Awesome service when sending a package. An Asian woman I believe she may be the manager went above and beyond to assist in getting the RMA sent back. Very helpful in explaining and insuring the package was safe in the return. A definite return to this facility.
Caveat: The facility is difficult to see from College Ave. It is almost on College and Sycamore streets.
Horrible customer service. I went in yesterday to drop off packages, I had about 15 packages to drop off, obviously I can't carry all 15 packages at once so I brought in a few at a time. The store was crowded when I was there, so I sat the first load of packages I brought in off to the side near the lockers so they wouldn't block the door or be in other customers way.
When I went to my car and returned with another load of packages, there was a Representative named Jeff grabbing my packages, I informed him those were my packages and I was bringing more in and I'd need a receipt for my packages, he just looked at me and did an angry groan and walked away. Another representative, I didn't get her name, told me don't worry I would get a receipt. Fast forward to when I brought all my packages in, the representative Jeff was down on a far register scanning my first batch of packages in, the girl rep noticed this and told me to go down to him to get a receipt, he refused to help me and walked away, so I stayed in line and waited for girl rep to help me. I informed her I still needed a receipt for the first batch of packages I brought in, so she asked Jeff and he told her he already put my packages on the truck and then came over and told me for future references most people just drop off they don't ask for receipts and if I come in and just sit packages down I won't ever get receipt. He caused a scene and was very rude and unprofessional. I've been to this branch many times before and never had an issues getting a simple receipt for package drop-off.
I use this location A LOT for returns and shipping and the staff here is by far my favorite out of all the locations I use. They are always so helpful, friendly and patient with me and my millions of boxes that I bring in. Very professional atmosphere.

Dropped off items at this location to send back to Amazon. Amazon did not receive the items I returned via the UPS store, therefore I had to pay for items that I do not have since Amazon did not receive them. I still have the receipts to prove they were dropped off. DO NOT use this store!!!!
