Went online looking for a company to put a mirror in a frame I had that the mirror had broken in.  I really liked that I could send them pictures of my item and get a quote for the job.  Received a phone call with a very reasonable price within a couple days of my weekend request.  At my convenience, I took my frame in to have a mirror installed and was able to pick it up the next day.  They did a very secure job as it is a heavy frame.  Staff was very nice.

This company did a great job after I had to deal with a crazy company "Ameriglass" This company came in and made everything right. So many mistakes that Ameriglass made I wouldn't know where to begin. Thanks again Glass Doctor.

Interviewed for a supervisor position. Was told that the company was a family oriented/owned company and cherished those values but I have yet to receive any notification of a yes or no to the position. I was told I would speak to the owner upon his return from vacation that following Monday. I assume he is still hunting..
Interview was rushed and my answers were constantly cut off by the interviewer which I considered rude. Don’t ask me a question and then cut my answer short with a follow up question. Would have loved to bring my experience and willingness to this company

My parents basement flooded with sewage water. Bob and Jason came quickly and got everything cleaned up. They did an awesome job and we are so appreciative!

They were able to schedule me within a day or two of when I called. They showed up promptly moved to the furniture around that needed to be moved. They got stains out of my carpet that I never thought would get out. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They do a great thorough job.

I called to have a fan swapped out and to replace a reverse osmosis faucet. I was contacted immediately by Ace Handyman and an appointment was made for the very next morning. Clinton was very professional, courteous and prompt. Clinton was very knowledgeable about many things, very tidy and very personable. I would definitely recommend him for your needs. I had a tight schedule and Clinton understood and was able to get the job done in a timely manner.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with what Doug was able to do and with how soon he could be scheduled after we received the estimate. He mounted a sun shield over our deck. Feels like we added a room to our house for a fraction of the cost, even of an awning.

Clinton is a very good craftsman. He did an excellent job replacing our privacy fence in the backyard despite “limitations” on materials. Home Depot screwed up big time, not only once but twice, and delivered the wrong fence posts to our home causing this simple home project to be delayed extensively and extra expenses on our part. We asked Clinton if he could please use this wrong posts and be a little “creative” about it to finally finish the project. He did an excellent job! We are very pleased and glad that we trusted him. The crew was very professional and work done was superior. They even too care of a spot that was left unattended by the window cleaning service just couple of weeks before. There was a paint spot on the window high up where we could not have reached and the person who came to give me the quote assured me that they will scrape it off when they come to install the new window. After a rock struck my windshield on my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, I visited their shop for an evaluation. This decision proved to be excellent.
The staff displayed profound knowledge regarding the distinction between windshield replacement and repair. They were notably honest, offering both options in my case. They efficiently assisted in getting my insurance claim approved for windshield replacement, which I had wanted but was unsure about the cost.
Impressively, they were well-versed in recalibrating my advanced collision detection system on my new Bronco, with the necessary equipment and on-site staff. These professionals are local and part of our community. They managed to complete everything without glass backorders or excessive wait times. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day, at my convenience, and they completed the job on time, directly billing Progressive, who recognizes them as a preferred supplier.

We called other places and they said about 3 months out to replace our door walls. Glass Doctor came out the same week I called for an estimate and within 2 weeks replaced both glass doors. They are way more reasonable than other companies. Very professional and prompt service. Thanks Glass Doctor!

One pane of mom's patio door was breached by water and cloudy, she was unable to sit and look out at her backyard which she loves to do!  We worked with Glass Doctor from another state and they never failed to communicate every time they said they would! Coming into town...CRACK...a large passing truck caused a stone to chip our cars front windshield. With 6500 miles left to go on this road trip, better to repair the crack now than replace the window later if the damage spreads.
Went to Novus Glass.
We were the only customers there at the time.
We didn't have an appointment but the damage was assessed.
We waited 52 minutes and it was finished.
We were happy with the service for $55.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! Made an appointment for them to come out and look at my system. They called 2 hours before saying they were there I told them I wasn’t home and needed to reschedule they said that was fine. Now they are saying I owe just for them to show up and my bill will go to collections if not paid. Not once did I get any report that they did anything. Poor customer service!

Technicians were prompt, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We will use this company again and give more good reviews now. These people were great to work with.

