Just because artificial intelligence is at its finest and highest peak Performance currently ,than it has ever been. Does not mean that Wal-Mart (as a whole) needs to lack in customer service. But not limited to just lacking in customer service, the customer service that is awarded is generally rude and very demeaning. There is one customer in particular that I have had a extremely bad experience with multiple times. And has been brought to the attention of Corporation but Rhonda is still working there for some odd reason. Never friendly constantly rude and has called more than one customer a thief allowed in front of other customers while the whole time she was directly in the wrong and ignorant in the situation at hand.

Generally, this location is well stocked and has adequate selection. Layout is a little confusing, but service is good. Bathrooms are well maintained.

As a traveler, not from the US. I've made walmart a staple for food, sleeping, gear,and etc. Never before in 32 states have I met an associate so willing to be "helpful". In Spirit Lake IA. An associate "Parker". Made my day. Parker, you deserve all the accolades and made my trying situation a lot easier. Thank you!

Visiting from out of town. Stopped in to pick up a few things and just wanted to give some kudos to our cashier JJ! Super friendly and very helpful! Also I didn't get her name, but the blond girl working up front was handing out popsicles to kids, fantastic to see! Great customer service all around!

I was in this store not long ago, and heard a manager reprimand an employee. I was disgusted!!! The manager was out right degrading and bullying!! Just a complete jerk!! No one should be talked to like that!! Ever!! In fact I hope that employee gets a lawyer!! I'll be glad to testify!!  If any manager talks to an employee like that, they should be fired on the spot!! I'll do my shopping in Spencer from now on!!!! I hope that sweet girl quits!!! Terrible!!! I'll never shop here again!!!!

I drove over an hour and got there bc they had a specific pair of shoes my foot surgeon suggests. I called so many times but the line was busy. I got there 10 minutes before closing and was so apologetic. The employees were so busy with their sign change I had to jump over signs coming in the door. Then they were very rude to me and wouldn’t stop the sign change to talk to me. One was on the phone the whole time complaining about management. Absolutely will shop somewhere else next time.

AJ is very helpful and knowledgeable...when needed assistance she was full on. Even bought extra shoes and socks(sale).

Great deals just about every week & I love the staff. They are helpful and will clue you in on different deals maybe not posted in store.

Whatever you do do not do an online order through this store! They did not have my size in store so they placed an order to be shipped to my home. For over a week the order showed processed.  When I call customer service they told me that the order had been cancelled because they did not have the inventory. They then proceeded to tell me that since I used my debit card that I would receive be receiving a check in the mail in 3-6 weeks.  I will not be doing business with this company again. This is terrible business practices!

Forest Lumber

Able to order the hardware I needed. Staff very helpful and friendly. My only problem when they tried to call me their number came in as unknown, giving problems with my phone settings. This was even after I had put them in my contacts.

I’m owed close to $800 on a credit from forest products and they have refused to return phone calls or make things right. Be cautious when dealing with these guys. Might recommend you look elsewhere if possible.

They are old but they maybe the best place, favorite of mine for sure of good hard to find lumber.  They have a large yard, they stock a great selection of lumber. Same as a bigger store but just easier to shop if you know what you want. The salesperson inside were all nice and helpful.

I have called ever location in Oklahoma and get no one to answer or call me back. I dont know how you stay in business with such poor customer service. Im going somewere els for my needs because if there is a problem no one will ever know if i dont make a trip there.

Forest lumber had a good selection and decent pricing. I’m a home improvement contractor and builder. So looking around for quality as well as pricing.

Harbor Freight Tools

Friendly staff and nice environment. I was able to find what I needed an extras I didn't need. Basically a tool toy store with a nice selection. Many of the tools have lifetime warranty so don't worry.
The staff even puts up with my happy old doggo when he's excited.

I had positive experiences until recently, when a Franklin 600lb appliance dolly experienced a catastrophic failure after the 90 day warranty period. The stitching on the lower strap tore out while I was hauling a dryer, causing the appliance to fall to the ground and sustain damage. No injuries. It could have been a lot worse.

I took it back to the store, hoping that the dangerous nature of the failure would be received with understanding by management. But the woman I spoke with was unhelpful and only kept repeating, "If it's past 90 days and you didn't buy the extended coverage plan, there's nothing we can do."

