Poor customer service from Isaac. Ladies at the front desk answered my questions as best as they could. Got windows installed about 2 years ago and now they are cracking and deteriorating. Glass cracked on one so I called for a quote or if they had warranty. and got quoted almost the cost for a full one.

This is a reply to to ABC. Yes there is 1 downspout but I specifically asked your salesman I prefer one but if it won't work I understand and he responded by telling my wife and I that it's a small house and there wouldn't be a problem but now there is and your salesman is kicking the blame to us nice! Even your own employees knew who messed up and told us he knows better. And all we asked for from you guys was to make it right. Nothing more but also nothing less

ABC resided our entire business. They helped us install new windows and doors.  Our building looks amazing and we could not be happier with the results.

Heads up people. We got 4 quotes from places and three were within a couple hundred dollars.  These guys were $725 higher then our most expensive quote.  Shop around!

They designed my gutters wrong , problems with overflowing on heavy rain days then when we called the first time they said they were going to send a tech out never did. had to call again this time sent a video of the problem. when they showed up they had attitude like it was nothing they did and come to find out it needed another downspout and they told me they would fix it for $500 so not only adding insult to injury they were already double the price of other companies you would think they would stand behind their design and work. I will never use them again and I will make sure that if anyone asks my input on gutter companies their name will never be brought up as a recommendation. to bad they don't have negative star's they would get -5...

Essential Roofing Mesa

Personnel started covering my windows as soon as they came on schedule and started dismantling my old roof. To keep me informed of their progress, they gave me numerous additional images in addition to those that are attached. Cleaning up as they went was excellent work on their part. After they were completed, we walked around the home to ensure that I was content because it had been a long day. I'm really anticipating next week when they return to fix my soffits and install new gutters!

I have heard horror stories about roofers so we wanted to make sure we chose a company that would keep its word. The project manager was great with communicating updates so I wasn’t wondering where we were in the process. He answered my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. Gave upfront estimate without looking at insurance paper work. The process was very clear and simple. Everything went as expected without any hiccups. The crew did a good cleanup after their job. Worked with the owner and his crew and very satisfied with them. The site manager was on the site and was very detail in checking things before, through and after the work. I would recommend them to any one.

I call them out to inspect my roof after I discover bubble on my living room ceiling. I expect the worse. But the contractor came out, access the situation and came back with was great news for me. They literally saved the day. Thanks for the awesome service. Super satisfied.

This week this roofing company replaced the shingles, channels, flashing etc. on our 25 year old roof. It was very evident that the crew and their supervisor were committed to taking the time and going to the trouble to do the best possible job for us. We are very pleased with the work they did. Our house now has a much better roof than it had when it was first built in 1995.

I've now had three half-days and a wide variety of fix-it jobs with Aaron, and I will *never* use anyone else for my handyman jobs! He is as perfect as they come: highly experienced, professional, on time, clean, attentive, efficient, so very friendly, listens to what I need and want, highly skilled, has an amazing collection of tools to make the jobs go smoothly, gives great advice and recommendations. He has done electrical, trim work, door knobs, wall repair, more. The drywall repair looks better than it did before holes were knocked in the wall to install new wiring and a fan---and Aaron even noticed a crack in the ceiling and fixed that at the same time---it's impossible to tell that any wall repair had been done. I had several new fixtures that required touch-up at the ceiling, and the blending/matching that Aaron did on the textured ceilings is incredible. Aaron also does what he calls "extra credit" like noticing that one of my kitchen cabinet doors was loose and fixing that when he had a bit of extra time. I thought I might try installing some ceiling trim myself with my little miter box and hand saw, and Aaron walked me through the process using my own tools and sharing his years of tips and experience---fantastic teacher! I am thrilled beyond belief with his work---and the scheduling is a dream---you get to a real person immediately (not wading through torturous automated systems). Thank you Aaron (and Susan, the scheduler/office manager) for being so wonderful!!

I used this contractor for a bathroom remodel based on friends' recommendation, replacing everything. The best experience I've ever had with a contractor in decades of home ownership in several states. Accurate estimates, excellent communications, on time, well-organized and neat. Cleaned up job site daily. Showed up daily until the job was done. The time schedule was accurate - no delays. Very professional and easy to work with. Willing to discuss job options and had knowledgeable advice about those options. Shower tiling was outstanding. Framing, plumbing, painting, and cabinet install were 10 out of 10. Absolutely recommended.

We recently had workers out to replace fascia boards along the roofline and some other rotted-out wood around the house. Ed and Scott were fantastic. Super professional and friendly guys. They did great work and left the place looking just like new when they left. No messes, no issues. I would highly recommend!

Aaron arrived on time, and we went outside and I showed him the home-exterior and roof maintenance tasks that needed attention. His general demeanor and responses to my questions immediately instilled confidence for me in him, that he was a professional, knew the business, and would do an excellent job. In addition to what I knew needed tending to, Aaron spotted a couple other issues that badly needed attention, took photos of them to show me, and proceeded to fix them too. The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof.  They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day.  Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively.  Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

My husband and I looked for weeks for a reputable company for vinyl siding repair and gutter issues. After some outrageous quotes and no call backs, Jim called from Tacheny. I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!!  Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

In the past month the crew at Paul Davis has assisted me in completing 2 projects at an apartment community I manage.  They have been very professional to work with and the workmanship on the completed projects is wonderful!  While I cannot say I look forward to the next unfortunate event to happen; I can tell you that Gerardo in their office and Pio and Kent in the field will be the first call I make for the restoration!!