My insurance company sent PuroClean of Waterfront Township to complete work after the first company left the job without completing it. The first company worked in our home for two months without removing any of the damaged clothes/damaged items from our home. They were thrown in a huge pile a few feet from the dry wall and ceiling they removed. As a result of this, everything was contaminated with wet drywall. Their water drying machine leaked and created huge puddles of water on our hardwood floors. Those leaking machines weren’t discovered until the next day which created more damage. We were told by the first company that they discovered another leak which damaged another section of our home. I reported to them that the carpet was wet in that area before they set up their equipment. I could go on and on about this unpleasant experience but I won’t. When PuroClean took over the job this is when things got done. I prayed and asked God to send someone to our home to clean up the mess that the first company had made worse. And he answered my prayers!! Thank you Lord🙏🏼We are 100% satisfied! With the work that Lorraine,Devon,Tiffany,Karla,Andrew and Mr.Jillian & crew did to restore our damaged home & contents.. Cannot say enough good things about puroclean. We had our house flood at 2am, we did our best to manage while contacting our insurance.. they sent us here. Andrew was at our house by 4am. He set our minds at ease and walked us through our next steps. The rest of the team that followed were very professional and kind. Puro clean was hired by my insurance company after we found a leak one month into living in our house. They were able to get someone out the next day after call. The guys were organized and professional. Cameron fixed a stuck shower door in 5 minutes while other Handyman gave up. He also helped me carry heavy boxes and items to a different spot in my home or out to the curb for trash day. He helped me set up a very heavy shelf and move items onto it. The work was completed in under an hour. The prices were reasonable and I was happy to pay them for their work. It's a huge weight off my chest. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

6/26: He was very nice and respectful. He Was not very experienced with Google install. I helped with the online instructions. I Paid $195 for service call.
We did not have the wall plate to be installed with unit. Still need that installed.
6/29: Tech returned to install the wall plate. He still was unsure even after following the schematic instructions. This made what should’ve been a 15 minute visit a 30 minute visit, now costing another $60.
I’m trying to save on energy bill, but at what cost? Next time, I’ll read the instructions and I’ll install things myself. Too expensive.

I hired Ace Handyman services to remove an existing vanity and install a new one, including requisite new plumbing. Setting up a time with dispatch was easy, and confirmed information through texts. Due to a delivery delay, I needed to reschedule and we handled it all via a few text messages.

Day of service, I received a link introducing the handyman and tracking their ETA. Very helpful! The handyman who came out was a gem, courteous and hardworking. He got right down to disassembling my vanity with assistance from a second man, and they carried everything out to the curb for trash pickup.

Installation took the quoted 3 hours, with added benefits of minimized refuse/recycling that was all gathered up and ready to be taken out. They confirmed the new vanity arrived intact (minor shipping damage occurred) and made some small alterations due to the wonky plumbing in the house. At every step of the way, they consulted with me to confirm cuts or let me know what was up.

I couldn't ask for better. If you need something done, a larger project or a tricky one, then look no further. They're backed by our local Ace franchises, and bring professionalism and quality input.

Josh was awesome. Our bay window was fogged up from a broken seal and Josh had the glass replaced in a few hours. It looks great and was way cheaper than new windows!

I originally brought my car in to have the crack fixed, but they determined I needed a total replacement. It was easy to schedule for the tech to come out to my home to fix. The tech was friendly and professional. No problems with the new windshield, even after several heavy rainfalls. Highly recommend.

I had a windshield replaced in a Promaster van here 10 months ago and have driven it almost 90,000 miles since then. The windshield has received half a dozen solid hits and numerous others and only shows one 3mm surface scratch. Glass from Safelite would've had to be replaced long ago. I'll get the chip repaired soon and if I ever need another windshield replacement I'll definitely bring my van here. The staff are awesome to work with too.

Yes, the Manager. Mark was so kind and professional and sent his crew member, Kevin to my home who called me, letting me know he was on his way, as I requested.  Kevin arrived on time took measurements of my window "glass" that needed replacing (due to seal broken causing fog and moisture in window). Then, explained how I would get a quote sent to me from the office later that day, which I did.  To make a long story short, I appreciate that the Glass Doctor ensures that measurements are correct and if they are not, they retake the measurements and order the glass to be cut to exact measurements.  Then, same crew member (Kevin) came back to install my window glass, (it was not a totally different person). Kevin was so polite and respectful of my home, knowing it is a "no shoe" zone, Kevin was always sure to put on and take off "shoe covers" when going in and out of my home, without being asked.  I will definitely do business with The Glass Doctor, for all my Window Glass needs, as their prices are very reasonable, their crew members are professionals and their service is "5" star - top shelf! I had a crack in the middle panel of my large sliding living room window.  I called Glass Doctors based on a recommendation.  Josh came out to my house right away - very knowledgable, friendly and professional.  He placed the order for a new window for me.  He told me it would be a while for the window to arrive and for him to come back out and do the repair.  And it did take a few weeks.  But it was worth the wait and he did a great job.  He arrived early and finished quickly.  Ten year warranty on the new window.  I would recommend Glass Doctors!
