We hired the handyman service to come mount a tv for us, Keith and Eathen came out the first day and we had the wrong mount, our fault. They were so nice about it and very helpful. We went and got another mount and Keith came out today and was great! So helpful. If you’re needing help, this is who you should call! Can’t rave about them enough. They wore the little shoe covers in the house, cleaned up their mess, and any questions I had were fully answered. Thank you so much!

Ace Handymen Curtis and Ethan come out to build and install an exterior balustrade kit that we purchased.  As usual they were responsive, on time, courteous and very thorough.  The second story balustrade looks beautiful in the front of our home.  We have been using Ace Handyman’s services for other projects such as exterior door water damage and installing storm doors.  They have been great every time.  I highly recommend them!

During a recent storm there was damage to my soffit, 2-1/2 stories off the ground. ACE Handyman Services responded promptly to my call and set up a call right away. Curtis and Todd actually came early and not only repaired what I had spotted but identified other areas that were in need of repair. They were both very professional and courteous. Completed the repairs in under an hour.

ACE kept me advised from my first call, to setting up the appointment, throughout the actual repair and follow up.

If I need a handyman in the future, ACE Handyman Services will be my first call.

The original estimate was $125 per hour. The price became considerably more when payment was due.  However, the work was done by knowledgeable men who cleaned up after themselves. Good handymen are hard to find, but I would only use Ace if I were in a real bind (which I was).

Keith and Ethan were great! They were professional, efficient, polite. They completed the job and cleaned up perfectly! It was great to find trustworthy people to do the job for us. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had a recommendation to call PuroClean after a flood that I had in my condo. I called them at 8:45 at night expecting to leave a message but someone answered and said they could come out the next day and they did. They arrived at the time they gave me and were very professional and did a great job . A flood is stressful enough and they made it less stressful. I highly recommend.

We recently had a leak in our basement. PuroClean was able to come out quickly and they were very thorough and courteous. Adkins & Sons

Working with sales rep Gary Jablonski on picking out our doors and hardware was an easy process. Did not feel pressured and he was very knowledgeable of the products and listened closely to what we were looking for in this purchase. Scheduled for final measurements and the tech was there as promised and was very professional.
Set a date and time for installation and received a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Derek and Pat set up and started removing the patio door, storm door and interior door. They didn't stop until the job was finished that day. Hauled away all the debris, cleaned the area and put finishing touches on the doors.
They were very respectable, polite and their work top notch. I don't think I could have gotten a better job from anyone else. They worked through any problem they encountered and were determined to not shortcut anything. You could tell they had pride in the work they do and know that what they do reflects on Adkins and Sons. My hat goes off to these two gentlemen.

Also had new siding put on around windows and replaced the little bit of siding in front of our brick home . Joe and Ryan just installed our new front window and they were fantastic! We had an awning removed and a huge window replaced and we couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and they were professional and a pleasure to have doing the job! Paul Davis North Oakland Restoration did a wonderful job cleaning and removing mold that was found in my parent's finished basement. They were friendly and very professional! We will call them first for any future needs. I highly recommend them!

Used Paul Davis of Oakland county for some recent work after storm damage. Mike and his team were very professional, got everything dried up, then came back and did the repairs, replacing some areas of the ceiling with dry wall, muddying and taping and finally painting. We recently had a major sewage backup in our basement. It was evident that the cleanup was beyond our skill level.  PuroClean came to our rescue.  I commend all those employees who provided the remedy.  Shara is delightful. Tommy was professional and timely.  The team of Deji and Edvin spent a considerable amount of time moving, sanitizing, cleaning, etc.  I was very impressed with their work ethic and sensitivity to my distress and many questions/requests during the several days they were in our home. PuroClean came to the rescue @a time of our home being in contract to sell & during an unusual midwestern freeze within days of Christmas morning! They were prompt in arrival, professional in assessment & timely in addressing the three immediate issues of safety 1st, stopping the issues & preventing further damage. Communication was clear & concise both immediately & throughout the process whether it was with the team & leader on site or staff in office. PuroClean acted on my behalf w/my home owner’s insurance providing daily estimates, photos & all updates. They surpassed my expectations on their availability to me & my insurance co. throughout the process! PuroClean took the steps to test for air & mold quality saving my insurance thousands by knowing which items, such as kitchen base cabinetry & flooring could be saved & deemed safe w/their high tech equipment! The midwest & my area in Ohio was experiencing a shortage of professional grade dehumidifiers & house fans due to the winter storm, yet PuroClean delivered, saving my home in many ways; in expense & in efficiency, as the rebuild could begin sooner than later w/less damage. PuroClean was a most valuable team player, working w/both myself & realtors, They provided us the reassurance, labor, equipment & data needed to finish the home & get it to premium quality for the sale! Do not recommend. There are a lot of positive reviews for this company, but note that the majority of reviewers have no other Google reviews and I'm suspicious of whether they are legitimate.

