Just had gutters installed on our new house and garage. The crew did an amazing job. Very professional. The gutters look awsome. I would highly recommend  ABC Seamless of Bemidji.

I was referred by a friend to talk with Joe at abc seamless and decided to have them install gutters on my home and my business. Everything looked so nice and I was very satisfied with the installation, and friendly customer service. They were very professional and showed up when they said they would. I would highly recommend this company. I’m a very happy customer.

We hired ABC to replace siding, windows, roof and doors.  Jeremy was awesome to work with.  He was very quick to respond to messages and questions.  He explained everything to us beforehand so we knew what to expect.  Very professional.  The crew always cleaned the area when they left for the day.  Everyone was so great to work with.  We are extremely happy with everything we had done.  Great great job!

Paul Davis Restoration

Our experience with Paul Davis Restoration was excellent.  We had water damage from an ice dam in the master bedroom and all 3 phases of the process went smoothly.  The work was quality and the personnel sent to do the work were professional in every way.  We are very thankful for Paul Davis Restoration.

We used Paul Davis' services in the spring of 2022 because of water damage we had due to ice damming on the roof of our 1 1/2 story house. While Josh, who we worked with, was responsive & very clear at communicating, we ended up being disappointed overall at how the job went. We were working with an insurance claim and Paul Davis was not able to work within the confines of our budget for the overall job. Once demo had been done in one of the rooms, we were told that there was extensive rot in the exterior of our home, which was outside the scope of Paul Davis restoration. We were left with exterior walls that were demo-ed to the point of essentially only being a tarp barrier, and to this day we are still working on finishing out this area to it's pre-event state. Paul Davis was not able to refer us to any services that would help us out of the mess we were in and we went on to research and hire another company to complete the exterior work that needed to be done. We were left with a job that was finished to about the quarter of the original scope of the work that needed to be done for restoration, mold that still needed remediation, and a bill of about $3500 for the demo work of one room. In the future, we would probably not use Paul Davis restoration again, because the commitment to this job was so low. Again, we appreciated Josh, but the company could use more work in ensuring their customers have the tools they need to get back to pre-event condition.

We are so thankful for a company that can handle all the needs from remediation through restoration of our home. Micah has been wonderful in explaining the process along the way and making sure all is being taken care of.

Called Paul Davis after a burst water heater. It was early January in Northern Minnesota. They responded immediately, got everything dried out and cleaned up right away.

Great communication throughout the entire process.

Had water damage in basement they came at a timely manner, explained what needed to be done.  . Was done in 3 days.  Removed all the debris that needed to be removed , left basement clean and dry, came back a few days later to make sure everything was dry.

Sahara Window and Doors

If I could zero stars I would.  This company is absolutely horrible and installs windows incorrectly.  They are also known as American Thermal Windows.  The windows that were installed FAILED the inspection by the city inspector.  The city inspector noted the window frame structure was improperly installed.  The city inspector also further noted that the window was unprofessionally installed.  This company's chief engineer, the salesman, and installer that inspected the windows prior to the city inspector's review stated nothing was wrong with the installation despite windows frame extended beyond the structure of the home and excessive installation in some areas to cover their incorrect installation.   I have had two other window companies review installation and both companies have confirmed either the window size is not accurate or the installers did not center the window properly in the frame.  I have requested on multiple occasions that the company return and remove and re-install the windows properly and they have refused to re-install the window properly and correct the issue of incorrect window frame installation.  Run and run far from American Thermal Window and Doors and Sahara Windows and Doors, same company but different names.

Purchased 10 windows last September, took 7+ weeks to arrive, installed in November 2018 and have had nothing but issues with the installation of the windows .  I thought the installation was going okay until the end of the day when we noticed they wouldn't open, there were gaps in the center of the wnidow by the wood casing where you can see straight to the outside, the worng casing was nailed up and took myelf to  call it out,  missing handles,  weather stripping put in backwards, a defective window, and on it goes.  We currently stil lhave one window that doesn't stay up. The people who work in the office for both divisions American Thermal and Sahara are rude and unpleasant to deal with (Rosie) though the installers seem normal.  I had to have Marvin come out twice to fix their mistakes.  The windows were stained and painted in which Sahara sub-contracted the work and my windows were all damaged. We found out the hard way that Sahara/American Thermal Windows does not stand by their workmanship as they refuse to fix the list of issues but started bullying tactics to get paid in full.   People need to start speaking up aginst companies such as this one so others can be informed.  STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Tony and Janusz did a fantastic job installing our storm doors. They look great, arrived on schedule, and the new cappings are nice and tight.

