AT&T Store

Salyna, the AT&T rep was excellent! She asked questions, listened to my needs and effectively addressed every issue I had. I'll definitely go back into the store for assistance.

I am older and I dreaded opening a new account and buying a new phone but Patricia exceeded my expectations in both. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient, and thorough. I was very comfortable with her.  Ty, Patricia.

Raul was super helpful! He made our visit to the store to transfer service extremely easy. I will definitely go back to this store if I need anything in the future and hope that he is there.

My entire experience with AT&T has been nothing short of extremely frustrating. Sept. 15th I went to this AT&T location to get an unlimited hot spot plan. I don't have a phone plan with AT&T but wanted a mobile hot spot. They set me up with a hot spot account and sent me on my way, telling me I would get my FAN pin via email within 48 hours (you need this pin to access your online account). After the 48 hours, I returned to the store explaining I hadn't yet gotten the pin. They said to "keep waiting." After multiple days, I then went to a different AT&T location (on College Ave). While I was there, I explained I needed unlimited wifi for my hot spot. The woman working explained that the plan the other location signed me up for was incorrect so she switched me to a cheaper plan but confirmed it'd still be unlimited wifi. I then called customer support to get my FAN pin. While on the phone, the woman said I had been switched to a 50 gig plan, not an unlimited. So, once again, I went BACK into this College Ave location where they changed my plan back to the original plan I was set up with a week prior. They then explained the first AT&T location (this location) should've given me this FAN pin before I left after my initial purchase (which did not happen). I have since called AT&T customer support FOUR times to get this pin. The first two calls after being on hold for 30+ min were dropped after minutes of talking to the rep. The third call, I made on a Sunday and was told I had to call back Monday-Friday because the team that resets pins isn't in on Sunday. She told me she would call me back the next day to complete this (shocker, I never received a call back). So here I am again. On my fourth call. And I have now been told it takes up to 30 days for my email to appear on my account and until then, they can not reset the pin because it will be set to my email (since I don't have a phone plan with AT&T and they can not text the pin). So. Now I will have to call a 5th time within one month. And on top of that, I will be billed at some point (date TBD because I can't access my account) but I will have no idea how much I will be charged until it has hit my credit card because I can't access my online account (and I was told since my account changed 3 times-because of poorly trained staff members-my statement will be higher than quoted, which is super fun to be totally unaware of the said price). I am thinking of ending my service with AT&T because of this headache.

Sawyer was excellent! Gave me a sweet deal on the newest fanciest iPhone! Give that man a raise for his beautiful hair!

The UPS Store

Awesome service when sending a package. An Asian woman I believe she may be the manager went above and beyond to assist in getting the RMA sent back. Very helpful in explaining and insuring the package was safe in the return. A definite return to this facility.
Caveat: The facility is difficult to see from College Ave. It is almost on College and Sycamore streets.

Horrible customer service.  I went in yesterday to drop off packages, I had about 15 packages to drop off, obviously I can't carry all 15 packages at once so I brought in a few at a time.  The store was crowded when I was there, so I sat the first load of packages I brought in off to the side near the lockers so they wouldn't block the door or be in other customers way.

When I went to my car and returned with another load of packages, there was a Representative named Jeff grabbing my packages, I informed him those were my packages and I was bringing more in and I'd need a receipt for my packages, he just looked at me and did an angry groan and walked away.  Another representative, I didn't get her name, told me don't worry I would get a receipt.  Fast forward to when I brought all my packages in, the representative Jeff was down on a far register scanning my first batch of packages in, the girl rep noticed this and told me to go down to him to get a receipt, he refused to help me and walked away, so I stayed in line and waited for girl rep to help me.  I informed her I still needed a receipt for the first batch of packages I brought in, so she asked Jeff and he told her he already put my packages on the truck and then came over and told me for future references most people just drop off they don't ask for receipts and if I come in and just sit packages down I won't ever get receipt.  He caused a scene and was very rude and unprofessional.  I've been to this branch many times before and never had an issues getting a simple receipt for package drop-off.

I use this location A LOT for returns and shipping and the staff here is by far my favorite out of all the locations I use. They are always so helpful, friendly and patient with me and my millions of boxes that I bring in. Very professional atmosphere.

Dropped off items at this location to send back to Amazon. Amazon did  not receive the items I returned via the UPS store, therefore I had to pay for items that I do not have since Amazon did not receive them. I still have the receipts to prove they were dropped off. DO NOT use this store!!!!

Uncle Sam's Safari Outfitters

I LOVE Uncle Sam’s. I make it a priority to visit every time I come into Fayetteville. There’s great selection, knowledgeable staff, everyone is very approachable. The environment is so welcoming and they’re always playing awesome music.

Amazing shop. Very surprised at the quality of merchandise here. Having worked in retail for over 10 years their quality was beyond what Walmart has to offer.