Danny and his team are the absolute BEST! I had a house fire and it was such a traumatic event. However, they swiftly got my house back in working order and it looks even better than it did beforehand. Danny is easy to work with and transparent. Ross was great at communicating, responding immediately to every text and question. And he accelerated the timetable to complete the job quickly after the insurance adjuster dragged feet on submitting final approval. His crew did great work, even redoing the subfloor after they weren't happy with the first effort to patch it. Would definitely call again when we have a project to get done.

The response and bias for action is as exception after my water damage at home. Customer service and professionalism were exceptional as well. The craftsmanship involved in the repair was also top notch.

The initial restoration crew at the Lanier Isles location was great. The clean up crew was excellent and thorough. Bayley, Abraham and Jacob did what they said they would do and were very professional. Highly recommend!

Paul Davis Restorations was the third proposal I received to dry out and treat for mold after Hurricane Ian rained in our condo.  Their quote was detailed and they adjusted the final invoice for services quoted but not needed.  I'd use them again.

Would not recommend. Wood floors were warped and had to be dried out and fixed/repaired. They explained that it would take awhile to dry out the floors. We were not in a hurry, we just wanted it done right. I believe they rushed the process. When the work was first done the floors looked great for about 2 months. Once it got cooler and we turned the heat on the floors started to warp and separate. They came back out multiple times with different excuses. Eventually they repaired the floors again and even brought in new wood to replace some of the boards. Not sure that the warped boards were replaced. Filler was placed and it is noticeable. The boards have once again separated. If you want your floors to look good for longer than a few months look elsewhere.

I had a deplorable roof with missing shingles and many other damages to name a few.  But here comes Ideal Roofing to the rescue. The team explained to me what the process was going to be, lifetime expectations, and the total cost.  When they showed up at my house on time, the work started immediately. What a fantastic job they did. The cleanup was amazing and it was like they never was there working on the roof.  They picked up all the nails and garbage, and left the place sparkling clean.  I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing project or other projects that you may have. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jordan Brister and Michael Munk trying to figure out what to do about my old roof. We went over all of the options as well as the technology behind each option. I had two other roofing contractors give me quotes on it and the price from Ideal was better and included a much larger package. Im sure it isnt always as fast but when i signed the document that was going through with it they were out in two days putting my roof up. I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a smooth transfer from an old roof to a new one. Thanks guys

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.  They replaced my roof 10 years ago and nothing but problems since then.  First rainstorm we had new roof leaked worse than old one.  I currently have Matts roofing fixing another one of the problems that ideal exteriors left behind to the tune of over $700.00 and I would be more than happy to share pictures with anyone that is interested in not wasting their money on these guys.  In addition to not knowing how to put on new roofs, these guys were so bad that they damaged or destroyed most of my window screens when they pulled off the old roof. It is now 2020 and still have problems/leaks from roof they intstalled. Here are pictures of repairs that have been made to our roof as a result of their shoddy work

Jordan red ideal roofing was a pleasure to deal with and kept all his promises . We are very happy weather new roof they also had to replace some plywood and vent stacks. Very impressed with the cleanup all around my house. Everyone involved with this company is top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jordan and his team did an amazing job, especially with the condition our new home came in.  We purchased our first fixer upper home.  We knew our roof was in horrible shape when we bought it.  We contacted 20 roofing companies and Jordan was the fastest and most accommodating to our needs and timeframe.  Jordan provided diagrams of our roof before providing quotes.  He explained the process clearly and was quick to respond by text.  Then, he and his team were able to get the needed materials and complete the job in ONE day.  Jordan was up at 7:00AM and waited for many hours to make sure all was properly set up for the project.  We had a completely rotten roof with many hornet nests dug in there.  After Jordan and his team finished the work, we inspected the roof and we are thrilled with it!!  I highly recommend Jordan and his team again.  Thank you so very much!!

Excellent service! The guys were great. Covered all my furniture before the cleaning started and cleaned up every room before they left!

These guys are AWESOME!  I called several places this morning for a quote to clean a clogged dryer vent and Duct Doctor was the most reasonably priced and was able to come do the work the soonest!!  They were able to come today and did a GREAT JOB! Very courteous and professional. I would recommend them for any duct or vent cleaning work.

What a great group of guys to work with! My AC company found that I had mold growing in my duct work. They called Duct Doctor in to clean and treat. After a full day working on my 2 systems-they suctioned out the mold, treated the duct work to prevent the regrowth and then cleaned all the vents so they looked brand new.  They even cleaned up before leaving so there was very little evidence of their having been here. They also took plenty of time to answer any and all questions I had about the mold growth. They recommended treating every 5 years and I will have no problem having them come back and do this again!

The guys with Duct Doctor were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the process to me and answered any questions I had.  Most importantly they were honest. They were not able to clean my ducts due to the fragile material they were made of and the possibility of damaging them.  They notified me of their findings and did not charge me for any of the work they had already done.  I really appreciate their honesty and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

I loved their honesty. We had an air co tell us we had duct work damage and they came out. They couldn't find damage anywhere and they could've just taken our money.
