I am so disappointed that some products are now locked up. It certainly doesn't make me feel safe or welcome. If theft really is a concern and the reason for the locked cases, wont people just steal the other items that aren't locked up? Hire someone to monitor those rows. You have to do that anyways to have them unlocked. I wish Target would come up with a better solution, one that does not inconvenience the majority of shoppers who don't steal.

The entire store smelled like a dirty diaper. The self checkout kiosks were closed and the lines were long. The icee and popcorn section was closed. Every isle had even the most basic items under lock and key (but not the makeup section with actual expensive items) I will NEVER be back!

I had gotten there right before close.  Staff was still friendly and inviting I didn't feel rushed at all they were cool coming collected just cracking jokes honestly I was so stressed out when I got in there and they made me that much more comfortable thank you Target staff

It's a target store.  Pretty much all the same. Clean and organized inside. I did notice a number of empty shelves. I found in minutes what we cam there for. Then had to follow my wife around for half jour while she 'looked' at everything. Did notice trash and some homeless activity out in parking lot.

It’s not worth going here to wait for an overworked and underpaid employee to come unlock a case for me to get toothpaste. “Theft” is a lame excuse to lock up basic items when much more expensive items are open on the shelves. People will just steal things once they’ve asked an employee to come unlock a case so they can take items out. Target is ruining its store experience and making things more difficult for customers and employees.

I walked in looking for something specific and a man with glasses was very rude to me. He then told the cashier that they only have a certain size and to tell me the same information. He told her under his breathe and she responded saying “but we do have them”. I left because I do not spend my money where I am treat like this. I came to spend not to be treated the way they did.

I went to this store today to get my little ones new sneakers. There was no customers in the store. We weren’t even greeted. The two women there didn’t even come over to help nor asked if we needed help. I shop at this Store for years. I just walked out. Seems like they where more into there conversation then doing there job.

Rude lazy employees. Called to return ugg boots and order the correct size online, wanted to confirm they had them online and they just lie to your face so they don’t have to look up the size, color and style boot. The LAZIEST people who don’t want to work for a paycheck!

Literally the best staff. Went in there with two insane children, was overwhelmed. David was extremely patient and kind while helping the kids. My daughter has some issues and I couldn’t believe how amazing he was. Turned a normally terrible experience into something pleasant. Sidney also stepped in as I was getting frustrated with shoe sizes and my wide feet, where I eventually found things for everyone. Much much appreciated and will 100% be back. Never write a review on a show before lol. That’s how impressed I was with the professionalism and concern for their customers. Thank you!!

Freehold Raceway Mall

Great Mall Experience plenty of stores to pick from; shopping will be enjoyable with a Mall atmosphere that is very enjoyable because of the versatility of fun for kids and adults 😀 eating and resting 😀 in the lounge areas with massage chairs 💺

1st visit to Freehold Mall in many years. Visited the LEGO Store, the food court for lunch, and tried out Dream Riders. The LEGO Store had a wide variety of sets, plus the "pick a brick" wall. This option lets builders choose a cup size and fill said cup with their own selection of individual bricks (see photos), paying for their chosen cup size. Sets ranged in age from the larger bricks for young children to extremely technical sets involving motion and lights. Be prepared to dig deep for some sets from the  which are both incredibly detailed and expensive.
The food court had a nice choice of vendors. We liked the bright, open layout for seating. Several tables had charging stations and bag hooks. This food court also has a quaint merry-go-round at one end. The teriyaki chicken & pizza we tried were tasty. Overall, the food vendors and stores were typical to what one would find in most NJ malls.
Leaving, we stopped to pay $10 for a 10-minute ride on a Dream Rider ride (motorized creatures that driver can zoom around a small section of the mall). Age and weight limits apply. Our toddler enjoyed "driving" his red dragon around while his dad rode passenger. I cannot say if people passing by enjoy this spot - travel with caution here!
We visited on a rainy day and parking near our desired store was full. Still, it's a fun and relatively inexpensive day out for all ages. Recommend Freehold Mall to all

First, I must mention the horse ride for kids. While it was a fun activity, I couldn't help but feel that the cost was exorbitant compared to the short duration of the ride. It seemed quite ridiculous to pay such a high price for just a minute of enjoyment. I believe the management should reconsider the pricing or provide better value for the money spent.

Furthermore, I found that the shopping experience for clothes in some stores was disappointing. Not only were the prices quite high, but the fashion choices seemed to be outdated by almost two years. It left me wishing for more current and affordable options. It would be great to see a wider range of trendy clothing at more reasonable prices.

Despite these shortcomings, I must acknowledge that Freehold Raceway Mall does have its merits. The variety of stores and the overall atmosphere were decent, and I found some enjoyable dining options as well. However, improvements in the areas mentioned above would greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors.

