Tommy got here on time. He took out the old microwave, instaled a new one and add the external duct for exhaustion. The work was done in 3+ hours. Clean and neat.  He did a good job👍

Cooper arrived promptly and identified the projects that we wanted completed.  He told us the amount of time he would need and the materials he needed to buy.  After purchasing the materials, he did an excellent job of installation in a driving rain.  Due to the rain, he could not complete the entire list but agreed to return when the conditions were better.  On projects outside the scope of his work, he made very helpful suggestions on ways to proceed.  We highly recommend Cooper and Ace Handyman Services.

Thomas is excellent to work with and jack of all trades. He did a bunch of items I had put off for a long time due to one thing or another. Also, completed some drywall work after a major plumbing repair and made it look like it never happened. My grandma and I were driving next to this company’s red F150. Drove very recklessly and ran my grandma off the road instead of letting her merge at some construction cones. I dont know how this company’s workmanship is, but their driving is horrendous and carefree.

I doubt they make it to their appointments on time if they have to speed like this first thing in the morning. This was at 7am on 7/31/23.

We love the service from this company. Prompt at returning calls, and always getting our furnace fixed the same day. Professional technician who cleans up any mess created. Highly recommend if you have a Lennox furnace.

This is our first time using American Sheet Metal and we will definitely be their customer going forward.  From the first phone call, Kim was friendly and professional.  She was very honest in explaining there specialties, which I greatly appreciated.  We were specifically referred to Lee and that is the technician that was sent out. We hired American Sheet Metal to install 3 Mitsubishi air conditioners in our condo. While the south entrance is at ground level, the hill slopes away so we are actually on the second floor on the north and east sides. They had to bring a 32-foot ladder in to install the piping on the east side of the building. They also had to haul parts and equipment up and down a steep hill. They did an absolutely incredible job. All of the crew were extremely professional, and responsive when we needed to have a small drain pipe rerouted on the north deck. The units are working perfectly.

I had a complete HVAC system installed 3 years ago and it has not disappointed one bit! I recently had a technician out to clean and service everything and was delighted with his knowledge and helpfulness

I hired Paradise Fencing & Construction to install a new 6-foot vinyl privacy fence, and they were outstanding. Their craftsmanship was impeccable, resulting in a flawlessly straight fence. They worked efficiently and the foreman was friendly, approachable, and explained the process thoroughly. There were setbacks, but they overcame them and still completed the job within the estimated cost, which was the best price in town. I highly recommend using them.

Excellent quality: First, I got a beautiful fence. That was expected because a lifelong friend at one of the biggest commercial builders in town recommended Matt to me. The fence is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly aligned, and immediately increased my property value.
Hard working: There is a huge tree in my neighbors yard and the roots caused a challenge for a section of the fence. The team worked tirelessly to clear the root and make sure the fence is perfectly flush to the ground and the posts are placed properly. It was HARD LABOR during the hottest week of the summer and the crew got it done.
Quick to fix: there was a miscommunication about the placement of one small section and they were super gracious about it, didn’t make me feel badly, and fixed it immediately.

If you are looking for a fencing company steer clear of Paradise Fencing. Your neighbors will thank you. The first interaction I had with this company they left huge gaps in a mutual fence with a neighbor. When I spoke to the owner about it he told me to screw myself and that there was nothing I could do as it was the neighbors that had hired them and they were fine with it. In a second instance  they replaced a neighbors fence and used my property to do it without any permission. While trespassing on my property they left litter, chunks of concrete and cut down my bushes. When I called the owner and asked them to at least come clean up the mess they left he removed one piece of concrete only.

Matt and his crew did a great job and finished well ahead of promised time.