They have very good service. They do a lot of custom work.

Schrader Metal has done a great job for me. Built a new gutter and downspout for an unusual patio cover. New support beams wrapped, that I never have to paint. Ordered and installed a new furnace in the dead of winter. Gene is super to work with. Excellent product and craftsmanship!  Highly recommend them.

Schrader Metal has done multiple HVAC jobs for me. In every interaction, they have been extremely responsive, always fair, and produced the highest quality work possible.  They never cut corners that other contractors do, and their work is top notch.  You cannot find a better company.

Schrader Metal probably has the best rating in the state for especially large projects such as schools, larger commercial buildings and other  properties.    5 Star rating for me.

Americas Best Contractors, Inc.

America’s Best Contractors replaced the fairly large roof of our home in one 14 hour day, including an amazing cleanup of the property. We were extremely pleased with the outstanding service, from the first visit with Abe to the completion of the project. The roofers were all polite and hardworking, working through a very hot, long day. We have recommended this company to several friends. Those who have subsequently used this company were well satisfied too.

Great to work with.  They helped with dealing with insurance adjuster's errors.  Abe and his staff also explains everything and returns phone calls and emails. We have a large house with steel siding that had some tricky stuff to get around and lots of angles.  Another positive, is that he watches weather forecast and removes only the siding that he can put back up without leaving your house exposed to the elements. Since our town was hit last summer with hail, we've had the chance to observe various contractors. We're very happy that we went with Abe and not some of the others. We've had numerous people stop in and complement our new siding. He got 4 new jobs off people walking up after observing his work the last couple weeks.

Really dropped the ball when it came helping with the warranty of the siding product they installed.  Said they have contacted their suppler and have not received a response. There is nothing they can do. Got very defensive when I asked questions, he was very unprofessional and unwilling to help any further.  Mr. Larry hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I tried to call back.

They did an outstanding job, paid attention to all the small details.  They only took three days, I thought it would be at least a week.  They were perfectionists in putting on all the trim pieces and making sure the logs on all sides lines up.  They also cleaned up thoroughly each night.  I couldn't be happier with my new cabin look.

Left insulation, nails, trash, and pieces of siding in my yard and on my deck and DID NOT clean it up even after multiple complaints from my neighbors and I and from the agency I rented from. I picked up nails in my tire from them and called and emailed them multiple times, and they said they would pay me back for the new tire, and never did. I believe they blocked my number. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I contracted ABC Seamless Siding in September of 2020 to install siding on a horse stall on my property. They finally started the job on June 7th 2021 but the installers did not have enough materials to finish the job. They said they would be back in two weeks...they have yet to finish. Every time I called to ask for an update I was either told that they would be at my home "tomorrow" or "next week" or that "the materials are on the way" or "the materials are on the truck". Jim even told me that I was confused because the installers never told me they would be back in two weeks to finish. I last heard from them today (July 26th) and was...yet again...told that the materials have not arrived. They must not be getting any siding at all because I was clear that I no longer care what color they use because I just want the job finished so my structure does not sustain water damage through the exposed corners. If you hire this company I would not pay them the second installment unless and until all work is completed. I will have to take them to court and report them to the BBB if they do not finish the work they started which is a huge waste of time I could have been spared had I hired a different company. Caveat Emptor...Let the buyer beware.

Got our estimate promptly. Salesman was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately when I went in to pay the deposit nobody knew how to take a debit card. Plus I was informed that there was a %15 fee for using a card. Then the number went up or down depending on which person I talked to. Then they couldn't find my estimate. No organization. I was still fine with that and going to go forward with a cash deposit. Then an employee came in with a rifle and started talking about killing cats for fun.  At this point there was also an employees kids in the office. There were several loud references to running over cats and shooting them for fun. It was the most unprofessional atmosphere I've ever seen or heard of. I wouldn't trust those employees around my house with our pets or barn cats.  Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps if they contact me and tell me these employees were fired I might give them my business. But until then, not a chance. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to ensure I didn't overreact. Now I'm positive I under reacted.  Steer clear of these guys until their staff is reigned in and taught to act professional around potential clients.

