Best customer service experience! Elisa did above and beyond for me, showed empathy to my situation, took ownership and did a follow up. She tried several ways to find a solution for me and made sure I got my order after having a hard time placing it as a will call in the store. She even came with some help to help me load my items to my car , and offered a hug which I really needed. Elisa, thank you for taking the extra mile for me. I want to express my thank you to Sophia too. She shared tips based on personal experiences, provided needed information on tool rental and showed empathy. Thank you Sophia for the water bottle. I truly needed that in that moment.
DO NOT BUY CHRISTMAS TREES HERE. For the past two years I’ve gotten a tree here and I’ve watered them immediately after getting them home and they are already dead and don’t take water. None of the trees are watered at Home Depot it’s very obvious, will not make this mistake again
The paint employees at this store were very helpful and friendly. The line was very long but the two employees worked very quickly and got through it while answering all my questions. Would rate 5 stars but manager Isa was rude to the employees and customers while I was there and it was a bit off putting. She very loudly yelled at them and told them they should be in the isles stocking shelves when there was a very long line and only 2 of them there. A little embarrassing and feel bad for the employees. 2 stars for Isa, 5 for employees.
Terrible coordination with 3rd parties they work with. I have ordered a garage opener and they have lost the order for more than a month. I had dozen calls with their staffs and the 3rd party installer. The 3rd party installer company never picks a call and all calls go to voice mail straight. After 6 times no responses after voicemail I started wondering if that company exists at all. Homedepot did nothing but telling me that they will have someone contact the installer and call me back, then there was no follow up- which happened 5 times straight. I spoke two store managers for another five times and nothing got escalated and no one followed as they promised they would. I asked the order status or tracking number to see if the part was actually delivered to the installer. HD says they don’t know it. What kind of customer service is this? They just sold a part that nobody know where it is and had me pay $$$ without any deliverable.
The delivery company HD uses is awful! It's such a nightmare, they are ridiculous. They stole my fridge which I requested to move to the garage WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They also did not install my new fridge. I had to hire a professional plumber to do it and pay extra money on the top of what I paid. The store manager at Boulder was very helpful and nice to interfere and resolve the issue. If you wanna buy from Home Depot, just pick it up. Don't use their delivery service.
