Wonderful experience, Danny did everything the old school way, with a land shake.The way it used to be your word word was your bond sealed with a hand shake. I knew everything would be alright. My wife and I really like the way they look and the price was fantastic. Danny is a retired veteran and handles his business in a way you can trust. Very nice looking blinds. If you're in the market for new window blinds I definitely recommend you take the time to stop an visit with them you'll be glad you did.

We have been working with Dannie and Ron since last month because our builder recommended them and I 100% recommend this company. One of the attitudes I appreciated the most is how friendly, respectful, punctual, helpful they are. They are there to guide you in every step. They gave us a lot of good ideas according to our budget. They are not there to over sell you. When we liked some blinds beyond our budget, they were there to help us selecting a more affordable but still elegant alternative.  There prices are really competitive, blinds are made from them, so you are actually supporting a local company and artisans.

Timely scheduling, excellent customer service (shout out to Danny!) and BEAUTIFUL work. Price point is great. Will definitely recommend The Blind Factory.

I’ve been doing business with a.r.t.t. since 2008 and they are always easy to deal with and supply high quality materials. Their installs have all been top-notch as well. As long as I’m in construction, they’ll be my place for stair and handrail parts.

Walmart Supercenter

Nothing really bad to say. It's like most Walmarts.  I did want to make sure to rate it with a 5 star review though because 2 of the associates were extra friendly, made eye contact, made it a point to say a quick greeting, and smiled.  It gets more and more rare to see the service with a smile attitude, but I always appreciate it.

They just keep getting worse in the pickup orders. Doesn't matter if I show up the 15 mins early they allow or on perfect time. They ALWAYS make me wait up to 45 mins. People that show up 20 or 30 mins after me STILL get their order before I do. B.S.

I always have a pleasant time no matter what dept I go to. The best is my grocery pick up. Associates are the best. I use the pharmacy on hillside bc it has a drive thru, those associates are the best as well.

I love this Walmart it’s convenient to get in and out of the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are so helpful. I have gotten my flu shots my Covid vaccine, my shingles all at one location and they keep track of when my meds need to be refilled and contact the doctor so I don’t have to.  They send me reminders, so I don’t have to worry about it.  The store has a great selection and choices.

This is a place that you can get everything.. don’t ask for more.. cool place to kills time

Sam's Best Buys

Awesome place of business for seventy percent deals plus. Went there before I'm a returning customer. Why go to Walmart for a thirty dollar oh that looks expensive for that price when you can go to Sam's best buy for an eighty dollar guaranteed to protect you and loved ones rain, sleet snow or other wise and a selection that meets your individual needs for buying apparel. From construction to toad and security visible gear to more casual and sporting look. Sam's has it all.

I've always liked this place. It's been there 4ever as well. Ski stuff, cold weather gear, school uniforms, military items, etc. Owner is kool, but super chatty lol. If ur paying w/CC make sure name on card  is ur name, u must show ID & it match.

I've been shopping here for the past 45 years,  great place to buy your big Mans clothes. I even worked for Gene for a year. Sad to see them close. See Gene when you go. God bless Gene and his family.

Went to the store after it was supposed to be open and it was closed. Saw the signs stating they were going out of business and decided to call. The owner answered and I asked what time they open. He started the conversation by telling me “This is how it’s going to work”. I replied ok. I explained that i was going on a ski trip next month. He cut me off again and said again. “So this is how it’s going to work. We get a shipment of ski stuff in at the end of the week.” I simply said ok and he cut me off saying “let me finish”.  I ended up hanging up on this guy. You want my business? Treat me like a customer not someone that you feel is inconveniencing you. Pathetic!

I have been shopping here since i was around 10 years old with my parents im 37 now and its very sad to see this place close its doors. I did still find what i was looking for however the store is just bones anymore. Very little supply of items. This place had so many items back in the day you couldn't even move around in the store at 1 point .

Iron Tough Vinyl Fence

We love our new fence! After a long search for a fence company, we are so glad we decided to choose Iron Tough to install our fence. They were professional, educated on vinyl fencing and did a phenomenal installation for us. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when they finished and our new fence is exactly as we had pictured. We couldn’t be happier!

Iron Tough Vinyl was fast to response to our problem, tornado damage, and had us fixed fast.  They installed our original fence many years ago and just this spring added to it.  Great quality, great service and great people.

These guys (and girls) did a fantastic job on our black vinyl fence. Around 88 panels and three gates. All looks perfect. They kept the site clean, did not harm any of my neighbors property, and got job done in exactly the amount of time they said they would. We have had numerous compliments on the fence, and could not be happier.

We had a great experience with Brady and his team. He responded quickly to any questions we had beforehand and the work was completed as promised. Scheduling was quick and easy too.

I've had the pleasure of actually working with this company, not only are they a great family owned company but they will provide you with nothing less than the best quality service and Vinyl Fence Installation the great state of oklahoma has to offer!!! To see the amount of work and man hours that are put into there quality products, its just unbelievable!! 5 stars all the way around from a former employee's view, and also a personal public view.

