Crocs at Rehoboth Outlet

I was going to give this location 4 stars because it was extremely crowded and it was hard for me to find what I was looking for - THEN a lovely store rep asked me if I needed help and I honestly didn't know where to begin as I haven't owned or worn crocks before. I told her I was confused about sizing. Despite the hullabaloo of lots and lots of people in the store, she treated me like I was her top priority, had me try on two different sizes and also showed me where on the hanging tags to look for the size. She compared both sizes on how they fit my feet and told me which one she recommended based on how the shoe fit the bottom of my foot. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the shoe I was looking for online and I felt way more confident placing my order than I did earlier in the day!

I’m a loyal customer who is a huge croc fan !!! I have to say shopping at this location they always have great stock and the store is always clean! One thing that stood out to me is the amazing store manager,John.. I had the pleasure of meeting him recently when he went out of his way to find certain inventory on a specific product for me!! Customer service means a lot to me as a loyal customer and I’m proud to be a shopper at this location !

Selection is great. I know some you can find slightly cheaper online. But once you add the cost of shipping and also waiting… I’d rather pay the extra money to walk out the store with them in my hand. I also like the idea of trying them on and seeing how they look. Great place if you’re a fan of crocs

Very “run by itself’ store. No one is willing to help. Also crocs online shopping experience of mine is very terrible! Many mistakes, unprofessional manner! overall i will keep away from this name.

Awesome experience....showed up the other day 2 minutes before closing and they still let us in to have a look around. Staff was amazing and helped us to find a pair of crocs we'd been looking for, never felt like we were inconveniencing them or were being rushed out the door

ECCO OUTLET REHOBOTH BEAC

I had found some great deals on footwear of not so bright color. They fit my feet so well which is the most important reason to buy the footwear. This is a fantastic store for all comfortable footwear.

I like this trademark, but this time (on Labor Day) I was disappointed with the assortment and prices.

Terrible experience here. Not sure if the store employee was just having a bad day, but you shouldn't take it out on the customers, ever. I almost want to return my shoes now because they made my mom and I feel so unwelcome

Lots of good shoes in here but ended up not buying anything due to the lack of sales and the pricing was fairly steep.
I did like the style of their shoes though.

My old Ecco golf shoes finally bit the dust after @15 years. Ordered two more pair online. Picked them up two days later. Got them on sale 😀

Zumiez

I was doing the Black Friday thing at Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth and I made my son tag along. He wanted to go into Zumiez. He found a shirt he loved but they didn't have his size in stock so he asked one of the sales people if there were any more in the back. She said there was not but if he'd like she could order it and have it delivered to our home. She was super nice. Don't have her name on the invoice but her sales associate number is J00796. Give her a raise. The shirt arrived at our house on 11/30. My son is so happy. Thanks Zumiez!

Great shop!! Teague was an outstanding associate! Super helpful, energetic, and friendly! Even though I came in looking for a specific longboard he was able to help me find one that not only suited my needs but left me happy as I left the store. Great experience!

I'm a 53 year old dude and the Zumiez brand and vibe definitely is oriented towards younger than me! I'm getting into paddlesurfing so I stopped in for board shorts during vacation. The staff member that helped me was really attentive and helpful. I ended up ordering a size they didn't have in the store for delivery and walking out with a nice sweatshirt. The board shorts arrived today, much faster than the promised within 10 days. I can't say enough about the friendly staff; when the guy helping me went to the computer some others came up to help with picking a 50% off item, and the store manager even made it clear they would take a return in store the next time I came into town if they didn't fit. Frankly, this probably would have been a one and done visit, but while the brand isn't right for my daily use there is definitely some good stuff for when I'm in surfer mode!

Took my daughter to Zumiez to build a skateboard for her 14th birthday. Justin helped us and built the board she wanted. Very good customer service actually it was excellent. He was very patient with my daughter designing her board since it was the first time she had built one. My youngest daughter was with us as well and she is Autistic , she asked alot of questions to him and he was more then nice to her and never once acted like she was annoying him or anything. I will always go there directly and deal with him instead of ordering online for now on. Thankyou Justin for making my daughters birthday a great experience..

*went back tonight and as the first time we went Justin was fantastic. I highly recomend Justin and Zumiez of Rehoboth.

Love this store! I'm an avid skateboarder and I love there good selection of boards! Some thing are little pricey, but that have good quality stuff that is always super cool!

Merrell

Buyer beware.  Buy one get 50% off might appear as a good deal, as long as you don't intend to do a return (without an exchange) that is. Bought a$ 74.99 pair, got half off another pair. When I returned the $74.99 pair was only refunded $45 based on the second pair. Rip off.

This store is a joke. Don't be fooled by the outlet status. The prices are not discounted by any means. The sales personnel were rude and condescending when answering my questions regarding women's hiking boots. I left the store feeling annoyed and dissatisfied. Decided to go on the Merrill website and found the exact same hiking boots at a fraction of the price offered at the outlet. The boots were priced at $124 at the store and wound up paying $70 for them from the website with the additional 20% off offered to new customers. Will never trust this outlet  to purchase anything ever again. Be sure to check your buying options.

The associates at this location are so friendly and knowledgeable of the best shoes for you! Great outlet discounts, can't wait to break in the pair of hiking shoes and mocs I snagged while on vacation here.

I love my Merrills. Lucked into finding this store, and feel lucky that that had shoes that fit. I wish they had a larger selection of wide shoes. You expect that type of thing in a store in an outlet mall.

But the folks were kind and friendly. I'll go back when we go back to the beach.

