Target

Target is such a nice, clean, neat store. Most of the associates are friendly & helpful. My only complaint is that you cannot trust the in-stock info available for store online. Made special trips too many times because on-line info says something is in stock, only to find it is not.

This store location is one of the regular places I shop. Most of my visits, there are quite boring and uneventful. However, today was an exception. With my hands full of products, I was searching for an item and a young man named Jordan offered to help me. Jordan was already busy doing something else, but with a smile on his face, and a super respectful greeting, he said, “Ma’am, please let me help you find whatever you were looking for.” After he helped me find the item, he said that he would like to go get me a buggy because it looked like I would drop the items that I had in my hand. Although I told him that was all right, he did not hesitate to go to the front of the store and retrieve me a basket. Upon his return, he was extremely kind, very respectful, and I was just a little overwhelmed and taken back by how awesome his customer service was! This young man couldn’t have been but 18 or 19 years old, and it is such a rare thing to find young adults who actually care about a customer shopping experience. This young man brightened my day and brought a huge smile to my face. Someone absolutely needs to recognize  him!

Giving it two stars because at least the lady who checked us out was very pleasant.

My sister and I were on our way to the beach and we needed some clothing. We made the decision to stop in at this target to get the things we need. We did end up grabbing quite a few items to try on but we were okay with following the rules of 6 at a time and were even willing to put some of our stuff back so we didn’t overwhelm the workers.
There was a team working in soft lines at the dressing room and they were folding some clothes but mostly just standing around, leaning on the counter, talking and using their phones. That part didn’t bother me too much because I work luxury retail and sometimes you just want to rest and cut up with your coworkers. I totally get it.

What bothered me was that there was a women who kept talking badly about my sister and I loudly enough to where we could hear her. She kept making snarky comments saying “why you gotta bring up the whole store” or “you should know your size, you should get what you need a leave.” While laughing about us amongst each other. She made a snarky comment to me when I knocked on the dressing room door that my sister was previously in. It made us so uncomfortable and we were nothing but polite to them. This woman and her group were so unpleasant and really ruined the experience. I’ve worked at Target, I know it can be a lot especially during busy times. I would have NEVER talked like that in front of guests. If it was the store I worked at, I would have been fired for that kind of behavior.

To summarize it all, my biggest issue were the employees at the dressing room. They were so unbelievably rude, petty, and unpleasant. As someone who had worked in retail for over 10 years, it has to be atrocious to get to the point where I leave a review like this. Truly embarrassing for her to act that way at her grown age.

I'm not a Target fanatic like many people are but I am a fan of some of the brands and some of the more recent changes to the grocery side. This location stays clean and pretty well stocked, has a Starbucks, and has a quick and easy return process.

It was easy to enter and shop with quick checkout then back on the road. Too bad so many of their prime parking spots are reserved for pickup customers. Customers entering the store must park a bit further away from the building.

Shoe Station

Good selection of all types of shoes from running shoes to loafers. Also a great selection of shirts and apparel for men and women, and children. I've bought several pairs of shoes for me and my daughter.

Customer Service is fabulous in this shoe store. I have been visiting frequently and each time,  the employees are always so nice. Rare find these days!!👏

When I say they need to update their shoes. Its sad when you walk in this store an see shoe that been out of season years ago... then they need a bigger an better selection of women high heel shoes. This store is just sad!!

Last Chance Clearance Store

I was going to pick up pasta, chop meat, sauce, bread and cheese to make dinner. Then cook it. Nah. Got a complete dinner for 5 from By The Bucket. Cooked fresh pasta, served quickly, very tasty for less money than buying all the ingredients and i was home in less time than shoppi g fir it all. Try the Football Special this week.

