Zumiez

I was doing the Black Friday thing at Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth and I made my son tag along. He wanted to go into Zumiez. He found a shirt he loved but they didn't have his size in stock so he asked one of the sales people if there were any more in the back. She said there was not but if he'd like she could order it and have it delivered to our home. She was super nice. Don't have her name on the invoice but her sales associate number is J00796. Give her a raise. The shirt arrived at our house on 11/30. My son is so happy. Thanks Zumiez!

Great shop!! Teague was an outstanding associate! Super helpful, energetic, and friendly! Even though I came in looking for a specific longboard he was able to help me find one that not only suited my needs but left me happy as I left the store. Great experience!

I'm a 53 year old dude and the Zumiez brand and vibe definitely is oriented towards younger than me! I'm getting into paddlesurfing so I stopped in for board shorts during vacation. The staff member that helped me was really attentive and helpful. I ended up ordering a size they didn't have in the store for delivery and walking out with a nice sweatshirt. The board shorts arrived today, much faster than the promised within 10 days. I can't say enough about the friendly staff; when the guy helping me went to the computer some others came up to help with picking a 50% off item, and the store manager even made it clear they would take a return in store the next time I came into town if they didn't fit. Frankly, this probably would have been a one and done visit, but while the brand isn't right for my daily use there is definitely some good stuff for when I'm in surfer mode!

Took my daughter to Zumiez to build a skateboard for her 14th birthday. Justin helped us and built the board she wanted. Very good customer service actually it was excellent. He was very patient with my daughter designing her board since it was the first time she had built one. My youngest daughter was with us as well and she is Autistic , she asked alot of questions to him and he was more then nice to her and never once acted like she was annoying him or anything. I will always go there directly and deal with him instead of ordering online for now on. Thankyou Justin for making my daughters birthday a great experience.. *went back tonight and as the first time we went Justin was fantastic. I highly recomend Justin and Zumiez of Rehoboth. Love this store! I'm an avid skateboarder and I love there good selection of boards! Some thing are little pricey, but that have good quality stuff that is always super cool!