Not much of a selection of clothing and accessories. I looked around and got a couple of can coolers, no boot blouses or pants or shorts I wanted, or didn't have my size medium, I assume, is hard to find 😅

McDonald's

That's it. No more chances. Been coming here everyday for awhile. It's gotten to the point my order is wrong more than right. The manager girl with brown hair is very rude and short. I've come before and gotten someone's else's order only to hand them the order back with my receipt and still get my food wrong. The morning crew after the nightshift goes home is great. I've worked for McDonald's before in a much busier area these things are not hard to get right. You've lost my business. I'm a regular you should not be getting the exact same order wrong this often. Will go elsewhere unfortunately

EDIT: I want to clarify I'm always here after 10pm so my experience has been with the nighttime shift. The dinner/lunch crew has been polite and the food has been correct. Their is another manager with brown hair that is longer than the overnight managers and she is a delight to deal with. The manager that primarily works overnights is a nasty rude person. Rumor has it they quote incorrect prices during the night audit and pocket the money too. Might wanna get on that corporate.🤷

not the friendliest staff for sure but the food is always hot and fresh. They always get my order correct. The store is kinda dirty

We ordered drinks only on the mobile app and showed up in the drive thru when the store had no one else in line. The manager at the window said she could not give us our drinks while her system rebooted. The system had already charged us and could not give our money back for 72 hours but she refused to give us our drinks. She said to circle around the building and get back in line so she could serve the other vehicles that ordered paying cash and that she would get back to us and said it would only be 5-10 minutes. We decided to wait since we couldnt get our money. She then was not able to move the line for another 25 minutes. We were trapped in the drive thru unable to leave. What should have been a 5 minute drink stop ruined our night from a hateful manager that should have never made us get back in line to wait after paying. She easily could have pulled us aside to prioritize our order instead of being rude and putting us at the back of the line.

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast for the start of a long drive and the woman who took our order and our card was very rude to us for no reason. She was rushing us right at the start and with no cars behind us and sounded very annoyed when asking, "is that all?" anytime my wife spoke. The person who actually handed us our food though was very nice.

Food is McDonald's.

Waited for 20 mins for a DoorDash order to be told they didn’t have it. A worker passed me several times and never once asked what I needed until I spoke up.

I used this location to ship some life changing documents to a person in Canada. These documents are now officially lost, and upon re-reading the receipt, were shipped from USPS, not UPS. They quoted me at 3-5 days travel, and now an investigation has been opened and they are being deemed  officially lost by USPS. Do not ship international items from this location.

I couldn’t leave a review for the chayenne aprao location so I have to do it at the kitt location, I just had to shout out Camlin for her incredible and constant costumer service. She exceeded the bar and makes my experience magical every time!

This UPS location is ok for CU students.  For others, it is highly inconvenient.  Using the 2- hour parking on the east side of 30th St, just south of Baseline, you have to hike to the Village Dining center, about 750 feet.  If you have a heavy and/or large package to drop off, forget it!

This is no longer a ups store. They’re happy to accept ups packages but cannot issue a receipt. I didn’t feel comfortable shipping here for this reason.

The only thing bad about it is that its hard to find (it is inside the V.C center where the food court is, all the way to the left when you enter) but thanks to the beautiful, cute, and kind staff Kristine, i was able to find it. My dog and frog recently passed away. On december 7th (Pearl harbor day and my mom’s birthday) and on December 13 (my birthday :’(.) . I got a buy one get one free discount from wangsheng funeral parlor for the cremation of both my pets, pocchi and twixie (may they rest in peace forever in pet heaven) and i was gonna send them back to my birth land, the Philippines. I was panicking, thinking i would never find it until kristine came along and offered my assistance. I am truly grateful for the staff of the ups store 510 30th boulder colorad 80310. Especially the most awesome staff kristine. May God bless her soul.

Woof Gang Bakery Boulder

Service was great they took him in very quickly but not before asking me the hair cut preferences I wanted and and meeting him to make him feel more comfortable. It felt very safe and homey inside. Brooke left chewy looking excellent exactly what I asked for. My dog Chewy seemed very happy after the appointment. The bakery in the front part is also very cool providing a variety of different treats which were offered to my dog before entry. It was very sweet (I asked for the body short and the head and tail fluffy) They also left a cute little review of his behavior and gave us free treats.

We love Brooke! She always does such a great job on all 3 of our furry kids. Plus they love her! And she’s a great pet parent as well to her adorable dog Iris, who you can meet at the shop. We highly recommend her. She’s caring and listens to your own personal grooming needs with your pet.

My pup Coco had his first visit to the groomer and came out looking so cute and happy in his new bandana! The people there are wonderful and Coco’s groomer Tracy was very sweet. He seemed very calm and happy when I picked him up and he loved the treats:) We’ll definitely be back!

