Best experience of all the glass companies I called to try to get an estimate on repairing our windows.

Ended up going with them and so glad we did. There is a process, submit photos to the techs. They will get back.  They had to put a ticket in. Then I got a call a tech would be out to look. They came. Then they ordered our replacements and thought it might take up to three weeks, it didn’t. Maybe a week or so for the glass to come in(which is out of their control depending who the vender is).

The tech came out. Keith was nice and super professional. He even put my blinds back up for me. I would use them again. I hope I won’t have to but if I do this is the company I am going with.

EXCELLENT service and customer service! Great quality of work for a cheaper price than most other glass companies I've used. Everyone that works here is friendly courtesy && informative. I was able to get a same day appt to have my windshield replaced. All in all I'm very satisfied with the work, the price and the finished product. I definitely recommend the glass doctor to anyone who needs residential or automotive glass work.

They were wonderful to work with. Great communication,  excellent service, talked through my options and explained in detail possible outcomes so I could make an informed decision on what I should do. Their customer service is outstanding. Had to visit them two days in a row. One chip fixed one day. The next got hit by rock on interstate and was back very next day getting that repaired. Will use them for everything glass related going forward.

Highly recommended! Dropped off my truck around 10:30 in the morning, was informed that it'll be around 1pm before they could get to it, which was perfectly fine. Got a phone call around 11:45am saying they had my window replaced.

Took my car in last week to get my windshield replaced. The service was fast, professonal and great quality. They were also much more affordable than other repair services.

Glass Doctor of Ann Arbor MI

Excellent service. Came out and measured and ordered a replacement mirror.  The broken one was removed and the new one installed in about 2 weeks.  Very efficient.  Highly recommend.

We came here to have are car windshield replaced because of a huge crack. I called , got an appointment for 2 days later at the time I wanted. They front desk person was very nice and even helped me call my insurance to file a claim! It took me all of 10 minutes to drop it off and then they called me when it was done and I picked it up with a new windshield!!

I would highly recommend this place for any glass car repairs or replacement! Will be back if we need anytime that done 👍!!

It was a pleasure working with Glass Doctor. Frank was both professional and friendly throughout the whole process. The installation was seamless and the large mirrors look great.

Came in for 2 chips in my windshield.  Just bought the car and didn't notice them on the passenger side there. They told me one of them had been filled already, just not very well and the other was so small, it only needed a touch up of some sort. So they touched them both up so you can't feel them on the outside anymore and charged me nothing!  So glad to know a place that treats you like a return customer.  I had another chip repaired here over a year ago and it was pretty big.  They said they couldn't guarantee it would hold but it has done just fine so far. No way I'd take my car anywhere else after both these experiences.

We took two windows with broken glass to their office.  They measured them and I took them back home.  They called when the glass was available, I brought the windows back and they installed them very quickly and I saved the fee for them to come to the house.  Sweet!

Superior Fence & Rail

Needed to replace an outdated fence. Tim and the crew did an outstanding job from quote to completion. Then, we asked about additional work as we needed to secure and protect our cats with specialized fencing as we live where you can find predators. Not only were they willing to listen but ultimately installed our protective fencing and the results were exactly what we wanted and needed. They clearly went the extra mile. You can feel confident you will get a superior job when you call these guys.

My original wood privacy fence had rotted and partially fallen to the point of needing replacement. One call to Superior, and their representative came out to my property and offered advice and a fair quote. There was a several week lead time wait, but they have a great online dashboard that regularly updated me on the estimated start date for my project. Jeremiah and Nathan were the work crew that did the tear down of the old fence and rebuilt a new one. They were polite, efficient, and as unobtrusive as a construction crew can be. It was a two day job, and although I work from home, I hardly knew they were out working in the yard. The fence is nice quality, and looks great!  Clean up was thorough. I would recommend!

The overall process and responsiveness from Superor Fencing was excellent, including working with Tim who estimated and oversaw the project. Raul and his team, who did the old fence tear down and new fence build, did a great job and completed the project quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Superior Fencing.

Tim and his crew were great to work with. He communicated well throughout this whole process. We had some minor hiccups (not because of superior fence) that he handled easily. They used quality materials and had attention to details. Would highly recommend

PuroClean of Birmingham

The rebuild team of puroclean fixed my bathroom after a leak in shower occurred. Rey Escobar explained the process of what would be done and answered all of my questions. He made sure the job moved forward smoothly and helped me choose the best tile within my budget. I wasn’t stressed one bit because I saw how well things were being handled. I hope I don’t have another scary issue come up in my house, but if I do, I know who to call!

PuroClean of Birmingham was terrific to work with when my home was flooded earlier this year.  From the moment I called to have a team come out and look at the damage, I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. I worked closely with Zack, who communicated directly with my insurance company and continued sharing updates and information so I was always aware of the timeline. Aire Serv of Birmingham

My furnace went out as soon as winter started: worst case scenario. Not only did Bobby and Brandon get it up and running, but they even were able to improve airflow so the house warms up much faster. Not my first interaction with Aire Serv; wouldn't trust anyone else at this point.

My technicians were Dennis and Jesse. Both were very respectful and well mannered, as well as informative and professional. Also the customer service over the phone from the dispatchers was impressive as well. I needed to make several calls during the course of repairs for questions or scheduling and every time I got an answer. Would definitely recommend

We've used Aire Serv to complete several projects and have been very satisfied each time. Last time, we had Jesse come install a new thermostat. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. We highly recommend this company.

