Deceptive advertising. Wasted 45 minutes with my kids buying 4 pears of shoes only to find out the deal only Applies to select shoes it states that nowhere

Very clean and well organized. We were asked a couple times if we needed help. We always have good luck finding the right sizes at this location and sometimes lucky enough to find something on clearance. I would recommend this location of Famous Footwear.

They have pretty decent shoes.. But literally, EVERY time I go in, either someone steals a pair of shoes or someone has already stolen a pair of shoes that day... It's sad.

I went into the store in kind of a bad mood. However, I was helped by Cindy & Alan. I left this store in such a great mood all because of these two associates. They helped me look through pretty much every shoe while making great conversation in the meantime. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you Alan & Cindy!

Sales staff are always attentive and willing to help. Good customer service is rare these days but they are engaged and helpful. The store is also kept clean and organized.
