows,  I managed a moving company for 8 years so I know all about work ethic, time management, customer service, training, civil rights, taxes, policies and laws. Tonight I was approached by a gang of your under educated, hostile A.A. minions that you call employees while I was trying to find a Christmas card to go with my gifts for my family for Christmas which now have to go without because your angry staff wanted to make me leave before it was closing, your lines were filled and it was before 6, they acted like the power was going to be shut off at exactly 6 and told me there wasn't enough time for me to check out as the lady was getting closer and more hostile I noticed the smell of liquor and think she was so rude possibly for that reason, may have been cheap perfume but it just smelled like alcohol and nothing else maybe that's why your staff treats everyone like criminals when leaving I don't know because I am not the manager and I will never apply here. Your security insulted me while walking out saying wahh wahh wahh on the way out while following me. I have an image to obtain and Everytime I go to your store and have to argue with one your employees about seeing my receipt or following me out in a group making insults slanders my name, you kicked me out before close and made false claims and let others still checkout and I did nothing wrong. Had I been in there after 6 and the lines were empty that is when you can kick someone out. You missed out on sales because your minions all said they deserve to be home with there family's before closing time. You better correct your employees or you are going to get civil lawsuits for slander and harassment! Your employees may not know how the big boy world works but I do!

I've never been greeted by an employee at this location. Not even a nod of recognition of my existence. That sort of thing just bothers me, though. As far as a well maintained (stalked shelves/ variety of items) and cleanliness goes, I'd give it 5 stars. However, the employee treatment of guests is rather important, I believe.

First, there were SO many cameras with facial recognition, I felt as though I was in a max security prison and it was nearly impossible to find an employee that could assist me in several different departments. Secondly, I had to buy several bags, then scan and bag my own items.
Lastly, they have the audacity to ask to see my receipt.
In the future I will shop elsewhere.

I waited for so long at the jewelry for help. Finally a “coach” according to her badge approached me and asked if I’d been helped. To my delight, she seemed annoyed on my behalf and began radio’ing for help. Then she says that jewelry is closed for the night as there’s no one there. Why is there not a sign somewhere stating that then?? Seems if there’s not enough staff then either unlock all the stuff or make sure the staff that are there have the keys. I ended up putting all my stuff back. Such a huge inconveniance.

It is very rare for me to give anything a 5 star review. The reason I only gave a 4 star review for this shopping trip at Walmart is they moved my Hills Bros. English Toffee Cappuccino to the very top shelf where it's totally unstoppable. I did find a vendor who did get the product down for me. I had a great shopping experience otherwise.

Went there to buy an ice maker. The price tag for the ice maker had 3 different prices. 108.00, 88.00 and 38.26. The price of 38.26 says unit price. When I went to check out I asked what all 3 prices represented. The attendant didn't have an answer so she called the manager. Manager John comes out and I ask him the same thing. He said the price was 88. I asked then why is there a 38.26 price. He says he has no idea and proceeds to get passive aggressive with me. He askes me well do you want it for 88 or not, acting smug. There was an obvious attitude there for a simple question. Even my father in law noticed the attitude. How is it that a manager can't even explain how his own merchandise is labeled? Incompetence with an attitude is a poor reflection on the store.

Justin in the photo center must hate his job. I was called 3 weeks ago about a photo that they left out of my order from July for my father in laws funeral. Last week they couldn’t find this photo that they had called me on. Today, I followed up on it a second time, and tried to explain that it could be under a different last name and Justin wouldn’t hear any of it. He immediately said if it was from July, it was destroyed. He didn’t want to be bothered. It wasn’t busy. There was no one else waiting. They called me 3 weeks ago and I told them I would be in for it and they said they would hold it.

Grocery Delivery

I recently tried out Walmart's grocery delivery service and it was a great experience. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was smooth and quick. The delivery driver was very friendly and was able to give me helpful tips about how to store my groceries properly. The items I ordered arrived fresh and in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Walmart's grocery delivery service again in the future. Highly recommend!

