One star is one too many.  They gutted our house after hurricane Laura and put all new floors in and drywall.  I started noticing within a few months that the floors were already coming up.  I called them and told them what was happening.  They passed it off as, during summer and winter, your floors are going to swell.  At that time we were happy just be back in our house, so I just accepted their answer.  Unfortunately, at the time, I started noticing the floors coming up (less than a year after they were installed) I did send an email, so I have no real proof that the floors are coming up due to poor installation.  I did try to contact them by phone and email after a year, and they just never got back to me or returned emails.  Apparently, the project manager I was communicating with and the others who had worked on our house "are no longer with Paul Davis."  So leaving a review is about the only thing I can do at this point.  We are going to have to replace all the floors that they installed.  This does not include the window blinds they took down and put back up, that no longer work, wall outlets that were missing covers, and so on.  I do not recommend them for anything!!!

I’m so glad a good friend referred me to Paul Davis Restoration. They were able to quickly get in and demo what needed to be removed so remediation could be done in my kitchen due to water damage. Their remediation services were great. After that they were great to work with for rebuilding also. Very professional. They communicated with my insurance company very well too. The project extended outside of the immediately damaged area in the kitchen and a lot of work was done in the dining room and bedrooms all while we were still living in the house. They were very accommodating when we found extra work that we wanted done. Ron and Austin Prevost were great to work with and seemed to always want to do whatever it took to get us the results we wanted.
If we ever need services like this again in the future, Paul Davis Restoration will be the first call I make.

Mr. Ron and Mr. Austin did an EXCELLENT JOB in making my Mother, the customer, very happy.  These two gentlemen were very professional.  They ensured that all of the work was done in a timely fashion, the contracted workers were on time, efficient, and on schedule, and that the contracted workers did a great job cleaning up at the end of the work day.  The work was of top quality and no stone was left unturned.  All i's were dotted and all t's were crossed.  Thank you Paul Davis Restoration for employing and contracting such MARVELOUS employees.

Excellent company, we had our shop floors redone and Chris Barnett was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He explained every step of the process and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

I wish we had been able to use Alicia and Christy because Jessica provided horrible service to us. During the end of our disastrous experience with Paul Davis of Baton Rouge, she wouldn’t even answer our calls to talk about the situation. We have missing items, damaged items and unfinished work. The people they employed, in my personal opinion were not qualified for the job and due to translation issues were unable to reinstall our bed frame and laughed when I tried to explain how to them. We originally had ServPro here but our insurance company pulled them out and put PDR in to take of our home. We filed multiple complaints to our insurance company that were ignored and there was no communication available to deal with this. At least the owner Gary called us after we gave up and called the after hours support line. In a very professional manner he said Jessica would call us and then said she had personal issues and wouldn’t return our call. After a week and half of considering our concerns and complaints, he very professionally informed us that we signed a Hold Harmless agreement and they are not responsible for anything. He pointed out that since other contractors were present that PDR can’t be responsible and the contractors might have done it. Those contractors are my personal subs for my contracting company and we have recorded everything on our security cameras. Needless to say we will be pursuing this in Civil court and address all stolen and damaged items at that time.
I hope others have a better experience with them as this has been an utter nightmare for us.
Edit: Yet you failed to acknowledge or address the damage done to our home by your employees and only focused on the contents moved out and into our home. Damage that your original person came in, looked at and said "yes that will probably get damaged but don't worry, we will take care of it".  Too bad I didn't get his name.  Your employees came in, ripped out of cabinets, broke our counter tops, tore our sheet rock and then tossed everything back into the middle of the rooms as is, saying they were done and don't reinstall cabinets yet your website says you do remodeling. And to address the mold issue, your employees "sprayed for mold" yet afterwards our home tested for active mold that also reached into our duct work due to improper mold remediation which i couldn't find anywhere that you are certified for mold remediation. And you were contracted to remove the tile and mortar by our insurance company, came in, tore out the tile, leaving the mortar and claiming the job was completed.  Every time we turned around, other than the pack out and move in,  you were contracted by our insurance company to do projects that your people turned around and said, "no we don't do that" and then did amateur, incomplete work. We documented all of this.

After doing our due-diligence regarding replacement windows, through online research,, Consumer Reports, and finally the local NextDoor neighborhood site, we settled on Pella Windows and doors. Our 100 year old home in New Orleans and the need for wheelchair access presented many challenges, and the sales representative Brian who lives in the area carefully explained their recommendations.
There is NO doubt that we made the right choice for our home. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Special thanks go to our Project Manager Jessica Gordon whose friendly professionalism made her a joy with whom to work. We would also like to commend the Installation Crew Omega for their meticulous work, and the care and respect they showed for our home in daunting 100+ degree weather.