Where to begin...
I had sewage back up into a large portion of my home, and PuroClean of Troy responded to my emergency with compassion and professionalism. The first person I met with was Aleem Khan, the owner, and he quickly helped me realize how bad the situation was. Aleem and Angie, the office manager, guided me through their company's process step by step. Angie kept me in the loop regarding everything, including calling daily to let me know when PuroClean's technicians would arrive at my home. Their technicians, Tim & D'Anthony, are amazing guys and truly hardworking. They know what they're doing and kept me informed throughout the process as well. Office staff, especially Enxhi, was very responsive and helpful when I called to set up mold remediation.  Tabitha did a thorough inspection of the affected areas, taking notes and pictures and explaining what she was seeing and assuring me that the damage could be repaired. Enxhi was very helpful scheduling and answering the billing questions I had.  Tabitha and Tim and D’Anthony were a good crew who worked efficiently and amiably together and set up fans and humidifiers to dry out the treated areas, tenting the kitchen so I could have access to the fridge and stove.  They were on time, polite, answered my questions and cleaned up the affected areas.  They even took the trash created by this work with them.  Much appreciated.  As were the referrals Tabitha and Tim made during this process.  I felt like my home was in the hands of young professionals.

Butte Glass

Amazing service and super fast! Ordered a piece of glass for a window and was expecting to hear back in a few days but got a call about 20 minutes later saying it was ready. Amazing and I highly recommend them!

If you are in Missoula I’d avoid this technician. He just about ran over a pedestrian at the intersection on Mullan and  Reserve and never even slowed down. He was then traveling down Reserve St texting on his phone and swerving.

Quoted me 200 bucks a week ago saying once I get the window they would install it for me. Call back and they said it would be 425… saying that there was a price change the day before. These people don’t value their word. Really disappointed.

These guys are amazing.  Called when a rock blew out a window on our RV.  They stopped what they were doing, so we could get back on the road.  Cannot thank these folks enough.  5++++ stars.

Really satisfied with the quality of work these guys/ladies did for us. I had used the Great Falls Right Now so i thought we would try the Butte one since we are new to the area.  Very satisfied. Their work was great just like we expected.

We had our couches cleaned and our dryer vents cleaned out. There was excellent attention to detail and the quality of work was unmatched. I would highly recommend this company!

I just watched Right Now Cleaning and restoration flush hundreds of gallons of water down the drain at the Town Pump RV Dump on Elisabeth Warren. The technician turned the water all the way on and left it running while he was in the van and not using it. We're in the middle of a severe drought, but there's no excuse for this behavior ever.

Aire Serv of Franklin County

READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW: The technician scheduled the appointment in a timely manner and showed up on time. He repaired the system on Tuesday, allowing for my home to have heat. On Saturday, the heating system stopped working. On Monday morning, I reached out to the national Aire Serv company who told me the technician would contact me later that day to set an appointment for Tuesday. I have not heard back from Aire Serv to schedule or repair our heat. We have two and four year old children who are having to live without heat in some of the coldest days this fall, thus far.

As a follow up, I contacted Choice Home Warranty to get assistance. They informed me I need to file a new claim to get service. They did so on my behalf and schedule an appointment for Aire Serv Company to come back out to repair the furnace. Aire Serv technician never showed up.

I called Aire Serv to find out when the technician would arrive. I was told the technician was finishing a job and would be on the way to my home. I was also told the technician would call to confirm within a half hour.

I received a call from "Nick" representing Aire Serv. He indicated no technician would be available to repair our furnace for over three weeks. I asked why he didn't feel a sense of responsibility to back up the work they initially did. He stated that the system was working when they left, so they considered the job done. I reiterated that the furnace stopped working just 4 days later. He said that he didn't have an answer for me.

I was speechless, especially with his response after I shared that we have a 2 and 4 year old living in the cold, sub 60 degree temperature in our home. Simply unbelievable.

I had an outside gas meter pulling away from the house.  Air Serv went through all the typical steps, assessment, quote schedule and performed the work as promised on time.

The work was done within 2 hours and the job quality was excellent.  I highly recommend Sure Serv.

