Glass Doctor of Great Falls

Had a great experience at Glass Doctor this morning repairing and stopping the progression of a 3 1/2 inch crack in my vehicle windshield. The technician said he could repair the crack and it only took about 20 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased.

Great place to take your car to. Their customer service is amazing. They did a great job on putting a new windshield in my car. I am very happy.

Rv windshields can be a difficult job to replace.  The technicians at Glass Doctor did an excellent job.  The tech's found out my only transportation was the RV since I live out of town.  So my time was going to be spent in their customer wait room. They cut my wait time down by working straight thru their lunch hour.  Outstanding service and quality installation. I highly recommend Glass Doctor!

Quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Super friendly. I hope I don't have to go back, but will. Definitely recommend.

These guys are fast and efficient! We use them for our properties around town and they always are available to help- our residents also love them!!

AireCom HVAC

Gavin stopped by to help us at my place of business today and was very professional as he worked around our clientele. There was a hiccup and he had to leave and come back with some extra supplies.  He said he’d return in 20 min. And sure enough, he got back in exactly 20 min. And completed the job just as professionally. My employees also noticed his professionalism and mentioned it to me. I’m both impressed by and thankful for the customer service offered by Gavin.

MJ installed new doors on our convection oven today. He got it done very quickly and we are very happy with the job that Airecom did. They always are able to come out much more quickly than other repair and HVAC contractors.

After about 2 months of trying to get some other local businesses to respond to our requests for service and get out to us in a timely manner for some maintenance related things, we finally got ahold of Airecom...

They were out the very next morning and got our cooler functioning in time for a busy Friday morning. Where others failed to be professional and timely, Airecom was immediately there and repaired our equipment. We then started to schedule a walkthrough to be able to have them come and do routine maintenance on a regular basis going forward and they were immediately right back on site only 30 minutes after they just left from the first job.

They were nice, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and work with, and they do just about anything we could need... they are so multi talented so we'll be able to just use one company for a LOT of our needs. Which is convenient, and helpful for a business that has all manner of people who may be calling in for maintenance needs.

Thank you Michael Rea and the Airecom team. We look forward to turning to you primarily going forward.

MJ was extremely nice and got our problem solved quickly. Working in a restaurant with hot objects around, ac is extremely important to us. He came out yesterday found the problem and was unable to finish right then and there but came early in the morning to solve the issue and explained very well what the problem was and how to prevent it again. Will be going back!

Paul Davis was selected to restore our basement after a pipe burst on Christmas Day. Three months later, which was expected, we were told a crew would finally be coming to our home to make the repairs. The first crew spent weeks working on our basement, and it was clear that they had no clue what they were doing. I alerted Paul Davis of my concerns, and they reassured me things would be ok. I was very skeptical, and I should have been as I have never seen drywall do terrible. The rough ceiling pictures are what crew 1 said was "done" and at which time Paul Davis was ready to invoice me.

I informed them on how terrible the work was, then a second crew was assigned to come re-do the entire ceiling and finish the remainder of the work. This process took over two months with multiple visits and revisits. The ceiling was finally right, but still there were lots of ugly areas elsewhere that I had to decide to ignore for the sake of finally getting my home back.

Once the second crew was "done" I still had to replace some recessed lights as they did not install what I asked for, and I still have some drywall and trim cleanup and repainting to do. The quality of work is inconsistent as one crew does everything, whether they know how or not.

I expressed my dissatisfaction to deaf ears. Paul Davis's response about the first crew was that "those were Mark's people"...I don't care. I signed a contract with Paul Davis, but apparently they do not take accountability for their subcontractors subcontractors or whatever was going on.

Needless to say, I would never recommend Paul Davis.

We had a major water issue that required kitchen floor and bathroom tear out.  Cody and his crew were amazing they came in and cleaned up someone else mess, and did a great job got the job done!  Would highly highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My basement flooded and they were out here immediately with the evaluation and removal of everything damaged. Lindsay and Matt were both extremely professional and efficient even dealing with my 3 year old wanting to talk to them every 5 seconds! Over the past few days while the basement was drying Lindsay was over the top amazing with communication, times she would be there to check on everything, and answering my questions. I would recommend this company for anyone going through such a highly stressful situation!