Agnew Door & Window Co.

I recently had an experience with Agnew Door and Window, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I had placed an order for a set of doors with the expectation that they would be ready within a two-week timeframe. To ensure accurate measurements, I even provided them with the original doors. However, the entire process turned out to be quite disappointing.

Initially, I reached out to inquire about the progress of my order on day 9, as I was told they would be ready by then. To my surprise, no communication was initiated from their end. When I finally called, I was informed that the completion would be pushed to the following Monday. This delay was rather frustrating. As promised, I followed up on Monday, only to be given yet another rescheduled date – this time for Wednesday.

Upon collecting my order, it was disheartening to discover that they had only prepared 11 doors instead of the 12 I had originally requested and been charged for. Even when confronted with the discrepancy, their attempt to convince me that I had ordered only 11 was both perplexing and disappointing. This necessitated placing a new order for the missing door, further elongating the process.

When I proceeded to install the doors, a staggering six of them were wrongly sized, despite the fact that I had given them the original doors to ensure accuracy. This prompted me to return the misfit doors, leading to another two-week wait for a corrected order. Astonishingly, even the doors they delivered on the second attempt were incorrect in size.

Perhaps the most baffling part of this ordeal was that, out of the 12 doors I ordered, a significant six required modifications to their mortices just to fit properly. Seeking resolution, I contacted them to discuss a refund for the adjustments needed. Regrettably, the response was rather elusive; I was assured that someone would reach out to me, but that never transpired.

In conclusion, while Agnew Door and Window might be satisfactory for standard, non-custom orders, my experience with them was less than satisfactory for custom orders. If you are seeking customized doors, it might be prudent to either acquire a blank door and handle the modifications yourself or explore other reputable shops in the city that can better meet your needs.

Refuse to honor their own work.

Door hinge they installed lasted 3 weeks, fell apart after normal use, and they charged us AGAIN to fix it.

The woman on the phone was very nice and super helpful but the gentleman I spoke with was quite aggressive and unwilling to listen. He immediately blamed us with no possible thought that his product or installation was possibly just faulty.

Don’t recommend.

Reply to business: Yes we would very much appreciate you honoring your appointment commitment that we have already agreed to pay for. Especially since that was the only scenario we were given to get you to agree to fix the work in the first place.
If a warranty was voided by the removal of the product then meeting half way would have made for a different discussion. It was not mentioned by any of the 3 employees we spoke with multiple times today.
There is video footage of every time the door was opened until the moment the hydraulics stopped working, and then again when the arm came apart.
We did remove the piece after it broke off simply in order to ensure the safety of our guests as they entered.
The shop is closed on weekends when the issue took place and we had to take precautionary measures was all.
We truly wish you could have simply evaluated your product and installation before becoming irritable and unwilling to listen to our issue.

Used Agnew for a new front door and french closet doors.  Everyone was great and followed through with timelines and promises.  A spotlight on our door wasn't right and they made it right for us.  We are using them again for interior doors and another exterior door.  Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed
I do not recommend this place when they left I checked out side and The window was cracked on the corner. They did not install it correctly. When I called the guy said that they can't do anything. If I could I would give it 0 stars.

Won't use them again. Now won't return my call after 7200 job.time for court.

Parks Coffee

We have been customers of Parks Coffee for several years and not only is their coffee GREAT but so is their customer service!  Kris and August have been so great to work with and they are always reliable, responsive and professional.  I highly recommend doing business with Parks Coffee!

Our company has been using parks for almost a year now and they have been. The coffee is wonderful and the service that Quinn provides us is awesome.

Parks takes their job seriously. They are always ready and willing to meet our needs. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Big O Tires

I’ve debated doing this as I’ve never left a business a bad review before..On 4/8/23 I took my 2015 Ford Escape to Big O in Mustang for 4 new tires, new struts, and new shocks. I got my car back the same day. I did not drive my car on Sunday but Monday upon driving to work my ABS sensor light came on w the alert “driver hill assist unavailable” and all my electronic sensors became permanently disabled. I called right away and they got my car in that Friday and replaced that sensor and told me it was fixed and mentioned the sensor most likely accidentally broke when they were working on my front end. It was not fixed, it came back on a couple days later. Over the course of 3 months I’ve taken my car to them 8 times WITH APPOINTMENTS for them to replace the ground wire to this sensor but they completely have wasted my time and have not fixed the problem. Keith has lied to me numerous times with “we had to order another part” “the part got delayed” “it’ll be here Tuesday” and my personal favorite “we just didn’t get to it” (I had appts EVERY TIME). Here I am it’s almost august and It’s not fixed. I have spent almost $3000 here regretfully. My digital and analog speedometer does not work(no clue what speed I’m driving), I have no idea how much gas is in my car, I do not know my car’s mileage, I will not know if I have a systems alert, my seat belt alert doesn’t work and the list goes on. .(see pic). This is a safety concern and extremely disappointing.