Target

Extremely negative store experience yesterday.

As soon as I walk in there is a woman and her dog. It is a large dog, no leash, no service dog jacket. Nothing. Also, it is not right next to her, it is just loose In the Store. I avoid the area, walk out of my way to avoid the Loose Dog in the Store. I then call Target to tell them this, and I get the prompt to click 2 “for a list of departments” and then 2 for “customer service” AND it hangs up on me. I tried this multiple times and could not get through because when I followed the prompts it just hung up on me. So annoying! So I could not even report it right away. I got back up to the register to check out and the dog is sitting to the left of the check stands by itself! She, the woman, is at a check-stand away from her dog. Really?!

However, what really Irks me is that I see the employees at the front of the store observing this and doing NOTHING. They did see it. So I go up to one of them (after the dog has left) and ask for the manager and it is her. She is the manager and she did nothing. I voiced my complaint and she said if she sees them again she will say something. Why did she not say something the first time?

Does it take an innocent customer who expects safety and comfort in their shopping experience to get attacked, bitten or unnerved for Target to do something? A dog that is “friendly” and “does not bite” could. I am a witness to this. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Target is not protecting their customers.

I made an online purchase to pick up in store. Medford store was clean and organized. Staff were busy at the 'returns/pickup' counter but cheerful and methodical. My order was ready. Staff asked and then found a cart for me. professional service. will use again.

I really like their wide range selections for their health & beauty departments. As well as their stationary/pen aisle. They're definitely thee best place to go if you want to see a variety of things. Which makes it fun. & don't be surprised when you buy more than you were expecting to. As always. Ha.

This staff is very unfriendly and has a bad attitude, she is also racist, never encountered anything like this, just because we are foreigners, she said bad things about us and kicked the door out. won't come again

If the stores phones would work, calling all departments and the system hangs up on you before a person answers, it would have been a better review.  The person at self check out didn't even realize I had clothing & the security tags were left on.  Get home, 25 miles away, and have to return to get them removed. That is not fun.

Let’s begin with the in store experience.
It took a while for me to be greeted or asked if I needed help. ( There were no other customers in the store at the time). One employee appeared to be on the phone and the others aimlessly having a conversation that did not involve sneakers.

I encountered three employees -
A Caucasian male with glasses, black male with a stocky build , and Latino male that rung up my purchase. Not one of them checked to ensure the sizes matched. Which leads to a greater issue- me finding today that the shoes were - different ! I had 2 left shoes ! One shoe a size 4! Another shoe a size 2!

Moreover, I live in Philadelphia! 2 hours away! Aside from me needed the shoes tonight - when I contacted the store to share with them the problem. Justin ( Associate Manager supposedly) expressed he was unsure of the procedure when customers check out! I restated what he said to me and Justin goes on to say he is not the head manager. I asked when the head manager would be in- he proceeded to express he didn’t know !

The conversation continues and literally went no where ! I recommend training of all staff including those In management! I look forward to speaking with Ryan ( the head manager ) to resolve this issue and huge inconvenience!

Who would think that purchasing boots would be such a challenge 🤷🏾‍♀️! Either way - don’t waste your time patronizing this store. Go somewhere else!!!

i was grateful to be greeted at the front and i felt very welcomed. when it came to looking for shoes however i kept looking for an employee and the only one who approached me was the employee Jose. He was extremely helpful and even offered some suggestions and they really caught my attention. all in all i had a great experience for my first time at this location.

The store was very clean and neat. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They greeted me upon entering and were very pleasant. When I found what I was looking for the salesman helped me right away. Everything I needed was in stock and ready for me. Excellent experience!

My kids are obsessed with sneakers so I’m in a lot of sneaker stores very often. Today I went into Short Hills footlocker to pick up a reservation. I was greeted by Melissa who recognized me as a customer from another footlocker I also shop in. It was a great experience. She is so professional, energetic, kind, helpful and overall pleasant. It was really nice to have such great customer service by Melissa. I recommend that anyone that needs sneakers to ask for her!