I had a toilet leak that damaged the floor of the bathroom and the ceiling of the room below. They were quick, effective, and helpful while performing tear down. The reconstruction process took about 6 months total, and was a *horrible* experience.

Demolition occurred mid October. I was given a tentative schedule for reconstruction. I did not hear from them at all, reached back out, and was given a new date. This happened repetitively, and reconstruction didn't start until mid January.

The repair itself was even worse than the waiting. They consistently scheduled to be a the house on a given day, and would either be hours late or would not show at all. There was no communication between the contractor doing the work and Puroclean. I repeatedly (~5 times) took work off or scheduled someone to be at my home to let them in, only for them to not show up at all or only be there for a very short period of time.

To make matters worse, they did a very poor job. They cut tile inside our home without any kind of dust collection or mitigation, they even left the door to the attached closet open and covered the bathroom and everything in the closet with dust (I'm not even sure how they made so much dust with a wet tile saw). The tile was entirely uneven and the grout immediately started chipping and cracking. After I complained to the project manager, they came back and attempted to fix the grout multiple times. The end product looked (and still looks) significantly worse than the original floor.

Total time to replace a tile floor ended up being 7 months, and Puroclean was consistently disorganized, unhelpful, and unprofessional. It would've been cheaper and easier for me to take a week or two off work and do the job myself.

Your reconstruction crew, Deji and Edvin, skillfully restored our bedroom and bathroom ceiling after wind damage led to water leakage from our roof. The ceiling actually fell down to the floor, creating a snowfall of blown-in insulation. The PuroClean crew  assured us that they would rebuild our ceiling and blow in attic insulation. They showed expert workmanship throughout their five day project from moving furniture, drywall ceiling repair and stippling to the final stage of painting.  They conscientiously communicated with us following each day of work to explain what to expect with each step of the process.

PuroClean Property Damage Experts

I had some mold show up in an infrequently used utility closet. PuroClean was able to send someone the day I called for an inspection. After I got the cracked pipe that caused the issue fixed, they came back out to finish the job, cutting out drywall, treating the area with an antifungal agent, and leaving some blowers in the room over the weekend. Overall, they have done a good job, we're prompt, courteous, and helpful throughout the process, and the service was reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Just so you're aware, their inspections aren't initially free of charge, BUT if you do choose to have PuroClean back out for the repair, the cost of the inspection will be put towards the final bill so it may as well be.

I wanted to take the opportunity to honor Cynthia Penny.  She encompasses everything one would want and need in times of distress!  Her encouraging manner, attention to detail and diligence make her a joy to work with! If you need PuroClean, rest assured that Cynthia will take care of you!

Update: I just want to reiterate how awesome this company is and the people who work there. They really care about their clients. This time Jason came out for an inspection and I cannot recommend him enough. I was so stressed out and he told me it was going to be ok. Sometimes that’s what you need to hear in a stressful situation. Really and truly this is the only company I trust with my house. Anytime I’ve ever needed help as a new homeowner they’ve been there. From the wonderful people at the office to the people who work in your house, they know what they’re doing and they know who to call if they need a different expert. That’s honest and it’s helpful. I cannot thank them enough.

I was very disappointed with my experience with PuroClean. I contacted the company with a basement leak, and an estimate was provided. The work was completed around a flowerbed outside,  but this did not fix the leak in my basement.  I have recently had to dig up the area to try to solve the problem, and after digging up mulch I realized that only a small portion of the flowerbed was covered with a tarp. I have had an issue for several months, and I have had PuroClean out multiple times.  I was denied a refund, and I have been very frustrated by the process.  I paid a lot of money, and I’m now having to redo everything that was completed to get my basement leak fixed.  This is what $1,422 looks like.  I was told over email recently that all they could do was try this to see if it worked.  I was then blocked from emailing them back.

PuroClean is a great company for any property damage restoration. I had a please doing business with them.

I got motorized top down bottom up blind from Budget Blinds. Tiffany was so kind and she explained my options in details with her experience. And Nate helped me with choosing the right color blinds for me and did an installment really quick. Then he did a great job giving me an instructions on how to use it. Everything went so smooth and I can trust them. They are awesome to work with. And I have the best blind. It makes my life a lot easier and they look great. Definitely recommend this team!!

We had a double pane glass, on a picture window, replaced after the seal in it broke and it became impossible to clean. And we also had an unfortunate mishap with a brand new bay window and the glass broke on that as well.
Service was very good! Our estimate was done within a week of calling and our windows were replaced about a month later. If this seems long, all of this was done this summer during Covid. I've already recommended Hale Glass Doctor to a couple people because of how impressed I was.