In conclusion, while there were enjoyable aspects to my visit to Freehold Raceway Mall, the expensive and short-lived horse ride for kids, along with outdated fashion choices and high prices in certain stores, were noticeable drawbacks. A few adjustments could significantly improve the overall experience for shoppers

Came here with my boyfriend and his sister to do some shopping and we had a pretty pleasant experience while we were here. There’s plenty of stores and with a variety of places to eat. Will definitely be back again in the future.

This mall is absolutely massive, and it truly has everything you could possibly need all in one convenient location. This mall offers a diverse array of stores, catering to a wide range of interests and needs. Whether you're looking for high-end fashion, household items, electronics, or anything in between, there is a store here that will likely have what you're looking for. The food court on the second floor is especially impressive, boasting a diverse selection of dining options. Additionally, the mall is equipped with elevators, stairs, and escalators, making it easily accessible for all visitors, including those who may require wheelchair assistance. Finally, there is plenty of parking available, so you can rest assured that finding a spot will not be an issue

Great place to shop. I almost have everything.
Rainboots, backpacks,shirts, and a lot of shoes also have great selections for kids.Good prices. Great customer service will definitely come back. Me and my daughter happy that found the shoes she was looking for.

They just moved in next door with bigger selections. OMG!!!

I had never heard of this company but they had an area rug listed that is discontinued and it was to be a replacement to the one I used to own. I was skeptical of a shoe company I have never heard of selling an area rug but I took the chance. This morning I recoeved a call from a gentleman asking to confirm my address that I had typed incorrectly. He alerted to the problem and acted to immediately reach out and solve it. I am extremely impressed.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I purchased a nike jordan jersey online as a gift but it was too big so I requested to exchange for smaller sizes. The order was delivered to the store and when i went to pick up i still wasn’t sure what size to get. The lady at he store was so awesome to try them on so i can get a better idea if which one to purchase! Went above and beyond! I felt bad but it definitely helped! Thank you! Also i couldnt find this jersey anywhere else online all sold out!!!

I was passing by the store and when I saw the selection of new birkenstock sandals I had to go inside.  I was also very happy to see a great shoe selection for kids, including Old Soles sneakers that are so hard to find.

Love this store! The variety of shoes is great. Shoes are of very high quality.  The service is excellent, very helpful and quick, never have to wait.

I love Target but I was pretty bummed to see so much behind locked cases. I suppose they’re doing what they need to do, but it sure makes completing shopping a challenge.

The newly configured grocery area is excellent given the small floor space they have devoted to it.  They have conveniently curated categories the items that I frequently purchase, making it fast for me to find what I need all within one tidy area of the store.  (chips, ice cream, fresh produce) The staff was friendly and helpful and I was happy to see that with their reliance on self-checkout, this location hadn't reduced their staffing level (at least at the 6pm time frame that I was there) like other local retail stores have.  The result is that the shelves were well stocked and zoned, the aisles were clean, and there was someone to ask for help when I needed it.

I love Target and usually have a fun time when I go there as I can grab needed items as well as browse the isles and find some treasure I didn't know I needed like holiday candles or dog toys. Unfortunately this Target has the WORST employees. Don't ask for help because you aren't going to get it or be directed to someone who could answer your question. If you enjoy getting eye rolls from employees who obviously don't want to be there then this is your spot. Otherwise I'd pick a different store.

LOCKED CASES & LONG WAITS
We’ve all seen the cases going in. My time is valuable just like anyone else’s. We walk away and order on amazon or from another store when I have wait or hunt someone down to open a case. I won’t do it. You want or money or you don’t. Also, it ruins the shopping experience. I don’t want to feel pressured if I want to read a label.

Moved recently to area, and was used to a different environment with Target employees...this store is very nice, newer, and very clean... But employees are not friendly and they look unhappy most of the time... Doesn't help that a lot of items are locked in and you have to ring someone up to get something... Employees here need to remember we are consumers and not asking for free items... A little less attitude and a smile go a long ways.

Timberland Outlet - Atlantic-City

Walked in the door the had the hottest slides. My partner said they were so comfortable she had to purchase them. They were on sale 30% off and she bought a truckers hat in black so handsomely sexy….

My husband and I love Timberland, so we have been to several Timberland stores, and this one is hands down the best  store we've been to. Everyone is always nice and very  helpful. We never leave empty-handed because they always have great sales.
We will always go back to that particular store and definitely recommend shopping there.

This incident happened on Friday, Oct 27 at 2:55pm. I bought a pair of boots with the same cashier. I was about to leave and than my husband thought of buying sweatshirts for my relatives as he is meeting them next week…By the way he is in navy and it was his first vacation before his first station. And he liked sweatshirts and hoodies for his 5 brothers here…it’s for 5 people so we were discussing the size among my mum on phone. And at that moment the same cashier came and asked me if I was leaving and I answered no I am not done yet. And he asked if I was leaving the items on the rack without folding them. And I answered I am not leaving right now sir. He gave me a weird look and my husband heard the conversation. Then my husband arranged the hoodies and we left the store without purchasing anything beside my boots. It was the worst experience ever in my life. I will not recommend going to this place.

