It was great. I found everything I needed the best part when I couldn't it was a beautiful soul who worked there and got us in the right direction she was extremely helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. Walmart could definitely improve their check it took a 45-minute boy,  I tied of standing in line after walking a few hours in the store, gathering food, clothing,  etc..

Don't call asking for a number to reach anyone for assistance. Because they can't help you and give you numbers that don't work. Taking my business elsewhere.

*Went again why I don't know 🙄. Will just order or go to Target which is just over the highway. Why are you checking my receipt when you know I didn't come from self checkout?!? You saw her come around and scan my soda's why do you feel the need to check my receipt? That's why I left it with her and continued to walk the hell out. Nope never again....and NO the rating didn't change

I've been to this location twice. Nothing different from the other Walmarts except I've noticed more variety, cleanliness and things are pretty well stocked. The only annoying thing is at night time, they have on register open and the self check out only has like three working and it can get busy with customers. Check out was like twenty minutes. I'd still go here again though!!

I ordered express delivery....didn't deliver till after 2....and then received wrong item.....and the driver brother also had to go back to car to get an item left in her car ....he went to take back item wrong and then I cancelled that item....and then it shows they couldn't deliver????? But they did some items....then the whole then was cancelled....my bank saying pending refersal of amount????? I tried five times to call store but if course no answer

Customer service was closed after automotive sent me there with my car battery to get core charge taken off so I ask the lady what I was supposed to do with the  damn core and she said that she didn't give a damn that it wasn't her problem. Walmart in Ridgeland is the last place I will ever go again!!!!!!!! This makes me wish I would have never retired here.

But I rather touch on the customer service my friend has a vision impairment and couldn't receive the she needed and they seemed to mock her and her husband. Be careful you don't know who you might need help from. I certainly hope they get better customer service at this location .

I had a great experience. The saleslady was absolutely wonderful. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was an African American lady that took a lot of time helping me today. I did find what I wanted thanks to her assistance. It was on sale. I checked out and got out in a timely manner in the Ridgeland store about 2:00 pm today.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the inventory inside the store. The customer service is not up to standard. A group of associates  were at the counter I asked could someone assist me in getting  a pair of shoes from the top shelf. Well I waited around  8mins no one ever came to help. I walked out and neither of them asked if I  found anything  or have a good day nothing. I should not have expected  it because  I  wasnt greeted walking in either.

Me & my son visited this store last night. I spoke (2) two employee & they was No help & didn’t know anything. Also, I was discussed when the young man with the dreads he was showing his royal blue underwear. This is an embarrassing to the store & my son besides other customers. Who wants help from anyone with there pants down. I will not be visiting this store anymore. The security guard was on his phone. Poor, poor services on both end.

I wish I'd gone here first!
I needed new boots.  Wolverine no longer makes the model I like.  Twice, I tried buying on line but returned them twice for poor fit.  I found some I liked at both Blain's and Tractor Supply, but neither had my size.
So I Googled "Kalamazoo work boots".  Fortunately, the search returned Okun Bros Shoes in downtown Kalamazoo.
They have lots of boots to choose from.  Darius is very knowledgeable and asked great questions to narrow the selection. Each boot that looked promising was available in my size!  I found exactly the boot I was looking for and the price was fair.
If you are looking for quality work boots, go here first.

My husband and I found this shoe store by happy accident-we were walking by, about to cross the street, but a glimpse of the interior pulled us in. Five minutes later, we left. I had the perfect new winter boots on my feet, our bank balance barely dented because of the amazing sale price. A wide selection of superior brands of shoes and boots. We were especially pleased to see how many lines they carried that are designed for multiple service/hospitality industries. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, the right balance of customer service and people skills. We felt helped without getting a sales pitch. As a former salesperson I found this very appealing...I am wearing my Keen boots as I write this. Support this longtime local business; you will have happy feet.

Was unsatisfied from the beginning.   Took almost 2.5 weeks to get a pair of boots in (I called another store and they could get the same boots in a matter of days).  Customer service was definitely lacking (until I informed them I was going to go to the other store instead).  Will never get any of my business again.

Chip was very helpful to us. He actually listened to what I needed, paid attention to how I walk and stand and helped me find the perfect shoe. I highly recommend shopping here for quality shoes and top notch service.

Had a great day experience it was my first time in and I was looking for a steel toe boot. They have a nice selection and they were able to find a boot to fit all my needs and answer all my questions. Chip helped me out for almost an hour he was super knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to going back and highly recommend.

SKECHERS Factory Outlet

It has been a disappointment the past few visits. Inventory in my common size has been low as well as selection on newest models.  Pricing is not discounted as expected for a factory outlet. I have better luck buying Skechers Shoes in my size at a better price at my local Meijer Stores. 🤷‍♂️ The Truth.