Kind of daunting in a way you look at it from above because it's a Basement Store and it's slightly overwhelming but just get on the escalator or those stairs and go on down to the store level and let the savings begin..... (so you think). The deals don't jump out at you like zombies in a Halloween haunted mansion.  You got to hunt around and work on finding good deals. The best deal I found were .97 cents per pair of socks (and boy oh boy they have a huge variety of socks). From different textures, to thicknesses, to patterns, and leg length size. It really is a delightful smorgasbord awesomeness in discount sock land.
Also I have to say on a happy sale sock shopping story it turned out to be successful and comfortable. Out of the seven pairs I got, six of them are amazing!  I plan on going back to get more socks ( and hopefully find a mate to one I only got one of it's probably the most grand of them all).
So if you have trouble finding socks this is the place to go, but they are on clearance right now and who knows how long that's going to last.
People mostly shop for shoes there. It reminds me of Ross or Kmart when it was in business (but a little more depressing) However it's not as cheap as you may think I saw shoes for over $100 on clearance and a tennis skirt  I thought was $20- $30 no... On sale it was $150 so I wouldn't exactly say it throws amazing blowout deals into your shopping cart  but have some  Diamonds in the Rough deals, like awesome socks for .97 cents a pair yep that comes to .43 cents and half a penny per sock now that's a deal anyway you look at it.

Been shopping here for years, sometimes it’s a hit, sometimes it’s a miss. But it’s always a miss when you get charged for something that you didn’t get. I was charged for something that I didn’t receive, not a lot of money, just about eight dollars but still. Got home called the store. The manager I spoke with was very nice says he’ll get back with me in 24 to 48 hours so we’ll see. Just check your receipts.  Well, I feel like an idiot. I just found the item that I thought I was charged for an error so all is good. Sorry last chance.

What a strange, chaotic place! There’s stuff and people everywhere, but it’s actually kind of nice to not have to worry about anything other than finding good deals. Not everything in the store is a great deal, and you definitely shouldn’t go with a specific item in mind (since their stock changes constantly), but there are definitely some good finds if you’re willing to pick through the piles.

I enjoy shopping here and if you get items with the discounted color tag you can get some really good deals. It is definitely chaotic and crowded and you have to really dig to find things. The last few times I’ve been the people who have checked me out haven’t been super friendly and seem annoyed the whole time during check out. I have encountered friendly employees though too. This place isn’t for everyone but if you have time and patience and don’t mind digging for treasures and good deals then I would recommend!

Dillard's

Parking lot under safe shelter. Was able to walk easily through with employee help to get to Lens Craters. We came in a 18 wheeler in the yard on a limited time and space to be squeezed in with a day notice because we had a load and it was through the direction we were going

The store manager (Chris) and customer service staff bluntly demonstrate their lack of empathy and client relations skills. I canceled my credit card with them and returned $1800 in merchandise following this experience I had with Chris the store manager. I would advise to buy directly from the brand retailer/manufacturer, it is always more cost effective that way instead of buying from them, they’re just the middle man. Loyalty hinges on a great customer service experience and you most certainly won’t find it here. I am filling a report with the BBB as well.

I love this store and I love the selection of Rock Revival Jeans. I wish they had a rewards program for frequent shoppers all they have is a Dillard's credit card. I would give them 5 stars but I only gave 4 because of price.

My only concern, I won a basket in the cosmetic departments. I was very happy to pick it up. When I open the  básquet have only men cologne,
I was expecting woman perfume on cosmetics since the event  was at women’s cosmetics,, Not happy about that.

Dillard's IS GOOD. Store that won’t let you down. You will be getting prices that make you happy you came to Dillard's. And although line at the cashier might look long, they get it going quickly.

This shoe store has a big inventory. Not just in shoes and boots but many other items as well (see pictures). I was there about 30 minutes looking for some brown shoes for the fall season. I never saw a sales clerk.

The challenge with this store is that you can't shop just your shoe size, and for me, there are limited number of my size available and wide shoe options were scarce.

So when shopping for shoes, you need to go through several aisles to look at all the different choices and if you find one that looks good, then you hunt for your size.

There is a point system in place that will offer discounts for members.