No communication between techs and management, problem wasn’t solved even though additional work had to be done to said part replacement process. Left bolts and washers under the wipers, anyone want to lose a windshield? Yeah, me either. I asked for 2 additional parts to be replaced and they didn’t do either one. So, do not recommend taking your vehicle to the Mustang, OK location. IF they resolve these issues, I’ll re-evaluate this review. Oh, and this issues invoice? States I need “brake repairs” but I just got new brakes (pads, rotors, etc.) in the last 6 months. Definitely more concerned with quantity, not quality.

I went in to get a tire checked. That had a screw in it. It turned out it could not be repaired, but because it was under warranty it was immediately replaced with a new tire.  These folks are professional and do good work.

This is the only place I will go to for tires and service !!! They have an oil change for 18.99 . I had them do it and out the door it was 23.00 . They took 30 mins to do it!! Great shop and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

It all started with a simple alignment job on my 2014 VW beetle.  We were told that the car needed new control arms and ball joints, by the way the car has less that 50k miles on it.  I didn’t have an issue with that work being performed but I did have issue with being charged over 100% markup from retail on the parts.

I was told they were going to reclock the steering wheel and that’s absolutely something that cannot be performed due to the electric steering rack sensors in the steering column.

I was also told it would need a new steering rack and pinion because the original one was damaged.  They also told me they were going to order a remanufactured unit to install on the car and it was a used unit instead but again was told it was a remanufactured one.  They also told me that the remanufactured rack and pinion unit was going to be 700.00 I called the same company and was not only told they don’t sell remanufactured units only used and at a cost of 179.00.

I offered to help locate a used unit from LKQ that had a warranty and was guaranteed to work on the vehicle.  I ended up having to order two from LKQ because the first one was not good.  After taking the new rack to them I was then told that it wasn’t the correct one for the car.  More delays, I contacted Volkswagen and LKQ to verify that the part I sourced was indeed correct for the car .
After several days I was told they couldn’t make the repairs because of it being the wrong part.  Upon arrival to pick up the part they had decided to charge me for the steering rack I purchased and brought to them.

They were going to charge me for an alignment that they did not complete.  I asked for that to be removed from the bill along with the additional labor they were wanting to charge for the rack and pinion.  I was told by the store manager that he was not going to charge me any more labor to try to make it right but he did anyway.  We had already paid them 500.00 against our bill and again we ended up paying another 519.00 dollars to get our car which now has had to be taken to be repaired to another shop because of the absolute craziness that this business has put me thru.  What a deal , charge a customer over a thousand dollars and I still have a vehicle that cannot be driven.

I rented a scooter for my mom for a family reunion and everything from my first call to pick up was easy! My questions were answered and all the staff I encountered were friendly. The use of the scooter was quite easy, assembly and taking it apart. It  moved easily over dirt, grass, and gravel. The speed was ideal. Highly recommend this company!

I was connected with Mobility Living after years of trying to find a way to get myself a wheelchair. I finally got a new custom wheelchair all covered by insurance within 6 months of the first contact. Every call was friendly, straightforward, and easy to understand with the staff.

Best experience I've had ever.

Mr Eddie Cross arrived at my residence to make scheduled repairs on my wheelchair.  He called me prior to coming to change appointment time from 2-3 pm this afternoon to 9:30 am. This morning.  He texted me he was on his way and provided me a photo of himself so I knew him when he arrived at my home.  He arrived at 9:19 am, introduced himself and proceeded to repair my wheelchair and provide me on how to orchestrate the charging my new batteries to have better service. I had never been given these instructions when I originally received my wheelchair.   Mr Cross was professional and gracious in BBB his dealings.

McDonald's

We know that our small town McDonald's is always busy with the growing community that we have but it's always worth the wait cuz the service and the quality of the food is wonderful. The people working here are wonderful and nice the general manager has done a great job with this place! Always easy to order on the app and wait curbside so I don't have to get out of my car I'm busy nights or just when we want a quick treat!

Thanks mcdonalds over $4 for lg fries and look how much I get. Less than half full should be 50% off since they only gave me 50% of what I paid for. I swear there's some good mcdonalds and some bad ones and safe to say what ones this is. Never coming back

We love this McDonald's. My Co Driver and I travel all over the USA and this is the best McDonald's we've been too. Adriana (Worker) has an amazing energy  She even gave us a minute to have a small chat with us. She is very energetic and positive. She made our day better

Food came hot and fresh and timely. Staff has great personality. Asked for extra bacon, didn't get extra bacon, verbally and visually showed no extra bacon vs the receipt that indicated the request. Received extra bacon. Boom.
🎵 Easy like Sunday morning🎶 The manager guy did yell at people in the back and they said they're running out of bacon. So likely, that's why we got jipped in the first place. Not acceptable however, understandable.

Complaint, unfortunately. **Not based on this staff** This location no longer has an espresso machine. At a TRUCK STOP. Maybe the aggravation of it always breaking down? 😆 It's is needed though. And the Caramel Iced Coffee I got was watered down and not as much caramel as usual. We just requested caramel sauce and they provided. They're busy and we aren't buttheads.

FYI: Thankfully, this Love's carries espresso shots.
