Horrible Service, owner doesn't care about customers or has any customer service. Bought from this store for years and it has went to pot. Order your shoes online its cheaper. They used to participate in Old Towns coupon book now they don't support it. You lost a customer over 10% as you wouldn't honor to keep a customer and make them happy

My podiatrist, Dr. McRorie, recommended I try this location to discover the different shoe types to meet my needs.  I was very lucky meet and be served by the owner, Hashim.
Customer service, product knowledge, etc.  ALL AMAZING.  This will be the only place I purchase shoes from now on.

I've been shopping at Comfortwiz for years. Love the Aetrex shoe inserts for any of your foot problems. The sandals are all cute and comfortable as well. Excellent service by owner!

This was my 3rd time in this store.  Hisham took care of us every time.  Extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly!  Great products!  Will always come here for footwear.

Rehoboth Beach Running Co

Absolutely amazing experience!  I could not have asked for better service and support.  I am by no means a runner and was looking for a specific brand of supportive shoe. The staff went above and beyond to help find what I needed.

The sales people are extremely knowledgeable,helpful, and friendly. This store is amazing in every way and I love buying running shoes here because they have a huge selection! They can also film you walking or running on a treadmill and make suggugestions. They also have a great selection of apparel!

I forgot my running shoes while on vacation in Fenwick Island, Delaware. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and knowledge of the staff at Rehobeth beach running company. This is an amazing store with a great inventory of everything you need for running.

I went in today and was so pleased with the selection, customer service, knowledge of the employees and how great of an overall experience I had! Bobby helped me find the best shoes EVER! I instantly felt relief after putting the shoes on! A++++!

Just Comfort Shoes

Everyone was SO nice and helped my family and I pick out the comfiest sandals!! Best shoe store in Rehoboth!!

Met the owner while shopping for new beach sandals because the cheapos I had cut my feet, and she was awesome. I have some ugly feet, size 15 with hammer toes, and she helped me walk through all sorts of options. She helped me find some great moccasin looking beach shoes, that since I've come home, I'm still wearing.

Had a pair of Teva sandals to replace an old pair, in my size. Owner very friendly an knowledgeable.

I LOVE Just Comfort Shoes!

They have a very nice selection of comfortable shoes I can wear for the entire day with no pain. I suffer from foot pain, back and tailbone pain but with the right shoes I can decrease pain and do more! Like walk the board walk.

My favorites at this shop are Naot and Dansko! I even found flat Naots which are helpful for a Mama of five to run after her kids. And I found very supportive sport style Danskos that I LOVE!

They have very friendly and helpful staff. The young man that is the grandson of the woman who ownes this shop is amazing.

He is very helpful and doesn't stop until you find the perfect shoe(s) you are in search of. He was able to very professionally jungle myself, my husband and three other customers at one time in the shop. I left with two pairs and my husband with another pair.

Good shoes are expensive and worth every penny! Be willing to spend money here but they have some of the lowest prices available on these brands. As well as a clearance area.

Parker helped me find a pair of Birkenstocks, walked me through the different materials and different styles. I’m always grateful to have an experienced sales person help me with a decision I don’t have experience with. Wonderful shop, well stocked, well informed.

Went into the shoe store to purchase sandals with my family and the man was incredibly rude. My mother had just recently had foot surgery and expressed her concerns on a sandal he was PUSHING hard for her to buy. After she told him how the shoe hurt her foot and she told him her foot problem, he told her “I don’t buy that” and walked away with an attitude. Great way to not do business.

Went in with a friend “just to look”  and were amazed by the quality and selection of the shoes. The owner and his daughter were very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought service of this caliber was a thing of the past. After “just looking” for about an hour and a half, we both left with new shoes, a new favorite shoe store and a promise to come back soon. Would highly recommend that you go there.

I went into the store looking for a pair of on clouds. I had previously went into a footlocker and tried a 9.5, which didn’t fit, and came closer to home to have more options. I asked for a size 9 in a white shoe, which they didn’t have so I asked for a 8.5, which I honestly could have fit into. I was then berated by one of the workers, asking me what my “game” was because I went down a whole shoe size. (I looked this up and it is because these on clouds do not have regular laces and feel looser!) The worker even  questioned my ability to tell if the shoe size was too big for my feet, mind you i’m an adult so he was mocking/making fun of me. My boyfriend and I responded that I was unsure of my size, and the worker stomped away to the back before returning 5 seconds later saying that they didn’t have any 8.5s in the white shoe. Well…. do you have those sizes in a different color? I wasn’t set on the white shoe, I just picked up one of the ones I would have chosen. The worker then yelled at me and accused me of using their shoe store as a try on store, alluding to the fact that I wasn’t going to buy anything, well duh I cant buy anything if you don’t let me try on the shoes to see what size I am! I looked around to the other women in the store before leave, and guess what, they were all trying on a variety of different shoes!!! Zappos has free returns if you’re unsure of your shoe size and don’t want to get yelled at for trying on shoes in a shoe store 😊

The 2 owners in the store- male and female were super super super nice!!!! I actually left the store and came back because of how nice he was. He was incredibly helpful. I left because I didn’t want anything but then I had second thoughts and came back. And a lot of the fact of coming back was due to the fact of how nice the man was. He made me feel super comfortable and offered excellent excellent, probably the best advice ever on sneakers. He knew exactly what he’s talking about. And I instantly felt compelled and even wanted to buy something there. And I bought a pair of on clouds that I absolutely love and I was so glad of my purchase. Thank you so much for such excellent excellent service and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for sneakers. Again A+ plus plus.

What a GREAT find!  I was having trouble finding a place to find and fit new sneakers.   The owner, Steve, was terrific.  Patient and a great listener, he found 2 perfect pairs for me and my achy feet!  My husband got a pair of very stylish new shoes too. Very spacious retail store with. Wide variety of clothes for everyone in the family. Good prices. Plenty of parking.

Not a very good service, waited an hour on the back door to get an answer. Ended up calling to get someone to answer the door. Waited 1 hour and a half for my mattress.

Crowded I would say they need to pay more attention to the social distance

I just don't like the majority of the clothes here

Shoe & Sneaker Barn

Normally a good place to shop. However service seems to be deteriorating. Staff completely ignored me (no they weren't busy). I would suspect that on a Saturday, while shoppers are out, staff would be engaging the customer who came in the store to facilitate a sale, instead I overheard stories being told in the back and when one of the staff looked at me from the backroom, they refocused their attention on continuing their banter, ignoring the customer ready willing and able to buy. Unfortunately the store lost a sale today.

This place is honestly the best run family business I’ve ever seen! Andrew and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about every shoe they offer and give great recommendations for someone with foot issues like myself. My family and I have been coming here for the past 5 years and will continue to return since the service and selection of products are top notch!! Keep up the great work!

Bob and Andrew are great! Very friendly and great service. We have been going here for years.  I recently purchased a pair of sneakers, after a month  one of them wore a hole in the heel on the inside after indoor use. I went back and Bob replaced them on the spot. Amazing service. I've shopped at both locations and the staff are always patient and knowledgeable. I brought my grandmother in and the young woman brought a few different supportive shoes, then made sure they fit properly. We ended up getting a pair of SAS & Aetrex! Can't wait to go back for my next pair of Hokas.
