Walmart Supercenter

It was great. I found everything I needed the best part when I couldn't it was a beautiful soul who worked there and got us in the right direction she was extremely helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. Walmart could definitely improve their check it took a 45-minute boy, I tied of standing in line after walking a few hours in the store, gathering food, clothing, etc..

Don't call asking for a number to reach anyone for assistance. Because they can't help you and give you numbers that don't work. Taking my business elsewhere. *Went again why I don't know 🙄. Will just order or go to Target which is just over the highway. Why are you checking my receipt when you know I didn't come from self checkout?!? You saw her come around and scan my soda's why do you feel the need to check my receipt? That's why I left it with her and continued to walk the hell out. Nope never again....and NO the rating didn't change

I've been to this location twice. Nothing different from the other Walmarts except I've noticed more variety, cleanliness and things are pretty well stocked. The only annoying thing is at night time, they have on register open and the self check out only has like three working and it can get busy with customers. Check out was like twenty minutes. I'd still go here again though!!

I ordered express delivery....didn't deliver till after 2....and then received wrong item.....and the driver brother also had to go back to car to get an item left in her car ....he went to take back item wrong and then I cancelled that item....and then it shows they couldn't deliver????? But they did some items....then the whole then was cancelled....my bank saying pending refersal of amount????? I tried five times to call store but if course no answer

Customer service was closed after automotive sent me there with my car battery to get core charge taken off so I ask the lady what I was supposed to do with the damn core and she said that she didn't give a damn that it wasn't her problem. Walmart in Ridgeland is the last place I will ever go again!!!!!!!! This makes me wish I would have never retired here.