Anyone looking into this business really needs to read this review. Hopefully you will see why we so confident choosing them over any other business. First of all all, other businesses wanted to just replace parts of damaged material leaving the house mismatched instead of replacing everything. I was mindful Remember I when getting estimates the cheapest estimate is not the best answer always. Just let us to Cochran exteriors.
My mother-in-law called Cochrane exteriors out to see how fair they would be in their price and workwise. After Clay came out and showed us the product they provide, warranty that came along with it and all the professionalism of the workers that would be involved was when Cochran exteriors was chosen to do the job. I was here daily 4 .my mother-in-law who is 80 years old and bedridden. As I watched the workers daily, I could see the transformation from the old to the new and was completely astonished and amazed. Every job is special to them but this house was truly special because my mother-in-law's house is 103 years old and to see a 103-year-old house look absolutely brand new by the end result just amaze the company. Pictures (below) are nice, but really don't do it justice, (pictures are of before in the process and after) the worker Steve, that was supposed to be out here was sick that week but from where he was, he still oversaw everything that was going on, and he got to come out to see the house in person and he was astonished by the makeover the house was given and he went the extra mile of making sure we were absolutely 100% please and satisfied with the work and if there was any thing that needed to be addressed he fixed it immediately with no hesitation. As I showed my mother-in-law pictures I had taken for her... she was more than satisfied with what they provided in a extremely quick time frame for how much work had to be done to the house. Cochran even talks with your insurance agency and gets the most for your money. Insurance agencies don't like to pay more than they have to. But Cochran exteriors tells them if there's something that needs to be replaced, it has to be replaced for Cochran to put their warranty on the job. And they were able to squeeze every single penny and more out of the insurance company. After my mother-in-law chose Cochrane exteriors to do the job on her house, fully rewrapping the house, fully residing the house soffit fascia everything and replacing downspouts and gutters, we are 100% satisfied to say we would easily call them back to do any other work for us. They do not pick up or collect any monies until the persons are totally satisfied. From the very moment Cochran exteriors arrives at your house to greet you to inform you of everything they will do, to any question on your mind, while the project is going on or after it's finished....the workers at the office will diligently take your call and get back with you immediately to seeing the final product puts smile on your face. This 103-year-old house took a lot of hail wind and storm damage. Cochran exteriors hands down is the company to choose. The professionalism is 100% satisfactory. I cannot say thank you enough to Clay Biggerstaff and all the workers in the office they were so extremely kind and helpful....and a very special thank you to Steve Hubbard for actually bending over backwards making sure my mother-in-law and I were totally pleased. We're going to be painting soon to match the brand new look of the premium product Cochran exteriors provided for this 103 yr old house to make it look totally brand new. Don't trust them. They got halfway through a job before they realized they did not have the correct materials to proceed, stopped work and wanted another $2.6k before proceeding. The thing is they would have known from the first soffit they removed that they needed more money to proceed, they didn't stop though, they ripped everything off my house then demanded more money.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with a truly outstanding salesperson from Cochran Exteriors. From start to finish, his dedication, professionalism, and knowledge left a lasting impression on us. We had vinyl come off our house and damage to our doors due to a storm and decided to call Cochran. We were connected with AJ Baker and were so incredibly pleased with the entire process. Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors

After working with Heath and the work crew for our roof replacement, we can highly recommend Ridgeline. Heath was a great help and did an excellent job of coordinating the work. We can’t say enough about the crew from the Auburn area that did our work. Excellent work and craftsmanship detail. Professional in all areas including cleanup. Highly pleased with the final results.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Ridgeline Construction. I was initially excited to work with them because of good feedback from friends. I contracted Ridgeline to replace my aging siding, install gutters , and paint my house. I also needed window replacement that I was told I quote “Ridgeline didn’t do windows” I later find out from a couple crew members that they do in-fact do window replacements. This was my first red flag. It was disingenuous for them to lie about the scope of work they can do for me. Additionally, upon installing the siding and painting the house, I have found that the exterior light fixtures were not properly mounted into the hardie siding and results in them turning sideways on the house. I also discovered that my newly installed HVAC metal flashing had been damaged after the painters came to my house. I was told that “Ridgeline would take care of it for me” I have tried for several weeks to get a call back from management, and I have got nothing but silence. They were quick to take my money and run though. My advice is to stay away from Ridgeline Construction.

Excellent experience with Heath! We feel like we got the necessary repairs around our dormer at a fair price and they even repaired a loose shingle at no extra charge. Who does that anymore?? Heath was in contact with us during the process as the weather gave a couple of delays. Great customer service! We highly recommend Ridgeline Construction.