Even sale or clearance prices are to high. Need to lower prices merchandise will sell so much quicker. Sales staff are always willing to help.

I was going to buy 2 pairs of boots since they had the 2nd pair discount promotion. On trying out the 3rd pair the salesman asked me to put the shoes away. I didn’t know I am not allowed to  try on before I buy.

Frequently takes 15 minutes to wait on the lines. They're obviously understaffed consistently. Probably a cooperate pay problem as the employees are definitely doing their jobs, there's just not enough of them.

Past that glaring issue, the availabe grocery selection often leads to substitutions or omissions. The prices are higher than across town.

Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Great place, convenient location off of the main highway and not too far from me. They were fully staff and I think that's the norm for this location. Lots of helpers and were all friendly, courteous and professional Retail Associates. Keep up the great work!

Long wait times. Each time I go no matter what time there are 10-15 min long wait times. Usually only 2 checkstands open.

Online orders take longer than 2 hours to fulfill and when you call the store for customer service the phone rings and rings but no one answers .

Customer service desk lacks actual customer service and the agents are working hourly not to actually represent the Target values or integrity. I was treated as a problem for returning items that had poor quality or did not fit properly. I followed protocol and return policy. The agent was not nice or friendly. I felt like she didn't even want to help me with my returns as though I was giving her too much work. And I pulled up the info on my phone to make returns easier. She has a poor attitude as thought I was taking up her time.

Line wrapped around the store to checkout as Target does not care to have fully staffed checkout, luckily Target thinks men are so low brow that the one brand of long sleeve dress shirt was not even in stock. Target hire more cashiers if you want people to actually stay and purchase items second stock more then just one brand of dress shirt and actually keep in stock.

Walmart Supercenter

As far as Walmarts go. This is my absolute least favorite. When I walk in, I see lots and lots of workers, bunched up, milling around. I think wow. I would send some of these people home if it was my store. Then I go to looking around and realize there is plenty of work to do.

No shooping carts for 10-minutes because it's raining, really?  Also, no manager available.  What a shame...  Next time I'm going to WINCO accross the street; where they do have Shopping carts.

Ordered 1 hour photo processing.  8 hours later photos still not ready. Tried calling to check on the status and save me an unnecessary drive, but nobody answers the phone. I'll never order from them again. I love that there's no way to cancel the order either since they clearly didn't follow through on my order.

The store is so empty and prices are marked higher than online. Look just like all the shortages during pandemic. Pretty disappointe when I get there.

I’ve been basically forbidden from shopping here by my family. There have been that many issues. I feel bad because I’m sure 90% of the issues are not from lazy employees. I see them working hard. I’m sure it’s pressure from the higher ups for more output. But my pickups and deliveries are often delayed or messed up or a massive hassle. If you don’t have the staff for it consistently, maybe open up less time slots so you won’t be as slammed? I can’t imagine 2 people having to fulfill the orders for 12 people all at once. Close some of the slots because the service is severely lacking and it’s not for lack of trying. These poor people.

It was busy and had really long lines.  They closed self checkouts but don't appear to have hired new clerks.
Luckily,  I was just taking my Mom to get something at the pharmacy, and we were able to checkout there.
If the lines wouldn't have been so long, I would have shopped there.

This one specifically needs better staffing and accommodations for wheelchair access. I watched a woman struggle to get out of their bathroom, while in the bathroom she was unable to get her wheelchair into the stall, leaving the stall wide open with her chair. Not okay. On top of another who was not able to fit her wheelchair into the right corner entrance of the bathroom to be told there's another she could use, but it was a tight fit and not very accommodating to her needs. This is not okay. Your parking lot and store may have "wheelchair access" but your bathrooms do not. And that is not okay. It's discriminating. And definitely not a situation anyone would want to be in. On top of the staff snapping at customers who were trying to talk and help each other with the accommodations needed.  Saying your over here and she's fine. When clearly it was not fine....Understand and do better!

I have frequented this Walmart for about s year now. Overall, I am neither highly satisfied nor dissatisfied. The customer service is spotty depending on what department, the time of day, etc. I appreciate the same day online mobile pickup for groceries. The employees always seem ready and willing to help and are efficient.

Self checkout is never open anymore. Lines are way too long, because checkers are slow. Don’t even offer reusable bags for you to buy. Offer self checkout!

Store was very clean, well stocked and not overly busy.  Because I hadn't been there since January, I had some trouble locating several items, but when I asked for assistance, I was helped immediately, and happily.  I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the employees, regardless of which department I was in at the time.  Outside of overspending, I actually had a very pleasant shopping experience there. 🙂

First time in one. Very nice, lots of variety  and quality.  Wish we had them in the states.

For anyone from the US, this is like Bloomingdale's with a Spanish accent and prices in pesos 🤪. Great selection of high-end products. It is a chain in México, you can also shop online. Watch for sales, which seem to happen often.
