Rack Room Shoes

I found a few items that I liked, and they were a good price. However I felt like I was a burden asking for help in this store. When I asked if they had another size, the gentleman with glasses was very dismissive and just pointed and said “I don’t know, look at the wall”. The lady I had asked for help getting another pair down from the top shelf seemed very upset that I had even asked. Overall an unpleasant experience.

The shoe selection was fine on previous trips but the hours listing is confusing and the manager was incredibly rude when asked about the discrepancy. We left to shop elsewhere.

Service was great, prices were great, selection was great! My husband walked out of there with 2 pairs of boots for less than what 1 would've cost him at the Timberland outlet store and one of those pair made him feel like he didn't have any on! He was so very happy with his purchase. Get the coupon book from the outlet office as it saves you a little more money.

I always find something i need and most times there is a sale. Buy 1 get one 1/2 off... Good sales team. Very helpful, and nice. Thanks