I love love love Skechers. I was trying to get my hubby on board as the comfort and ease of use are unmatched (IMO). Unfortunately, not one staff member approached to help us. No one attempted to help hubby sort out the mass amount of styles and types of shoes available. Maybe it's not the "Skechers" model of business, but you would think some personal attention would be given.

I never have any issue finding shoes to buy. The team was very helpful and nice

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.  I came in needing a pair of work boots, and they directed me to their collection, pointed out the different features of each, made suggestions depending on what I needed them for, and looked up sizes to make sure I had a good fit.  When they didn't have my size, they ordered some free of charge right to my door, and explained the return policy in case I needed it.

5/5, would definitely recommend!

Good selection, but I felt quite unwelcome, almost as if I was intruding on staff time. I left without making my planned purchase and bought another brand online.

I'm only giving them a 3 star rating for the fact that occasionally they have better prices than competitors.

Customer service wise it is very hit and miss. My most recent visit to this location I needed assistance locating a product that they supposedly had 7 of in stock. After looking around to find no associates nearby, I called the store and told them where I was in the store and needed assistance. The employee on the phone was to send someone to me. Several minutes go by, and no one shows. Amazon got my business that day.

This store management’s has the worst ATTITUDES. I stop coming here but last night I was headed home and needed to pick up an item. I witnessed leaving a Co worker speaking to another co worker badly. I felt sorry for the young lady you can tell she was frustrated and as I listened I can her the young lady to whom I guess supposed to be over her she didn’t know she had to tell her she was gone and she continued to say she never closed so she didn’t know. But the lady whom was speaking to her continued to be disrespectful instead of explaining to her. That’s what she was supposed to do and let her if she closed again to get with someone in management to let them know. This target feels like an unpleasant visit to Walmart. The employees needs to learn communication skills with employees and customers so unprofessional. No one deserves to be talked down to. I’m gonna take this a step further to upper management they can’t get away with the disrespect

I ordered items from online. Paid for them, got the text that they were ready for pickup. Keep in mind that these items were shown online and in stock. After getting there, I went up to the pickup location and wait for about 10 minutes. Then after conversing with the associate about my pickup order, she left. another 10 or so minutes later, she returned and handed me my order. I looked inside the bag, and only one item was there. When I asked as to where the other items were, she stated that they didn't have that item in stock. I explained that online it clearly states that they were, hence me ordering them for pickup. I asked as what about the $$$ I paid for said items. She stated that it would be refunded back to me. These items were for my baby granddaughters birthday. How disappointing. I found them at another store and bought them. This is the last time I will ever step foot in these stores.

I LOVE Target! Almost everything is clean, neat, and fully stocked usually. I love the nicer items offered and the higher quality along with a friendly knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend

This was another good Target location. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and the store had everything that I needed.

The RedCard is an essential item when one shops at Target. 5% off everything adds up quickly. You are truly missing out on the Target experience if you don't have a RedCard. I don't even shop at Target regularly and I have one.

If there is one thing that needs work, it is their value brand (Good and Gather). It needs to up its quality by a lot. It pales in comparison to Kroger's and Walmart's.

This is for the horrible customer service in the auto care department and the store manager that basically did nothing to help me!
I ordered tires online and took my car in to have them put on. A while after I got to work I checked to see the progress and it said something happened and I would be called. I ended up calling them.
The tires were the wrong size and couldn’t be put on.
After work I went to see what was going on and after waiting in line for 20 minutes because only one register was being used I was told that they didn’t fit and they had put the 4 tires in my car and I would have to take them to customer service myself to return them.
WOW!!!!!
Why during the 8 hours the car was there  could they not have taken the tires to the front and told me to go up and return them.
Then the most ridiculous thing that happened was that they put the 4 tires in the back of my mini cooper two door!
Needless to say after sitting in my car for 8 hours my car smelled so bad!
I have never seen people with NO common sense like I did today and will never return to this auto center!
Next after being in tears I went to customer service where I was passed to a store manager. This young guy basically dismissed my problem and made me feel like I was a stupid woman and said he would definitely speak to the auto care center then he had someone help me get the tires into the store.
Meanwhile after just working 8 hours I had to be accommodating the auto center when they should have been accommodating the customer!
This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
I would have given no points but I had to put at least one star to post.

They sell a variety of things here like  clothing, automotive, food and cameras, toys, flowers, outdoor and garden supplies, housewares, sports area, electronics, medications, etc. You can say it's one stop shopping here. They have reasonable prices on mostly everything. There's a pharmacy, McDonald's, beauty salon, bank, portrait studio and also optical dept here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They remodeled the store which is great, but for the past several years they have less and less actual people working registers. After the remodel it is 99% self checkouts but yet they have SO MANY employees. You shop yourself, check out yourself, and while you’re checking out they will be on their phones making sure you’re not stealing. Before you leave, you have to show your receipt. You will be treated like a criminal no matter your race or age. It’s honestly become annoying and old to shop here… I started giving my business to other places around town instead. I’ve never stolen anything in my life, and I’ve never made a mistake while checking out my own groceries. And don’t even get me started on the beauty section of the store… everything is locked up! And you have to check out before you leave that section. No thanks.