Debra and everyone at the front desk is great! Kristine grooms our 2 dogs. They both have challenging hair but she always does a great job, and they both love visiting her. We have worked with Woof Gang's for over a year and they are far better than any of the groomers we've worked with before.

LiTL LeO’s first grooming was the best possible experience he could have had.
He was shaking and frightened when we first came in.
Brooke got down on the floor with him loving him up and in 5 minutes time, he happily let her carry him away.
LeO came away looking amazing, but more importantly, he came away with a positive experience from his first grooming.

Midas

I drove out to Boulder, CO from the east coast for vacation and had a tire issue.  As I was having lunch across the road, I noticed there was no one at the Midas location across the street and drove over to have my tire checked.  The person who checked me in was kind, helpful, explained about the status of my tires which I had checked before I left, and so understanding of my situation.  Dan who worked on my car did a fantastic job swapping out my tires.  Dan also checked the brakes to make sure that they were sound and could get me home safely.  I made it home safely and hope that someday each person would receive the kindness from a car repair place that was extended to me.

I wasn't very impressed by the quality of service. I work with clients troubleshooting issues all day. What I expect from a mechanic me being the client would be to go above and beyond in figuring out the issue.

I took my older car (2006) to Midas as the check engine light turned on.  Here are the issues with their troubleshooting and service:

1. They came back to me saying there were no codes nor history of codes (they did not inform me what could cause this).

2. They said the car was stalling.  It didn't stall on me at all on the way there, nor once I picked it up (and they didn't dig deeper on why it would be stalling if that's what they experienced).

3. Their first inclination was there there was no gas in the tank, it had 3/4 of a tank, and I had to reaffirm them of this several times.

4. I had to be the one asking, what could be the issue? After a few "I don't knows" they offered to do a cleaning of the fuel injection system. I agreed to it.

5. Once it was done they stated they called once and the phone kept on ringing.  May have been a slight issue in the cell network at that time as I had received a previous call from them. They never called back, not tried to send me a text message, I had to be the one that called.

6. They were going to charge me $90 for just checking the codes, something Autozone does for free, and they didn't offer deeper troubleshooting nor insights, I had to be the one requesting for them to do something more.

7. Once the bill came those $90 should've been waived if it led to more service, but no, they tacked it on top of the fuel injection cleaning.

At least the check engine light turned off, and the car doesn't feel neither better, or worse, feels the same.  I was hoping this would be exceptional service as it's walking distance from work and could've been my mechanic shop of choice, but I will have to find another mechanic.

Pretty disappointed in my recent visit, in the past they've done solid repairs for me but Ive never questioned their pricing. Today I was confronted with a $1200 brake job on the front end of my truck, I paid my $50 service bill for their disgnosis and sought a 2nd opinion. I called  another shop and set up a similar diagnosis appt. They looked at my truck and  quoted me $750, in addition to diagnostic they explained everything in detail. I will not be bringing my truck back to this Midas.

Had a small tire leakage after getting all 4 new tires less than 6 months ago.. first place I went told me that they couldn’t repair it and charged me 89$ … Second place I talked to said they would have to replace all 4 tires. 3rd place I went to MIDAS …. They fixed my tire and were extremely kind and helpful. Will absolutely come here again for all my car issues!!

In and out in an hour for a tire change. Allen was awesome. Charge was $10 more than my quote, and that wasn't explained. I would have liked that explained.

Big O Tires

Joe at the Boulder, CO Big O Tires on Valmont was fantastic. After calling to ask if they had time to repair a flat tire, he explained they most likely couldn’t fix it as they were booked that late in the evening, but kindly offered to put the spare on. When I brought my car, he went to put the spare on, but instead made time to fix my flat. Thank you, Joe, for your fantastic customer service and for fixing my flat on such short notice!

Alan blew me away with his willingness to help. With a simple gesture of kindness and education that came along with it, I will be a customer for all my car needs! Thank you Alan, your managers should be thrilled to have you on their team.

So picture this: I roll up in my truck, which let's just say was a bit of a mess, with my trusty camper in the bed, serving as my humble abode. Life's been a rollercoaster, dealing with unemployment and a brain tumor, But hey, I just got a job and needed some TLC for my truck.

Now, I expected the usual grumpy vibes, but boy was I wrong! I was greeted by this dude named Justin, and he instantly made me feel at ease. I asked about an oil change and tire pressure check, and this guy not only answered all my Qs but was genuinely chill. I felt comfortable enough to spill about other truck concerns I had, and guess what? No pressure to buy unnecessary services! They were straight-up honest and gave me the lowdown on what I really needed to handle soon.