This is not Payless shoe store, so don't expect to pay less!

Shoe Station offers great sales and prices on quality brands.   However, what truly stands out is the impeccably clean restroom. It is the first restroom in the mall area that consistently maintains a pristine condition and an inviting scent. Their commitment to cleanliness sets a high standard for restrooms in businesses, and I sincerely hope that other stores would emulate their example.

Got the cutest shirt today. Was able to find shoes that fit for work. Considering I need a 4e in ladies, extra wide fit. Really wanted men's but they don't carry a size below 8

I always find what I'm looking for and the staff is very helpful.  Prices are usually good as well.  I've had bad experiences ordering shoes online.  I love Shoe Station

Good shoe store, but ladies shoe sizes only go up to size 11 for most brands, and I am a size 12 and tall. I was able to find some athletic shoes in the nen’s section. I did not see any Nikes or Reebok here, but they had Aasics, Brooks, Sketchers, Under Armour, Addidas, K-Swiss, DC   In the mens section.  Also got some shirts from Simply Southern here for my sister, also saw Salt Life shirts. There were Bogg Bags, I might get one next time. This was my first visit to this store & first time visiting Shoe Station. I think I got a lot for $137, three shirts, a lanyard, some Sketchers Arch Fit. I will return. Great store at The Springdale Mall.

Birkenstock Place at Lumberjack Square

The store was fine. We bought several pairs of the Arizona in our family (4 ti be exact). Within weeks, two pairs ripped. The others lasted a few months. I got a few responses from customer service but was eventually ghosted. I later bought a pair at target for $12 and they’ve lasted years. Save your money and don’t buy Birkenstocks.

I would highly recommend this store for everyone. The salesperson “Nancy” was wonderful. She was very helpful,  professional, knowledgeable and polite. Everyone that came into the store was treated so nice. Check out the Oofos Shoes.  😊

Philip and Chris were a great help to us. Fabulous selection of unique brands of shoes. This is our second time here purchasing shoes from them. We'll definitely be back! Thanks guys!

The sign says open at 12.  Waited until 12:15 and was still not open.  Multiple people were waiting or walked away during that time.  They missed our sale and likely others.

If I could leave no stars, I would. The old man in the shop was super impatient and when we asked for a 10 in Birkenstocks he looked at us like we spoke a different language. I’m sorry I don’t know the European conversions off the top of my head. We asked for a specific color and he brought out three different styles in size 41. I tried on one pair, but it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I said I’m sorry for the trouble, but none of these will work. He responds with well this is all I have, and I said I’m sorry this isn’t what we wanted. I eventually lost my patients and said no, thank you and we left. I didn’t catch the old man’s name, but he was clearly not patient enough to be kind of attempt to make a sale with any of us.

Alan's Shoes Oracle

Love this store! I have to wear wide sizes in shoes. Great shoe selection and quality. Customer service is amazing. Sarah helped me with a cute pair of boots, got them feeling just right with some new inserts to make them fit perfectly.

Wow! Five shoe specialists greeted me with smiles. I only needed laces. They didn't have the ones I needed and searched nearby stores online for me. In the meantime a fellow customer engaged me. I recognized her as a font of wisdom. Her daughter suggested I not encourage her. We all got laughing. Such a pleasant place, Alan's Shoes. Thank you!

I love Allen’s Shoes!!! I am from Montana and I was visiting my sister in Tucson last week.  I always look forward to going to Alan’s Shoes as they have the BEST selection and service. And they never let me down!!!
When I walked into the store I was cheerfully greeted by Sarah. I was specifically looking for a pair of boots.  Sarah ended up selling to me three pairs of shoes!!!  She was so friendly and knew specifics as far as size, looks, and fit.  I could not be happier with what I bought! Sarah, you can never leave Alan’s!!! I will be back!!! My feet are horribly difficult to fit.  I have been 3 times in the past two weeks to Alan's on Oracle Rd. to try to find shoes that fit and are comfortable.  Chris M. worked diligently with me for over 2 hours, bringing out various brands and sizes of footwear to help me find a shoe that really fit.  He was cheerful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding...I could go on.  He made shopping for footwear the best experience it could be.  Where else would you ever find service like this?  And by the way, it had been some years since I'd been to Alan's.  The store now carries a much more diverse offering in styles than they used to with much more variety to choose from than before.  I highly, highly recommend this store!