Its a pretty decent Walmart. A lot of security nice employees and I even found a car like mine in the parking lot 😆

This is my place of worship and we are growing. We want to extend an invitation to come and grow with us. We are also on YouTube for all of our services. Sunday School at 9am, Morning Worship at 11 am, Bible Study on Wednesday  night at 7pm. Prayer Service at 6pm also on Wednesday night. Come and grow with us our Pastor is Christopher Charles White and he is an amazing man of God. See you Sunday morning for Sunday School, morning Worship and Wednesday for Prayer and Bible Study.

There were too many pickers and very slow customer service, which was basically no help.   These days it's pretty much delivery except when I'm on the road and MUST go on store.   I don't even attempt curbside based on a couple of tries for groceries.

It’s extremely inconvenient to shop in the garden section of this Walmart. They lock all doors leading out. So, anyone buying any significantly large garden items are forced to parade them through the store. Otherwise, I like this Walmart. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Employees don't want to work, they just want to talk to other workers. Nasty acting employees. They don't show any hospitality, their rude and lazy. They do not want to work. All they want to do is conversate with other employees. They even stop ringing up to laugh and talk. Walmart hired them to do nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am beyond upset with the PickUp Service. I have been sitting waiting for my order for over an hour and a half and still nothing. It was ready for Pick Up Monday and now they can’t find and no Employee is telling me anything. Very Disappointed

Ashley in customer service cussed me because she is having a bad morning.  I just wanted to return a item with my receipt. She then cussed me as I walked away so I turned back to her and said she needed God. Ashley then cussed me with God in her cussing rant. I then ask for a store manager and I got Chris. Much better person to deal with. I informed him of her actions and left the store. No shopping in Byram anymore for me. I will go elsewhere. RUDE is not ok. God needs to be in Byram Walmart.

The pharmacy is great. For the most part, the self-checkout staff are friendly but it's the staff out on the floor that are extremely rude. I do wish they could have vehicles towed that are parked in the pick-up section with no one in the vehicle! I see no less than 5 or 6 parked in this section with no one in the car/truck. I realize Walmart can't be the 'Respect and Coutesy' police but it would be nice if they could start. Kinda like ticketing those that can't seem to put their shopping carts where they are supposed to go after use... even when parked next to the cart return! 🤔

We were in line to check out and we backed up to another checkout we were the checker told us that she was closed. So I went to another checkout and I was looking back at the other one she started checking another person out then she went to another girl and started talking to her about me. I told her if she had something to say to say it to my face she started yelling at me and threatening me about what she would do to me she was black with long braided hair. I live in Hamilton and I am 72 years old I want be back to Hamilton Walmart until she is gone and I am going to every business in Hamilton to tell all my friends and neighbors how I was treated.

Came into the walmart with a slow leak/cut in tire on a Sunday. Was traveling with family to North Carolina. Excellent service from the tire team. The Team Lead was professional and knowledgeable. The patch job was good and got us home safely to NC. Thank you to the whole team.

Self check out sucks. In ( assisted) checkout the checker is talking on his phone to the shop about his car. All Walmart suck . This is my 4th visit in 5 years.

I love Walmart usually the people that is working there are very nice and helpful maybe they're a little bit stressed out if it says the towards at the end of the day but anyways you always get what you want cuz you know what is in Walmart now that they have redone Walmart Hamilton it is wider aisles and everything it is very very nice everything is coming along very beautiful

Computers control what employees can do for them  this isn't allowing anyone in any type of authority give customers a better experience. They just say sorry for that person and cover up for their employees to be rude and ignorant to customers that shop in the store and for customers that use the app.

A great place for all your shopping needs. The store feels pretty clean and is well organized. They have a good selection of clothing for the whole family. We went to buy toys for Christmas and found a lot of variety. In the grocery area it was very well stocked up. We don’t visit often but when we do, we usually stock up on the essentials a always get good prices here.

We are frequently customer,  they always have all the seasonal items, and the best price.

I went to Walmart to get a Styrofoam ice chest for my husband. On the shelf there were only 2 but they had no lid I asked a worker if there was a different area where there were lids they said no and that I can ask a different coworker because she didn't know. One coworker  told me they are showing that they have 21 of them but no one knew we're to look for them. So after asking 5 different coworkers I decided to ask if I can get a discount since I only had half the product they told me to go to customer service to ask.
Customer service said they could not give me a discount I told them who's in charge here and who's the manager and they didn't want to give me a name but then they said ohh uhh we can give you a 10 % discount I told them 50cents is not worth it when half the product is not available.

Great customer service!  You know what it is. A bunch of stuff... great prices... self serve... BUT when you need an actual person they're great!
