James was just here and cleaned our system and gave great advice about best filters to use since we were not using the best for us. He was very gracious and we will always request James to come to our home when our heating system needs help. Aire Serv is the best!

Jeff Combs is a very professional technician for Aire-Serv of Knoxville. He is prompt and knowledgeable in anything heating and air. He clearly explains the problem and what needs to be repaired. He told me the cost up front and what parts he would be installing. Aire-Serv always sends me a text with a picture of the technician who will be working on the unit. This is a great company with employees who are pleasant and trust-worthy.

We had to install 2 HVAC units on our home which, in total, can be the price of a car these days. So I spent a long time doing my research on HVAC companies in Knoxville. It began with Rocky-Jay Bowyer who is the epitome of what I would hope for in an HVAC design specialist. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, listened to my questions & provided answers, and thorough with his inspection in order to get the most accurate calculations for our home's needs. I had multiple conversations with him as we were narrowing our options and he was responsive and warm each time we talked. He worked hard to ensure I had all the information needed. The install was a large job, but they had the crew of people on time and working until the job was done. This meant that they worked past 5pm, but I was grateful because that also meant it could all be done in one day. The install crew was phenomenal. Each one of them treated me and my home with respect. Jeff and Chris were so courteous and spent the day in our hot attic working so hard. Joshua led the team and ensured that I was kept informed on progress & went above and beyond in asking me if I wanted our old outdoor pads removed (as this would be the more aesthetically pleasing option). He was also wildly knowledgeable and walked us through everything from details of the install to working our new thermostats and making sure everything was tidy and wrapped up nicely at the end of the day. He and the team love their jobs, and it truly shows. I'm taking the time to gush about the work they did because it is immensely deserving! I truly feel that our units and we, as customers, are so well cared for in their hands. I was so very pleased with this process from start to finish!