I called corporate, who connected me with a good customer service representative, who told me the store manager should have taken an incident report. The phone representative was professional and helpful. They took all my information and forwarded the claim for further review.

Love this store! Makes most all repairs requiring rarely needed specialty tools accessible to ambitious DiYers! So glad to have one in Neosho, MO

A 300+ dollar air compressor lasted 11 months....This is why they want you to pay for an extended warranty , extended past their 90 days they own mcgraw air compressors...

The Blind Man

I called the Blind Man several years ago when we decided (Needed) to update our LRs and DR (they weren't a referral, I just liked the name). To say they were great is an understatement.  Replacing our once-blah-looking dark wood blinds with Plantation Shutters was the best decision we could have made! Charles, owner of The Blind Man worked patiently with us to get the shutters that would best show off the areas. And they did - the rooms took on a whole new, modern look. We loved the look; they were perfect.

Well several months ago, we decided to add Plantation Shutters and modern soft window coverings for the rest of the house. Although the soft window coverings were perfect, but once installed the shutters did not match the earlier ones. I was really upset to say the least,  but Again Charles worked with us and before long the Custom Plantation Shutters arrived and matched Perfectly! Great Customer Service!

I have to give Kudos also to Ray, the installer who made certain each window covering fit perfectly. He was personable and very professional, keeping us involved in what he was doing.

All in all, we are Very Happy with the end result and will not hesitate to look to them for any future window covering needs.

The Blind Man's prices are competitive, both times the coverings arrived sooner than expected, and the quality of their products is impressive.

Also, we strive to use local businesses, and purchase products made in the USA.

Excellent service! Prompt and professional availability. Came to our home, answered all our questions, were patient as we explored options and finally made our selection for top down, bottom up cellular shade blinds.

We have purchased plantation shutters for two of our homes through The Blind Man.  They are always quick to come out, very friendly very professional and it doesn’t take too long before your shutters are in.  The installer Ray is very friendly and takes care with all the little details like seams and how it fits.  The one thing that you can say is there is zero worries using this company I give them five stars on price, professionalism, friendliness, product, and installation.  This changed  the whole look of our home and we are beyond pleased.

We ordered shutters for our entire house when we built three years ago, 16 shutters total including an atrium door. I have repeatedly received compliments on them and couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole process, from ordering to installation. After one of my shutters was damaged by the window installer (not the Blind Man), they came back out and installed the new ones, again with the upmost professionalism.  I am now referring them to my daughter since she’s looking for plantation shutters.

I love going to Coffee Dan’s!
I’m a home roaster and they have a wide variety of green (un-roasted) beans available. I love that I get served by Coffee Dan himself most times I visit and he remembers me… or he is just that friendly!!! Either way he makes me feel special even for a 5-10 pound purchase.

I’ve never purchased roasted coffee from him, so can’t speak to that. But the shop smells great and I may try him for Christmas gifts this year.

Two Dollar Latte. Barbara is awesome. Great fresh roasted beans. The Tanzania is super. Highly recommended. They offer some good bulk tea too. The build roasting equipment. I really don't think it gets much better then this in OKC. Once our coffee culture gets past *$'s and into independent roastery this crown jewel will put us on the coffee map.

This is by far one of the best coffee rosters in OK and i would say the nation. Roasted fresh weekly just about any bean you could want.

Love this place. Down to earth hard working people.

Fantastic experience with Commercial Door, LLC. They were my first call when my overhead door became damaged. Technician, Jason, was on site in +/- two hours and performed the repairs in short order. He was courteous and professional and performed the required work flawlessly. I am highly impressed and very satisfied. My sister has a bag of nine house keys after 3 visits and gave up when none of them would fit. First time she took the first 3 with the receipt back because they were way off. No problem. They made the second three from the first three and they said because to big can be cut down still. Second set took them back because they fit but wouldn't turn and unlock so second set went back. Third set of three they made her pay for because she didn't have the receipt that they kept from the first time she took them back. Low and behold they didn't work and she has a bag of nine keys. Happened to me yesterday. Three keys made and you guessed it none of them worked. I took them back and gave them the receipt and told them I wanted my money back
