Walmart Supercenter

It is very rare for me to give anything a 5 star review. The reason I only gave a 4 star review for this shopping trip at Walmart is they moved my Hills Bros. English Toffee Cappuccino to the very top shelf where it's totally unstoppable. I did find a vendor who did get the product down for me. I had a great shopping experience otherwise.

Went there to buy an ice maker. The price tag for the ice maker had 3 different prices. 108.00, 88.00 and 38.26. The price of 38.26 says unit price. When I went to check out I asked what all 3 prices represented. The attendant didn't have an answer so she called the manager. Manager John comes out and I ask him the same thing. He said the price was 88. I asked then why is there a 38.26 price. He says he has no idea and proceeds to get passive aggressive with me. He askes me well do you want it for 88 or not, acting smug. There was an obvious attitude there for a simple question. Even my father in law noticed the attitude. How is it that a manager can't even explain how his own merchandise is labeled? Incompetence with an attitude is a poor reflection on the store.

Justin in the photo center must hate his job. I was called 3 weeks ago about a photo that they left out of my order from July for my father in laws funeral. Last week they couldn’t find this photo that they had called me on. Today, I followed up on it a second time, and tried to explain that it could be under a different last name and Justin wouldn’t hear any of it. He immediately said if it was from July, it was destroyed. He didn’t want to be bothered. It wasn’t busy. There was no one else waiting. They called me 3 weeks ago and I told them I would be in for it and they said they would hold it.

Grocery Delivery I recently tried out Walmart's grocery delivery service and it was a great experience. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was smooth and quick. The delivery driver was very friendly and was able to give me helpful tips about how to store my groceries properly. The items I ordered arrived fresh and in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Walmart's grocery delivery service again in the future. Highly recommend!