There were gaps in the process which took longer than I had anticipated but because of good communication between the team and the homeowner (me), it all worked out in the end.  The excellent workmanship more than made up for the time it took to complete the job.

They truly live by the values posted in the lobby at the Glass Doctor.  Not only did they get the window into my Saturn but they showed me what caused it to break.   Tim was honest and straightforward.  Even though there were some complications you couldn’t see from the outside of the car. He quickly had the job done.   The whole team was wonderful to work with, it is no wonder they have been here for over 25 years.  Thanks Glass Doctor for a great experience.

Great customer service! I called Monday afternoon and was able to get my windshield replaced Tuesday! Pricing was less than Safelite and no hidden fees, plus they came to my home without charge!

Glass Doctors replaced my windshield for a second time in a year.
This time it was free. Glad I purchased  their G12 warranty replacement policy. It is only $25, and saved me hundreds.

The whole process was about as good as it could get -- the consultation, quote information, technicians, were are very personable, very knowledgeable, conscientious, careful of our home and belongings, helpful, patient with our questions, and gave us their full attention -- they were very focused on our project and were 100% committed to doing the absolute best job possible and making us 100% satisfied.  The cost of using Chet's had us taking a few moments longer to make the decision to go with them, but now that the work has been complete, we feel the extra cost was well worth the confidence and satisfaction we have with their service for the work that was done. We waited a couple days before we submitted this review, as other contractors have cut corners in areas that were not as noticeable  -- so we wanted to do a more thorough inspection. We found no cutting of corners whatsoever -- if anything we found a few areas where they went above and beyond our expectations.  We believe Chet's is head and shoulders above any other carpet service provider we have ever used and we will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors without hesitation.

Chet's always does a great job.  This time Rivan and Johnathan handled our whole house.  They were friendly and dedicated to making sure I was more than satisfied, working on a few spots that I thought would never come out.  They were very thorough and went through a multi-step process.

Love this place!   My dog unfortunately got a bird that was inside house and killed it on couch cushion. Blood on cushion.    The furniture store recommended Chet’s.   It isn’t close to me.  40 minutes drive but needed to get it cleaned.   Picked it up and I can’t tell where the stain was !  Very happy with Chet’s.  Worth the drive ! Rivan and Ashley are friendly, efficient and thorough while they work hard to clean your home! They were honest about a small stain that I had attempted to remove myself, but I actually made it worse. They are very knowledgeable and explained how to use their stain lifting product, which they left me a small bottle of. Overall I am really pleased with how my carpets and sectional turned out! They are worth the price. My 10 year old carpets look brand new.

They have replaced 4 windows now so to smash and grabs so thanks to these guys keep my on time for my service calls. Get my window installed same day and today found smashed window at 6am and had me in by 10am with window ready so very fast professional service and only place I use. Our fleet account is with a large glass company but I use my credit card to go here over the free service that takes days to get installed. Place does great work

Quick, friendly and fairly priced! Gave me a quote over the phone and an appointment time in less than 24 hours! Was even able to get my after market tint matched on the broken window all in one appointment! They are mobile and can come right to you or the shop is conveniently located near downtown! These guys are great!

I went here to get my cracked windshield replaced. The location is easy to find but the traffic is pretty busy around the building. They gave me the best price in town to get my windshield replaced and calibration. They got the work done in a timely matter. They also accommodated me because I’m disabled with an amputation. I couldn’t walk up their front steps and they let me take an alternate way into the waiting area. I would recommend this company to get your window repaired.

Woke up to my window being busted. Called at 9:30am and they were able to get me in at 11am. Reasonable price, quick service and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

The Good Wood Guys

We went here for Santa's workshop. All the staff were so friendly and helpful with the kids.  What a great event for little ones to enjoy.  S'more station, stories by the fire, hot meal, treats and games - all included for a donation to Toys for Tots

The people make this place amazing! The products they have on hand are numerous and of the highest quality then mini house projects with their help! Recommend them highly!