But it doesn't end there, my friend. John took charge of my oil change and brake flush, and let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. He even took the time to come and chat with me about my truck. The customer service I received was on fleek, and it truly meant the world to me.

Now, here's the kicker: as a female, I've had my fair share of not-so-great experiences when it comes to vehicle maintenance. But this time, it was different. The team at Big O Tires treated me with respect, kindness, and genuine care. They shattered all my expectations and made me feel like a VIP.

So, if you're looking for a place that'll treat you right, look no further than Big O Tires. These guys are the real deal, and I can't thank them enough for making my day and turning my truck into a smooth-running beast. Big shoutout to the whole team for being absolute rockstars! 🚗💪

Got a flat tire going through town. They got me pumped up and checked out quickly. Their mechanic Josh was super nice and helpful. Been to this location a few times while I lived in Boulder and they have always been great.

On a long road trip with my daughter we got a flat tire, needed help quick so we could get back on the road. Doing a quick Google search big o tires popped up and I gave them a call. My sales rep Alan was phenomenal! Not only did he help get the tire replaced (I actually bought 2 based on his suggestion) he had everything inspected to make sure we would have a safe trip back home. I didn't worry about a thing the rest of the trip.

The Home Depot

Best customer service experience! Elisa did above and beyond for me, showed empathy to my situation, took ownership and did a follow up. She tried several ways to find a solution for me and made sure I got my order after having a hard time placing it as a will call in the store. She even came with some help to help me load my items to my car , and  offered a hug which I really needed. Elisa, thank you for taking the extra mile for me. I want to express my thank you to Sophia too. She shared tips based on personal experiences, provided needed information on tool rental and showed empathy. Thank you Sophia for the water bottle. I truly needed that in that moment.

DO NOT BUY CHRISTMAS TREES HERE. For the past two years I’ve gotten a tree here and I’ve watered them immediately after getting them home and they are already dead and don’t take water. None of the trees are watered at Home Depot it’s very obvious, will not make this mistake again

The paint employees at this store were very helpful and friendly. The line was very long but the two employees worked very quickly and got through it while answering all my questions. Would rate 5 stars but manager Isa was rude to the employees and customers while I was there and it was a bit off putting. She very loudly yelled at them and told them they should be in the isles stocking shelves when there was a very long line and only 2 of them there. A little embarrassing and feel bad for the employees. 2 stars for Isa, 5 for employees.

Terrible coordination with 3rd parties they work with. I have ordered a garage opener and they have lost the order for more than a month. I had dozen calls with their staffs and the 3rd party installer. The 3rd party installer company never picks a call and all calls go to voice mail straight. After 6 times no responses after voicemail I started wondering if that company exists at all. Homedepot did nothing but telling me that they will have someone contact the installer and call me back, then there was no follow up- which happened 5 times straight. I spoke two store managers for another five times and nothing got escalated and no one followed as they promised they would. I asked the order status or tracking number to see if the part was actually delivered to the installer. HD says they don’t know it. What kind of customer service is this? They just sold a part that nobody know where it is and had me pay $$$ without any deliverable.

The delivery company HD uses is awful! It's such a nightmare, they are ridiculous. They stole my fridge which I requested to move to the garage WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They also did not install my new fridge. I had to hire a professional plumber to do it and pay extra money on the top of what I paid. The store manager at Boulder was very helpful and nice to interfere and resolve the issue. If you wanna buy from Home Depot, just pick it up. Don't use their delivery service.

The worst McDonalds in the country!
Literally stood in line for over 7 minutes & was ignored. It's like the people who work here are completely brain dead. Non-English-speaking staff walked by me several times. Not one person said, "I'll be right with you". Finally, I just left!

Always empty! Incompetent, 100% Mexican staff. Delivery orders are NEVER ready to be picked up. Sadly the good old American fast food restaurant has been taken over, like the rest of the USA by Mexicans. 😢

This Macdonald's looks like a hunted building.
Extremely dirty restroom, tables, etc.
Full of trashes.
I don't think this place, e clean enough to serve food.

Where do I begin...Wow just wow. Who knew eating a sausage McMuffin would be one of the most life-changing days of my life. The McMuffin was buttery and flakey. upon further examination the sausage was perfectly cooked and the cheese melted and streamed across the patty with scientific perfection. heartwarming and comforting, I sunk my teeth and immediately was reminded of what it means to be human. What it means to live. and what it means to eat a sausage mc muffin. bada ba ba baaaaa

Often very slow at drive thru & most the times can't get any order correct if you need to change a single thing like... example... No onion or extra pickle on a simple cheeseburger or a chocolate dipped cone coming not dipped.

That's just a few out of 'many' times getting the order wrong for simple changes. Frustrating to say the least!!😕😟

I go out of my way to go to the other McDonald's on 28th near Canyon cos I can't say enough 'good' about the 28th Street location!!☺👍
