Paul Davis Restoration

Our experience with Paul Davis Restoration was excellent. We had water damage from an ice dam in the master bedroom and all 3 phases of the process went smoothly. The work was quality and the personnel sent to do the work were professional in every way. We are very thankful for Paul Davis Restoration.

We used Paul Davis' services in the spring of 2022 because of water damage we had due to ice damming on the roof of our 1 1/2 story house. While Josh, who we worked with, was responsive & very clear at communicating, we ended up being disappointed overall at how the job went. We were working with an insurance claim and Paul Davis was not able to work within the confines of our budget for the overall job. Once demo had been done in one of the rooms, we were told that there was extensive rot in the exterior of our home, which was outside the scope of Paul Davis restoration. We were left with exterior walls that were demo-ed to the point of essentially only being a tarp barrier, and to this day we are still working on finishing out this area to it's pre-event state. Paul Davis was not able to refer us to any services that would help us out of the mess we were in and we went on to research and hire another company to complete the exterior work that needed to be done. We were left with a job that was finished to about the quarter of the original scope of the work that needed to be done for restoration, mold that still needed remediation, and a bill of about $3500 for the demo work of one room. In the future, we would probably not use Paul Davis restoration again, because the commitment to this job was so low. Again, we appreciated Josh, but the company could use more work in ensuring their customers have the tools they need to get back to pre-event condition.

We are so thankful for a company that can handle all the needs from remediation through restoration of our home. Micah has been wonderful in explaining the process along the way and making sure all is being taken care of.

Called Paul Davis after a burst water heater. It was early January in Northern Minnesota. They responded immediately, got everything dried out and cleaned up right away. Great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Had water damage in basement they came at a timely manner, explained what needed to be done. . Was done in 3 days. Removed all the debris that needed to be removed , left basement clean and dry, came back a few days later to make sure everything was dry. Thank you for doing a good job
