I'm only giving them a 3 star rating for the fact that occasionally they have better prices than competitors.
Customer service wise it is very hit and miss. My most recent visit to this location I needed assistance locating a product that they supposedly had 7 of in stock. After looking around to find no associates nearby, I called the store and told them where I was in the store and needed assistance. The employee on the phone was to send someone to me. Several minutes go by, and no one shows. Amazon got my business that day.
This store management’s has the worst ATTITUDES. I stop coming here but last night I was headed home and needed to pick up an item. I witnessed leaving a Co worker speaking to another co worker badly. I felt sorry for the young lady you can tell she was frustrated and as I listened I can her the young lady to whom I guess supposed to be over her she didn’t know she had to tell her she was gone and she continued to say she never closed so she didn’t know. But the lady whom was speaking to her continued to be disrespectful instead of explaining to her. That’s what she was supposed to do and let her if she closed again to get with someone in management to let them know. This target feels like an unpleasant visit to Walmart. The employees needs to learn communication skills with employees and customers so unprofessional. No one deserves to be talked down to. I’m gonna take this a step further to upper management they can’t get away with the disrespect
I ordered items from online. Paid for them, got the text that they were ready for pickup. Keep in mind that these items were shown online and in stock. After getting there, I went up to the pickup location and wait for about 10 minutes. Then after conversing with the associate about my pickup order, she left. another 10 or so minutes later, she returned and handed me my order. I looked inside the bag, and only one item was there. When I asked as to where the other items were, she stated that they didn't have that item in stock. I explained that online it clearly states that they were, hence me ordering them for pickup. I asked as what about the $$$ I paid for said items. She stated that it would be refunded back to me. These items were for my baby granddaughters birthday. How disappointing. I found them at another store and bought them. This is the last time I will ever step foot in these stores.
I LOVE Target! Almost everything is clean, neat, and fully stocked usually. I love the nicer items offered and the higher quality along with a friendly knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend
This was another good Target location. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and the store had everything that I needed.
The RedCard is an essential item when one shops at Target. 5% off everything adds up quickly. You are truly missing out on the Target experience if you don't have a RedCard. I don't even shop at Target regularly and I have one.
If there is one thing that needs work, it is their value brand (Good and Gather). It needs to up its quality by a lot. It pales in comparison to Kroger's and Walmart's.