They helped me find what I need and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t come in looking to buy.

Ever since their “remodel”, this store has been a disaster. Low to no stock, clothing is trashed, no recovery done to clean up, OSHA hazards, ADA and tripping hazards, and the cherry on top today - no toilet paper in 50% of the stalls in the women’s restroom. No paper towels either. The flow and layout of the store is disjointed now, making it very hard to shop. Target charges a premium for their products, but presents a “Ross” shopping experience (if you know, you know). Forget about trying to navigate a cart/stroller/etc. through the aisles. I hate coming here, but unfortunately it’s one of the only stores that carries some (minimal, also understocked) maternity clothing. The maternity section always looks like a tornado tore through it.

Target had made me very happy. They told me that they will stock up on more neca toony terror figures. I have so far went and picked up leatherface the grady twins and now I have picked up ash Williams from evil dead 2 there. The people are very friendly who work there and I will stop by more when my birthday comes to see what other ones they will have.
Remember this that in 2022 target used to have toony terrors. But in 2023 the guy told me they will not have them again. But boy was he wrong about that. They do have them back in stock after all. Now I will have to hunt down the regan figure if I see here there as well but it will take time.

Great prices, but selection is limited since the remodel, and you will get charged a bag fee on order pick-ups every time even if you refuse the bag. It's super frustrating that the employees have not been trained or just do not care enough to remove the bag fee when you specifically tell them no bag and ask nicely for them to please remove the fee. Then I have to call my target red card and spend 10 minutes on the phone to get credited back the bag fee. I now no longer order for a drive-up or store pick-up due to this inconvenience. Add to that the trouble of finding the products in the store, which is currently a shambles, and I have just about stopped shopping here, which is a shame. I still go when they have a price that can't be beat, but drive up or store pick up are a no-go because of untrained or uncaring employees and fees that shouldn't be charged. Target was actually sued over these bag fees, Google it, yet they still can't get their employees to properly credit the fee back when bags are not accepted. You've lost my pick-up business Target, do better.

EDIT: I went in for shaving cream because I had a gift card, and even shaving cream is now locked behind plexiglass. No employee ever came when we used the call button, so my wife walked over to an employee who was stocking a shelf nearby and asked him to open the cage for the shaving cream. The employee seemed pretty annoyed at the situation, not necessarily annoyed with us, but annoyed at the entire situation. Then we get to checkout, and self checkout is closed, and only 2 registers are open. A third register is opened while we are waiting, and we finally get checked out. During checkout, my wife asks why self checkout is closed, and we are told it is because of theft. Well theft has made shopping at this Target a complete nightmare. What should have taken 5 minutes took nearly a half an hour and I consider myself lucky my wife was there because she is more assertive than me, I would've just walked out with nothing after waiting 5 minutes for the shaving cream to be unlocked and no one coming. Lowered my review to 2 stars.

I felt very sorry for the employees here today. So close to Xmas and only one cashier and self check out.  Most people in line where a little irritated,  but also felt bad for her. Cashier was still VERY pleasant and still smiling, like nothing was wrong.  Amazing!  Her service was over the top and beyond in this situation.  Eventually another opened, but a lot if people stayed with her to support and show her appreciation and perseverance. I would give a 5 star for her!

I was at this Target two days ago and I needed help to find something, so I asked a girl who worked there and she didn't even look at the picture I had and she sent me to some area of the store and it wasn't even close to what I was looking for! Before hiring employees please make sure that they are not racist because not all customers are the same as her and they may need help sometimes!

It is a great one-stop shop for every recreational gear/tool you need. I love the experience here since there are so many amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff here. It is a two-level building offering gear, clothes, and shoes. I highly suggest this store to anyone

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable without being stuck up. Friendly without being overbearing, and they were able to help us find exactly what we needed without trying to sell us things we didn’t need. They also have a nice accessible entrance that was easy to navigate with my mobility aide, as well as any uneven ground is marked with high contrast tape, so the store as a whole was accessible.

Staff are very nice and great product.  5 star review.

