I rented a scooter for my mom for a family reunion and everything from my first call to pick up was easy! My questions were answered and all the staff I encountered were friendly. The use of the scooter was quite easy, assembly and taking it apart. It moved easily over dirt, grass, and gravel. The speed was ideal. Highly recommend this company!

I was connected with Mobility Living after years of trying to find a way to get myself a wheelchair. I finally got a new custom wheelchair all covered by insurance within 6 months of the first contact. Every call was friendly, straightforward, and easy to understand with the staff. Mr Eddie Cross arrived at my residence to make scheduled repairs on my wheelchair. He called me prior to coming to change appointment time from 2-3 pm this afternoon to 9:30 am. This morning. He texted me he was on his way and provided me a photo of himself so I knew him when he arrived at my home. He arrived at 9:19 am, introduced himself and proceeded to repair my wheelchair and provide me on how to orchestrate the charging my new batteries to have better service.