I am posting this review to share how happy I am with the entire experience with the Pella Team from Baton Rouge, LA. I had two sets of Pella French Doors installed in my home in Metairie, LA. I chose Pella for several reasons: (a) quality product/materials, (b) name brand, (c) warranty, (d) Pella sells and installs the product. Jessica Gordon, Pella Project Coordinator, provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process: from scheduling the install, to answering questions, to proactively providing me all final paperwork and warranty information. Jessica was always friendly and professional as I had several questions throughout the process. Overall, everyone from Pella was very professional and helpful starting with Brian in Sales - to Chris the Install Manager - to Nixon and Rosa the installers (Installation Crew - Omega) and as noted above Jessica Gordon (Project Coordinator). Highly recommended Pella windows and Doors. After receiving bids from 3 other companies to compare price and quality we are completely satisfied we chose Pella My experience was excellent!  We were very concerned with the design aesthetics. My sales agent Brian Burger was the only one who brought forth a look on the  budget we had set aside for this project. After the sale Jessica Gordon (Project Coordinator) and install team went more and beyond to make sure that we could have the windows ready as soon as possible.  We had one minor issue at install, a grid was miss ordered and we all missed it. However then the service  team Victoria Heck (Service Coordinator) stepped in and Corrected in a timely fashion.

I had two windows needed to be replaced, So I called the Pella windows.  After talking with customer service department,  I was connected with Baton Rouge dealer.  The coordination and communication with Victoria Heck was really quick and accurate.    The technicians came to my house to confirm the model and arranged the replacement. On appointment day, the technician, Dustin Hale and Chris Daigle showed up in time and replaced  whole 4 panels very quickly and nicely.  I would highly recommend this office and Pella windows.  Thank you for the nice work.

I am a repeat customer and plan on using Pella of BR again in the future.  Jessica, Brian, and the install team have all been fantastic on both my projects.  I have referred them to a friend as well who was also very happy with the product and service. I shopped around a lot before deciding on Pella and couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Paul Davis Team of Professionals walked me through a devastating Christmas Eve pipe flood.  They advised me every step of the way with utmost professionalism and courtesy. They did a fantastic job with their workmanship and keeping me up to date and calm during the entire process. I highly recommend them. Very fortunate that they answered my call on Christmas Eve. I had a shower pan leak that damaged my subfloor and it was a mess. Justin showed up and he was very professional about the situation. Justin gave me the plan to get the bathroom dried out and the following day he had his guys Ethan and Garrett come out and do the work that Justin said they would do. I’m very impressed with the way they were able to get the bathroom cleaned up and ready for the next step. Thank you Justin,Garrett, and Ethan for the honesty and hard work!

We had a small kitchen fire and our insurance company recommended Paul Davis Restoration to us. They came the day of the fire to clean the air and the next day to assess the damage. After all the promises and the lies they returned our belongings with roaches and lied about it. Not everyone in this company is awful but there are a lot of them. Through this whole process one person remained a man of his word and that was Jason our contractor. Austin who is over mitigation hung up on me when I called to let him know that the cleaning they charged our insurance for was not done and that I had to clean our things. I also told him that they had roaches in the boxes they brought back to our home. We were totally disgusted and disappointed with this company. After all the checks cleared we heard nothing from Lyndsey who was right there for us until they got the money. I would never recommend this company! Just an awful experience. James Hindman proved to be a disappointment as well. This company gets a whole zero from me.

The guys are amazing, especially Justin. He is so good to explain the process, answer question after question, on time, just a really good experience.

Garrett was very professional. He kept us informed and knew what he was doing.

AirSouth Cooling and Heating

This company did an excellent job installing a new HVAC system for us. They were quick to respond with an estimate, worked with us to find models to meet our needs and their price was reasonable. With little notice, they accommodated our need for early removal of the ac unit. The installation itself was efficient and professional. The staff were nice to deal with.

I just had Austin come to give me an estimate! Actually early! kind and considerate! A real jewel in Hattiesburg. Will without a doubt consider this company for my duct cleaning! Austin is a great representative of this company!

They found the issue and fixed it in very fast and only charge the time they spent. they didn’t even want to go through the main entrance when I invited them. Because they were respecting the owners. Will surely hire them again.

I called and within an hour they were at my house. My unit is now working great after the service. Cost was reasonable. Definitely would recommend!

Needed a front windshield replaced after a rock cracked it too badly for a simple glue repair.  The Midland folks came with BOTH styles of glass for my year truck in case what i thought was the correct style windshield wasn't.  That's proactive which i appreciated as 'great work.'  Shopping around for this,  I also found their prices were better than what I would have had to pay in the 'big city' - where I expected a lower price due to more competition.  Who says that 'little towns' don't have 'big city' services?

I cannot say enough about this company.  Our pressure tank to our well was spewing out water.  Our entire basement was covered in water.  I called at 6 in the morning to report this and they were to my house by 8:30 am taking care of it all!  They were super friendly, Ryan was so helpful and got right to work!  Thank you Ryan for saving a lot of our belongings. I cannot thank you enough for everything! Tony you are a great team leader your guys are just amazing!  Hopefully,  this never happens again but I would not hesitate to call them again and would refer to all my family and friends!!!!