Love this place. The atmosphere, the knowledge, the selection, the customer service are all phenomenal! This is a wonderful business to have in Great Falls.

This review is going to be in two parts (with subsections), and not both are bad, but the overall is a two star rating. It should be noted that we live approximately 100 miles away from the good wood shop.

1. We ordered roughly $7,000.00 worth of custom countertops. The cottonwood is beautiful. Good review. They can cut wood and make it pretty.
2. When it was delivered to our house the sink portion was not included in the shipment. The cabinet contractor said "Chris (at Good Wood) said he never got the measurements for the cutout." I personally saw the emails sent to Chris by my wife that included the measurements and was personally there when she called and left several messages. Additionally, when my wife dropped off the sink, she spoke with Chris who confirmed he had the measurements.  Obviously Chris was lying to the cabinet guy to cover not having cut the sink portion. No apology was provided.
2.1 After leaving approximately a dozen messages (over the course of a 4 days) between my wife and I, we received a call back saying they would cut out the sink part with the "newly received" measurements. No apology was provided.
2.2 After being without a kitchen sink for over a week, the cut out on the countertops were done. When I went to pick it up, I was provided with the sink parts. The sink parts were missing practically everything actually needed to mount the sink. Including the instructions. My bad for not opening the box and inventorying the contents.
2.3 After another dozen calls and messages, my wife finally received a call back stating that they had found the missing parts in the back of the wood shop. No apology was provided.
2.4 A colleague of ours was traveling through GF and picked up the remaining parts. Which, of course was missing the faucet mounting nut. We had called at least half a dozen times asking to "make sure the faucet mounting nut is IN THE BOX coming to us." Not one call was returned.

Now...we were warned that there was very little communication between the Good Wood Guys and customers. This is fine if your contractor can deal with laziness, lack of customer service, and frankly just plain lack of caring for what happens once they cash the check. If you are dealing with them yourselves...once you leave the show room (which...honestly was a very pleasant experience...they are great in person) don't expect too much. Also, don't expect a "thank you for your $7K business" or any kind of maintenance tips for your product. We didn't receive any.
Overall - 2 stars. Customer service is ABYSMAL. I would travel an additional 100 miles to be treated better.

What a class act Chris and crew have going! Like a candy store for us wood shapers and tree lovers! We had to force ourselves out of there so as to not take up so much of their time! Awesome  shop they were kind enough to show us around! We will be back.......really well done an a asset to the community state wide and beyond! Thanks guys.......

From start to finish, Acadian was a pleasure to work with.  As someone in the construction/design industry I’m pretty picky about my subcontractors and the products I use in my own home. I had 4 windows that were rotten and needed to be replaced at my home in the Bywater. Josh was super helpful with the ordering process, measuring, permitting, and kept me informed on the approximate delivery date of the windows.  He walked me through selecting the best windows that would be the best fit for my historic home.  Brad, my project manager for the installation was attentive, came out right away to address a concern, was professional, polite, and an all around good guy. Anderson and his install team were quick, efficient, respectful of my space, and did a great job cleaning up when everything was done.  I would highly recommend Acadian for any window needs you might have!

Acadian did 3 jobs for me. They changed our fascia and gutters, installed a new metal double door on the back of my house, and replaced all of our windows. Each crew had a leader that you could talk to, ask questions of them, and get an immediate answer. Everything was done in a very professional way. They were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. While changing my fascia, they found (2) 20 foot long  2 x 12's on my porch that were rotting out. Within an hour, I had a quote to replace them and within (4) hours they job was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for siding, gutters, doors, or windows.

We’ve worked with three Baton Rouge window companies and found Acadian the easiest and best to work with.  They were able to offer us color options other companies weren’t.  They were professional and responsive.  The installers work directly for Acadian and we’re very pleased with them.   They’ve done two separate installations and pleased both times.  Highly recommend
