READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW: The technician scheduled the appointment in a timely manner and showed up on time. He repaired the system on Tuesday, allowing for my home to have heat. On Saturday, the heating system stopped working. On Monday morning, I reached out to the national Aire Serv company who told me the technician would contact me later that day to set an appointment for Tuesday. I have not heard back from Aire Serv to schedule or repair our heat. We have two and four year old children who are having to live without heat in some of the coldest days this fall, thus far. As a follow up, I contacted Choice Home Warranty to get assistance. They informed me I need to file a new claim to get service. They did so on my behalf and schedule an appointment for Aire Serv Company to come back out to repair the furnace. Aire Serv technician never showed up. I called Aire Serv to find out when the technician would arrive. I was told the technician was finishing a job and would be on the way to my home. I was also told the technician would call to confirm within a half hour. I received a call from "Nick" representing Aire Serv. He indicated no technician would be available to repair our furnace for over three weeks. I asked why he didn't feel a sense of responsibility to back up the work they initially did. He stated that the system was working when they left, so they considered the job done. I reiterated that the furnace stopped working just 4 days later. He said that he didn't have an answer for me. I was speechless, especially with his response after I shared that we have a 2 and 4 year old living in the cold, sub 60 degree temperature in our home. Simply unbelievable.

I had an outside gas meter pulling away from the house. Air Serv went through all the typical steps, assessment, quote schedule and performed the work as promised on time. The work was done within 2 hours and the job quality was excellent. I highly recommend Sure Serv.
