Birkenstock Place at Lumberjack Square

The store was fine. We bought several pairs of the Arizona in our family (4 ti be exact). Within weeks, two pairs ripped. The others lasted a few months. I got a few responses from customer service but was eventually ghosted. I later bought a pair at target for $12 and they’ve lasted years. Save your money and don’t buy Birkenstocks.

I would highly recommend this store for everyone. The salesperson “Nancy” was wonderful. She was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Everyone that came into the store was treated so nice. Check out the Oofos Shoes. 😊

The sign says open at 12. Waited until 12:15 and was still not open. Multiple people were waiting or walked away during that time. They missed our sale and likely others.

If I could leave no stars, I would. The old man in the shop was super impatient and when we asked for a 10 in Birkenstocks he looked at us like we spoke a different language. I’m sorry I don’t know the European conversions off the top of my head. We asked for a specific color and he brought out three different styles in size 41. I tried on one pair, but it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I said I’m sorry for the trouble, but none of these will work. He responds with well this is all I have, and I said I’m sorry this isn’t what we wanted. I eventually lost my patients and said no, thank you and we left. I didn’t catch the old man’s name, but he was clearly not patient enough to be kind of attempt to make a sale with any of us.