Ace Handyman Services Rochester Hills

I hired Ace Handyman for my mom’s condo. I was happy that they scheduled a specific time as opposed to a window of time and gave us an estimated cost (which we came in below that as it took less time). They also quoted an approximate cost prior over the phone and approximately how long it would take. Tommy arrived on time. Got to work quickly. He was pleasant with his communication! He fixed two closet doors, installed a lower end shower head, he went and found the parts needed to replace some parts in one toilet and made sure the other would not overflow. He figured out why the kitchen faucet sprayer wouldn’t stay up anymore and fixed that with a weight that another plumbing (garbage disposal) repair company may have left off? Tommy, our handyman switched the hot and cold on her washer bc it had been installed backwards since before she purchased the condo! I gave a four but may deserve a five. Seemed a bit pricey but then again everything has gone up in price! Very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again! 👍😁

I called Ace Handyman Services this past week and had them come out - at the beginning, they were great and even squeezed me in at short notice; however, on the phone I was VERY descriptive of my issues - they were predominantly electrical and I even asked if this was something they could do - was assured everyone was licensed, certified and insured. When the craftsman came out, he was told that he would be replacing outlets, when in fact, I told the service schduler on the phone that the outlets in one of our bedrooms were not working and I thought we had some wiring or electrical issues - we even reset the breakers twice and explained this over the phone. The craftsman worked for about an hour to try and troubleshoot, he did the best he could, but he was reluctant to do anything too technical. He tried to replace a light fixture thinking that would solve the problem, but it did not. In the end, I was not able to get power restored, but I had to pay the $315, when truly, I should have only been charged the $89 service fee, and gladly would have as the craftsman did come and out tried his best. I called twice to ask for a partial refund as they were not able to complete the project, and no one has retuned my call. The woman who answered the phone is not in a position to offer the refund and I asked for a manger to call me back, but to no avail. While the notion of this service seems great, sadly, I think they overestimate what they're able to do for customers ... this is not a service for projects other than easy paint jobs or MINOR repairs. And they should have been up front when I called and not booked me for an appointment.

Scheduling is done with very skilled employees - not a rotary file of phone prompts based on pressing numbered answers.  That frustration doesn't exist!  In my case, my deck needed to be power washed followed with 2coats of oil-based paint.  The power wash was scheduled - no problem.  Then bouts of rain was the reason the painting had to be delayed - over and over agin.  FYI! Again, the human schedulers would check weather conditions  and THEY would recommend the delays!!!!! This happened at least 5 times from May 2023 until the job was just completed on August 1, 2023.  From the Schedulers to the Service techs - NO Attitudes!  A true dose of Customer appreciation,Special recognition to Thomas for deck  painting, Jason for power washing and first round of painting,  and Cooper for installing grab bars and a new shower rod.  All great, skilled, energetic service individuals.  All displayed customer courtesy. Thomas combined everything with a great sense of humor.  Suggestion for management - Arrange for Thomas and then Cooper to have scenarios of customer goodwill, humor, courtesy for all new employees.  Oh, have reference videos of schedulers, too.  All baseline ways to service new customers and keep the established customer base.

Cooper was great! He did all the necessary work in a timely manner, very friendly and communicated with my wife and I about all the details to complete the work. I highly recommend Ace Handyman services!

This was my first time using the ACE Handyman Service and we had a great experience. Tommy showed up on time and was very eager to help us figure out the best solution for what we needed. He communicated with us every step of the way and was conscious of cost and not trying to gauge us on pricing or timing. He got the job done efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use them again!

Glass Doctor of Butte, MT

This guy is the worst, we need windows replaced in our historic home, and he charged us $60.00 to come measure our windows and give us an estimate. Then he kept giving excuses like he was having problems with his supplier... 5 months later and he has still never given us an estimate, even after we called and texted multiple times to follow up, nor has he followed up about  giving us our $60 back. And we needed this estimate in order to apply for the URA grant - which has delayed our application for months now.  So unprofessional!

They have been very quick and helpful every time one of my kids or husband breaks a window. Also very cost efficient!!

Ideation does a beautiful design job on any project! The company I work for needed a retractable banner and we were on a tight deadline. Ideation was so fast and efficient.