We had a toilet break in our second-story bathroom which flooded out the floor and below kitchen ceiling. The guys at Paul Davis did a great job, they were responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend them for water reclamation services.

Had a washer hose break resulting in serious flooding on our main floor and basement. Arbor from Paul Davis was out with in a few hours. Ryan and Tony began  working to get the clean up process going, working late on a Friday night. They did a great job. The crew was professional, very nice, and thorough. Couldn’t ask for a brighter light on a dark situation. Definitely recommend. I certainly will call  them should the need ever arise again, but let’s hope I never need their services again.

I could not believe how much damage was created from a water leak coming from a condo unit above me. I am ever so grateful for the effort and work by the Paul Davis team. The contractor Sunshine went above and beyond to make sure her team was professional. The experience and quality showed. The job took a little longer than I thought but it was definitely worth it. I would certainly call on the Paul Davis restoration group if I ever needed any work done again.

I just left Cassady and self glass. Needed a full windshield replacement didn’t even take longer than 30 mins, and they got the job done! I hate that I didn’t catch the man’s name who did my mustangs windshield, But both of them did such an amazing job I have zero regrets about choosing this place. I’m so so so glad I chose them. Ms Julie was just as amazing, she took care of me, answered all my questions professionally and was very nice the entire time! We even shared a little fist bump 👊 at the end lol. The entire staff was so welcoming and all around great. If you have any questions or concerns please ask for Ms Julie, she will take care of you with no problems. Excellent service! Was cutting grass when a rock flew and shattered the back door glass in my daughter's SUV - called Cassidy and was set up to have it replaced the next morning. Wyatt was the technician and he was amazing! Very professional. Called me the next morning and  worked out a time and location that was convenient for me. Had the window replaced in about 20 minutes. I hope I don't need them again BUT now I know who to call if I do.

I called needing my whole windshield replaced. Parker and Wyatt came out the very next day and replaced it in less than 15 minutes! They were very professional and efficient! They didn't even mind me watching them work! Also, they were much cheaper than Safelite. They have made a customer out of me! I'll never go anywhere else. Very pleased.  😊

I in the summer of 2015 (late june) had a panel of my roof blown off in a wind storm. I through USAA my insurance company was recommended Paul Davis as one of there preferred vendors. I regret that decision as after firing them and finding my lockbox pre-loaded, subpar work and shotty carpentry I just as of March 2016 have completed 90% of the work and my kitchen is fully usable after almost a full year of hell with this company. Chris there field rep is completely dishonest and avoids phone calls at the slightest bump or being called out on a lie. I still have falling vents, shotty paint and drywall work, falling apart bedroom and closet doors(instead of buy shortened door for track they got down a full size down and has fell apart), bouncing woodfloor and a gas line to a fireplace that is 15" long and flexible right through drywall no grommet or safety codes met. Anyone who would consider using this company please head my warning and reach out to any of the other several reputable companies in the Toledo area. AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, after arguing with my insurance company and ducking there phone calls for several months (October 2015 through February 2016) my insurance company was finally able to settle the dispute and get me the money to reimburse myself for the $10,000 I spent correcting and finishing Paul Davis work. Paul Davis then sends me a bill stating this is the final attempt to collect $7,800 (first letter I ever received). They are threatening to send me to collections and I have contacted an attorney and plan to go to 13 ABC Call to Action to stop this frivolous company from trying this on any other helpless consumer. They held me and my home hostage for MONTHS and after all this have the audacity to send me a bill for false charges. Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM PAUL DAVIS!

Came out put a super small tarp on, wrong I mite add. I could have bought for less than $10 and are charging me $264.00 after being here for 6.4 minutes. Never sent a bill then ad in finance charges for being late.. Never do business with these crook's..

I experienced sump pump discharge pipe separation, with subsequent drenching of my basement carpet. This particular crew arrived very quickly and mitigated the problem in thorough, and professional form.

Davis Glass

Guys were super nice. They were the best price in town. I had to get my front passenger window replaced thanks to a rock. They had to special order my glass which was fine. I was told they would call me when it came but I ended up having to call them. When getting serviced decided to drop off truck at 8:30a and run errands was told it would take a little over an hour someone would call. I finally called them at 1:00 it was ready. They work in the back of building so there were sometimes I had to walk out the lobby and around the building to get them. Overall pleased only suggestion would be to make sure they follow up with clients and get a buzzer for front lobby.

As a window film contractor, our lively hood depends on quality glass installations.  We rely heavily on the service and quality of Davis Glass.  This business is a true gem of small town service with city quality.

Best prices and best service of any shop I've ever used. They've also done an antique gun cabinet and portrait frame for me. Old Mr. Davis is a card and his son makes sure things are perfect.

I've been trying since October 13 to get an estimate or price to fix my glass door. Every time I get the same answer, I'll check on the price and call you tomorrow. I still haven't received a call back! So I want be using them!!!!