Have been shopping here for a couple of years since moving. Always friendly staff with helpful advice. I’ve only had one bad experience here but it was an employee I haven’t seen since. I generally enjoy my trips here.  Sometimes stock can be hit or miss especially on common sizes but still, a well run location that’s worthy of your money.

This is a great target. They always have decent stock for a Target and the staff are always friendly. I like the one at Airport way as well and maybe a little better but this one is closer to me and it is still good. They have a Starbucks as well. If you do pick up orders they are quick and friendly as well.

They've locked away things like deodorant. How annoying.
If you want Deodorant or laundry detergent, you have to find an employee.  I'll just get it elsewhere, thanks.
I know times are tough, and theft is up, but how about you get better security or more employees instead of punishing your customers?
Then there's the lack of stock. Don't even bother going on a Sunday night. Bare shelves.
I like Target, but this one gets worse every time we go.
Target just closed 2 other locations in this city. They claim theft was the issue. Nah. Ever try shopping at the downtown location or Halsey one? Jacked up prices and no selection.
This one will be next at this rate.  Stop punishing customers.

Typical Target, great and helpful staff. Hoping it's not one slated to close because of theft, and knuckleheads, screwing it up for the rest of us. Still think there are supply chain/production issues, as many items seem completely picked out and there are quite a few empty shelves in various departments. CVS staff is friendly and helpful as well. Same as before, nothing has changed.

After looking at a number of Targets in the area, I decided to come to this one. Note that I went on a weekday around 6PM so traffic inside the store may vary at other times and dates.

This locations has everything, and it’s actually two levels with escalators and elevators so it’s accessible. Some of the beauty items and electronics are behind lock but everything else was on shelves like normal.

It didn’t look messy at all. Was able to find someone to help me out when I couldn’t find an item.

Only two tills open plus self serve, but there were maybe two people per line at most.

Not sure why it has such a low rating, from what I saw as of September 2023, it thought it was a good Target location with every type of shopping available.

I love the convenience of Target’s drive up service. It’s easy to use the Target app and the delivery staff are friendly and accommodating. I cannot remember waiting more than a few minutes to pick up my order. I use this service a couple times a month.

Nice Target in the area. Grocery section was good and well stocked.

They have Disney sections.! Toys, kids clothes and other stuffs. Actually a lots of Disney stores were going out business. I was sad. Target took a Disney store. I can buy and see items. I love it. Crews are kind they have a lot of seasonal stuffs. Store is clean and neat. Parking lot is big enough. Close to I-5 freeway this location. I love this Target store.

They always cancel my orders because “items are out of stock” even though they’re on the shelves and website says “in stock”. Then if you try to call them about anything at all, they always put on hold for 10+ minutes and never get back to you. Very disappointed in their service. Last time I shopped here. They have a bunch on the shelf but every order is canceled due to “no item in stock”. Lazy liars.

the Target shopping experience has gone downhill. That clean, fresh and exciting face they put on in their creative ads couldn't be further from reality -- the store isn't kept up, used candy wrappers and coffee cups strewn about, piles of unfolded clothing, associates walking past items tossed on the floor. Management needs a take charge attitude

Just a typical Target. I’m not a big fan of Target as a whole, but live their clothing section. I visited this location for some quick shopping. It was almost the closing time when I checked in. I found exactly what I was e looking for. The store was almost empty at it was the closing time. They had multiple security personnel, and police in the store. Some of them reminded to find stuff quickly as they were about to close! I haven’t seen this before in any other Target/ or any other supermarket! Otherwise everything was pretty usual, just like you see in any other locations.

Very friendly staff. I was there helping someone spend $800 in gift cards to set up their home. We had to go through check out several and to make sure we did not go over I had to keep asking the cashiers to run a subtotal. They went very supportive! They also allowed all the baskets of goods that were paid for to be left at customer service. When all was done three associates helped us take the carts to our cars and load up!

