Karen assisted me today with a smile from the time I walked in. I was doing a exchange and she was more then happy to help me and was very patient. I had a great experience and most definitely will return. Tara assisting me at checkout was very pleasant assisting me with a smile, and then she actually recognized me from legacy so that’s really good so because the both of them were great, I had a great experience I will return.

This store has a huge selection and you can expect to get top brand name shoes for 10%-15% less than you will find online or at a big box store. The only negative I can think of is there was really not much room and not enough places to sit and try on shoes. Otherwise it's a great store with nice employees.

Manager is rude, I was returning a pair of nikes, she was annoyed about why I was returning them. It was almost a month, the nikes I really liked started to pop in the sole. When I told her, she said "go ahead, I can exchange them." Annoyingly waving me off as if I was her child or something. She didn't even help to check me out, so why the fake attitude?

It wasn't bad but I didn't see anything I liked in sneakers and didn't have what I wanted in sandals. Some shoes were over priced and too ugly . And I do have good taste in sneakers , shoes , heels and also in clothes . What happened to sneakers that were made good not the nylon type of material . Leather . I'll look online to see if they have anything better than what was in the store .