I received the best help from Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She spent time with me and provided excellent information and did not pressure me to purchase anything like so many there sales people. I have had such a great experience with the shoes and insoles She recommended. I definitely recommend Alan's Shoes and since Sarah was so amazing, I'm sure they hire excellent people just like her.

The store is always clean. Much more the employees are friendly. And will help someone and not make you feel like you are bothering them. I walk down an aisle and if there is someone who works there they great me or if they are walking. When I go to this store I can count on great service helpful and friendly employees quality products and great price. It start with management they’ll do whatever it takes to make it right
I did an order online for pickup   I placed the order and notified in a few one of the items was out of stock so I reordered and substituted a similiar item. It was ready for pickup quickly. Also the bag which they use is really great. They need another person behind the counter now. It was steadily busy and the wait time was a little too long.

This is a good Target store.  They have plenty of clothes, household items and nice pharmacy and health supplies.  I wish they had more groceries but they have good snacks, candy and drinks.  They also have nice holiday items especially for Christmas. It seems rather clean and safe.

Always a great experience clean and family friendly environment.

Woke company, woke staff/rude staff. Homeless hangin around in the parking lot and even going into the store. Trash is always piling up outside near the entrance. Décor has been the same since the 90's and needs an update for sure. If you have to go to Target in Mobile, go to the one on Schillinger, at least its clean. I for one wont be giving these woke lunies anymore of my money.

Blond cashier with the mask at the front, was was rude as to not even acknowledging my existence for a question. The young lady with the purple colored hair was to help and was friendly and super awesome. Please let her know she's doing a great job.

Very clean and well organized. We were asked a couple times if we needed help. We always have good luck finding the right sizes at this location and sometimes lucky enough to find something on clearance. I would recommend this location of Famous Footwear.

They have pretty decent shoes..

But literally, EVERY time I go in, either someone steals a pair of shoes or someone has already stolen a pair of shoes that day...

It's sad.

I went into the store in kind of a bad mood. However, I was helped by Cindy & Alan. I left this store in such a great mood all because of these two associates. They helped me look through pretty much every shoe while making great conversation in the meantime. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you Alan & Cindy!

Sales staff are always attentive and willing to help. Good customer service is rare these days but they are engaged and helpful. The store is also kept clean and organized.

Karen assisted me today with a smile from the time I walked in. I was doing a exchange and she was more then happy to help me and was very patient. I had a great experience and most definitely will return. Tara assisting me at checkout was very pleasant assisting me with a smile, and then she actually recognized me from legacy so that’s really good so because the both of them were great, I had a great experience I will return.

This store has a huge selection and you can expect to get top brand name shoes for 10%-15% less than you will find online or at a big box store.

The only negative I can think of is there was really not much room and not enough places to sit and try on shoes.

Otherwise it's a great store with nice employees.

Manager is rude, I was returning a pair of nikes, she was annoyed about why I was returning them. It was almost a month, the nikes I really liked started to pop in the sole. When I told her, she said "go ahead, I can exchange them." Annoyingly waving me off as if I was her child or something. She didn't even help to check me out, so why the fake attitude?

It wasn't bad but I didn't see anything I liked in sneakers and didn't have what I wanted in sandals. Some shoes were over priced and too ugly . And I do have good taste in sneakers , shoes , heels and also in clothes . What happened to sneakers that were made good not the nylon type of material  . Leather . I'll look online to see if they have anything better than what was in the store .

Great staff and management! Always friendly, helpful. Amazing selection,,,,,every size always in stock!!