This store is great and one of the original stores in the Walmart fleet. I was able to find almost everything on my list today. The parking lot at this store can be a challenge, but I recommend going to this store during the daylight hours, at night the parking lot can be a bit dangerous. But during the day this is one of the best stores in Vancouver. Staff was really helpful, and took their time when helping me. I had a great experience shopping here at 4pm. I will be back and will continue to report anything.

The store is always well stocked and clean. If I need help, I just need to ask someone, and they go out of their way to help me or find someone who can help me. I've always had good quality clothes and they wear well. I've been a patron for over 30 years and have bought all kinds of products from them.

First off, there is no longer a McDonalds In here because of a huge issue with rats.🐁 I've heard this from multiple sources including a staff member of said McDonalds and several Walmart employees. Plus one time I saw some gross woman who I assume was an employee, mopping the McDonalds floor BAREFOOT. Yeah....im not hungry anymore🤢 This Walmart somehow thinks it's okay to never stock any shelves, they're seriously always emtpy... this is not a 24 hour walmart. Which is ridiculous. I dont care what they claim the hours are, because the pharmacy closes hella early, customer service closes hella early, deli closes early, auto closes early, photo closes early, money center closes early, and some IDIOT even decided it would be good to close electronics at 10pm...garbage. the only thing you could buy here at all hours is maybe some groceries but they probably don't have what you need in stock honestly, they never have anything. The Asain food selection is almost non existent. You can ALWAYS count on standing in line no matter what time of day it is. One super annoying thibg about this dump is that the majority of employees don’t seem to ever know where anything is. Another thing I hate about this Walmart is the “Greeter” that attempts to check everyone’s receipts; not everyone has time to wait for that kind of nonsense. These guys are usually about 249 years old so checking a receipt with one soda on it takes 15 minutes. They could make some simple changes and make a lot of customers more comfortable shopping. But they won't because they dont care about anything at all. Also they close electronics now at 10pm overnight. This place is an all around joke. I called to complain and someone sang "Scooby Dooby Doo where are you" and hung up on me. I tried calling again and again with no answer, after about 30 times. Scooby doo again. So then I was slightly irritated So I drove there. It was close to 11:00pm and asked to talk to the manager and they brought me some woman claining to be in charge...I told her what happened and she told me it was old woman that's not there anymore. I was like "It was 5 minutes ago, and it was a young guy, I just told you that." So said "well give me your phone number I'll go check. My caller ID." I Dont really know what good that would do anyways but I sat there and waited for her to come back for about 20 minutes and saw her helping someone on the opposite side of the store. It was probably her if I had to guess based off how she handled my complaint. This a company full of the laziest and most disrespectful people i've ever seen.🐄 Aggressive security guard stalking you in the parking lot 24/7 is disgusting. there are usually Cops🐷 parked right out front, which is just unsettling for everyone.😓 THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS WALMART.

I absolutely love the bakery here! I wish I'd have gotten the sweet ladies name. She made an absolutely amazing cake for my child Eva today. Thank u amazing cake decorating lady!

The cashier kept REPEATEDLY pressing something on his end to fast causeing me to have to reswipe my card MULTIPLE F****** times. Other then that lots of discount, sales or clearance items! And store was decently kept well clean.

Walmart has many things I like. I have a Walmart+ account that allows me to get free delivery. That's a great thing if you are working. Also Walmart can allow you to receive up to $1000 from your debit card, IF you have the funds, every 24 hours. So if you need the cash ASAP, and you don't have a bank available, this is good to know 😀. Thankyou Walmart! 😀

I'm standing there waiting for 15 minutes for one of 50 workers to find a key to unlock 20 dollar headphones. Same thing we the colognes. If Walmart insists on locking everything, can they get some workers to actually come and unlock it.

My child got run over by an obese person in a mobility scooter. The manager told me to get out of the way of the Little Debbie sales corner. She had driven at us like a bat out of hell! I’ve never seen such demonic hunger from a living soul in my 35 years on this earth.

This Walmart has everything I need! Such a great store with great staff and is only like 5 minutes from BGHS!