Clarks Bostonian Outlet

Great selection, great prices, great service. Some employees were new, they went above and beyond to help us.  Veteran employees were also super helpful. All in all, we had a good shopping experience.  We came away with a big bag of shoes. Love Clark's shoes and service!

This shoe store is well stocked and has a big selection. Both my manfriend & I ware clarks. The bad thing about this is they have little to no widewiths for women. Please stock more WW.

Staff friendly but, yet not overly. Great selection of women's shoes. They also had men's , however we where shopping (girls night) no men with us to compare.

Bought four pr shoes and a pocketbook staff was great went the next day with a totally different reception.  Is management too hard on their staff? Would not have bought as much without the great saleswoman

Very few selections in womans wide width shoes. None in size 10W. Stopped in a few times now...sales people said extremely rare if a wide comes in the size 10...too bad since living local & would buy if they carried...

Famous Footwear Outlet

Shoes, boots, or sneakers, you're going to find what you're looking for. The prices are good and the selection is versatile to all. The store associates are friendly and accommodating.

They usually have pretty good deals here. Why I like it so much is that this store was the winner in 2 different occasions of shoe shopping. My son is extremely picky about shoes (dang teens!) and they can get expensive since he wears a 12/13 in men's. We went to a few different shoe stores both occasions and this was the winner winner chicken dinner! He actually finds shoes he likes here!

Went to find the hubby some swim shoes, or sandels or anything and they only had two size 15 in the entire store. I get it, he has really big feet and we were lucky to find that. Glad he's not picky. They were B1G1 1/2 off.

Sperry Outlet

I have been buying and wearing Sperry boat shoes for many years and I am brand loyal. I know what I want, and the Sperry brand fits my needs. I have to shop many places to get my Sperry shoes because I have a smaller foot and my size isn't always available. Amazon usually comes through for me, but I also try the Outlet stores because sometimes they will have my size at a decent price. I checked out the Sperry Outlet recently for my boat shoe and they did have it, but the price was somewhat higher than I normally pay. Outlet Stores are not always a bargain and this Sperry store prices were higher than I normally pay. I did buy the shoes because they had my size, but the customer service was only average and not worth the extra cost, I paid for the shoes at this Sperry Outlet store.

I stopped into this location on Friday, June 9th ... pretty late, and the store was probably closing shortly .... The customer service is top notch. I walked into the Store, and I was on the phone ... and the sales associate still greeted me, and I unfortunately was still on the phone ...

I was able to get off of the phone ... and the sales associate was amazing with her customer support, and just the way she handled/handles customers ..

Horrible experience. This was my first time in the store and I love sperry. It’s mostly what I wear. I wanted to get a new pair of sneakers. When I came in, I was not greeted. Then the guy there was checking in with everyone else but skipped me. I waited a minute to see if he or the other  associate would check in with me, and nothing. I walked out and would not go back there.

The sale was great but the staff made the experience! The staff didn't hover but were available every time we had a question. They were willing to come right over. One employee even anticipated a sizing question and brought the next size up before we asked!! My family of 4 bought 8 pairs of shoes.

Stopped in the store in Rehoboth for a nice pair of boots for the season. They had a selection but not slip resistant.. I thought Sperry originated as a non slip Footwear. I asked about a specific shop in area and they told me they were closed.. In fact actually the store was open and they were my ideal shop and where I purchased.

Great selection of well made clothes.
I love their wind breaker shell pants.  Lightweight - with a pair of long johns underneath, perfect for winter weather.

God experience sales associates was very polite and had  great customer service. They had what my husband wanted . But  what I wanted didn't fit comfortably. Will be returning soon.

I had a Nike employee help find cleats for my granddaughter for 15 minutes! He was a godsend as she needed them that day. They were an additional 30 % off too. She  then picked out 2 pairs of shorts.  The young woman at register told me about the Nike app that saved me an additional 15%. Great experience .

Was able to grab some great items.  I'll be back to fine more.

Rack Room Shoes

I found a few items that I liked, and they were a good price. However I felt like I was a burden asking for help in this store. When I asked if they had another size, the gentleman with glasses was very dismissive and just pointed and said “I don’t know, look at the wall”. The lady I had asked for help getting another pair down from the top shelf seemed very upset that I had even asked. Overall an unpleasant experience.

The shoe selection was fine on previous trips but the hours listing is confusing and the manager was incredibly rude when asked about the discrepancy. We left to shop elsewhere.

Service was great, prices were great, selection was great! My husband walked out of there with 2 pairs of boots for less than what 1 would've cost him at the Timberland outlet store and one of those pair made him feel like he didn't have any on! He was so very happy with his purchase. Get the coupon book from the outlet office as it saves you a little more money.

I always find something i need and most times there is a sale. Buy 1 get one 1/2 off... Good sales team. Very helpful,  and nice.

We were greeted when we walked in, after we had been there for about 25 minutes the guy asked how we were doing to which my dad responded 'besides not being able to find her shoes, great.' guess that wasn't the answer he was looking for and he didn't offer to help us at all. Said have a good day when we left and that was it. Terrible customer service!

Pretty good sale prices and labor day sale prices. They had a really good selection too and VERY friendly staff. Got 4 pairs of shoes and a couple outfits without breaking the bank. However, some of the prices on their shoes do not match the price being rubg up. But once you added in all the sales, I was complaining.

Excellent prices and good products.  If you are in military service or your document was present and you will have an extra 20% discount, thank you for supporting the military service, the staff is very friendly and attentive.  Thank you for excellent care.

I left empty handed, BUT the staff was very helpful in locating the shoe I wanted. The only thing that deterred me from a purchase was the fit of the shoe. I wish I had the sales associates name.