Jason (for summer tune up ) and Justin (for winter tune up) as always every technician from this company are extremely friendly and will let you know what exactly do you need to keep your AC running good. I truly recommend this company and for you to become member and pay the monthly fee because it helps you to keep your peace of mind.

Jessie today came out to inspect our units and do basic service.  He was spectacular, knowledgeable, and a great guy.  Next time we need work done we will go to Aire Serv

Mobility Central

Mobility Central has taken care of our family's needs for over a decade.  And I highly recommend you do too! The staff are experts in their field and diligently work hard to find the right solutions for price point you can afford.  They absolutely put customer satisfaction #1.

On June 23 I picked up my husband wheel chair. They tried to fix it but we knew it couldn't be fixed. We were told if it didn't hold up they would let the insurance company know  so he could get a new one. It broke with him in the chair when we called back no one would help. We asked for the manager the guy said he didn't know how to get in touch with them he didn't have a number.we had to go and buy a wheel chair what's the purpose of insurance and we had to pay for the wheels on the chair that they couldn't fix.I also have proof where the lady signed and made copies.Its August now and we still haven't heard from anybody.

We bought a Pride Mobility scooter from Mobility Central. EVERYONE was so helpful, kind, took plenty of time to explain all the differences. It was a very pleasant experience. They sell everything to make life easier at home! Better quality than Amazon! Transfer benches for bath, grip bars for showers, Graspers, positioning wedges Even compression socks! I wish I had known about Mobility Central when I was Initially injured! Life would have been SO MUCH EASIER on me & my family!  We were helped by Laurie & Ben. They explained all the scooter types, & helped me find the one suited best for my needs. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

I had a fantastic experience at Mobility Central. I purchased a Revo 2.0 four wheeled scooter and a lift. The employees were so kind, friendly and more importantly, approachable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! They installed my new lift and took phone calls when I had questions. The technicians were equally as accommodating as the people in the show room. I highly recommend Mobility Central to anyone who has mobility issues.

Poor service. Had to call and email multiple times for updates on my child's wheelchair parts. After waiting three months, somehow when I called the had the item in one week? They delivered his  wheelchair lapbelt to replace one that started losing stitches within the first month. They took the replacement to the school. My child came home on the bus with a lapbelt that had a label stating " not approved for transport". Clearly they just grabbed something lying around at the office and put it on his chair. This was the last incident of multiple service issues. I don't have medicaid. I pay everything for my son. Several years ago they had the best service. Now it's just terrible communication and poor quality service.

PuroClean of Howell

I cannot say enough good things about Steve, Joe, and PuroClean of Howell. These are the people you want to work with and there aren't many like them - skilled, hardworking, honest, friendly, no nonsense, and timely.

We had a situation in our basement resultant from secondary damage from a past water leak. We discovered this as an unpleasant surprise and didn't really know how to approach it. Originally, we were planning to use a different company and through some act of blind fortune they disappeared and we were referred to PuroClean by a friend. Steve arrived at my house within an hour of my initial call with Joe. They assessed the work and given this was a remediation job brought in a third party to do air and surface testing to guide the work. With remediation work most companies will do an eyeball test - these guys do it right - they confirm the problem and then build a plan to eliminate it. After the fact they confirm the remediation worked via a third party. Steve and his team show up on time, are skilled and careful workers, and were excellent communicators about the process and outcome given lots of questions my wife had. Steve also has taken the time to speak to my insurance company about the situation. They charged a fair price and I would recommend them to anyone with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind!

I am so greateful for Steve and the PuroClean team.  They made a very difficult and unexpected situation as easy as it could be.

There was a freak accident with a sink in the new house we were moving into that caused a good amount of water damage to our living room and laundry room on the main floor and walls and carpet in our basement.  I had never experienced anything like this and had no idea what to do or where to start on fixing it.

Thankfully, a good friend recommended Steve and the PuroClean team.  We reached out to them in the evening and Steve and his team showed up the next day.  They were meticulous and diligent in assessing the situation and finding out where the water had gotten too...I was blown away with how many areas there was significant water that you could not see with the naked eye.  The team quickly laid out a plan for drying things out and beginning to work on the damaged areas.

They also helped me work with my insurance company.  They first helped me to understand what info would be required and questions I'd need to answer, which was extremely helpful... I had also never filed an insurance claim for my home before.  They also worked with the adjustor to make sure we received the proper amount for our claim.

PuroClean also handled the reconstruction project, which required new flooring, carpet, painting, new walls in the basement and some plumbing work.  Mike, our main contact on the project, was awesome and continually communicated with us throughout the process.  These project can be challenging, but Mike really helped manage the entire process, and more importantly our expectations.  We were very pleased with the final product and how it all turned out.

I would recommend the PuroClean team to anyone who has to deal with a water damage situation and/or reconstruction.  Steve and his team did an amazing job and were very upfront about the process, work required and how they factor into everything.  They did an amazing job and we're so thankful for all they did.

PuroClean was outstanding. They were responsive and punctual. Steve thoroughly inspected my attic and provided me with pictures, videos and a written analysis of my mold issue. After my structural issues were completed to ventilate my attic, PuroClean returned to scrub and spray my attic with the appropriate fungicide. America's Best Choice Windows of Birmingham

Tony and his family are an absolute pleasure to do business with. We moved into our house at the end of 2022 and knew we wanted new windows so we contacted a few providers in the area. Tony had really great prices, but the main reason we chose him was his experience and attention to detail. We had a vision and he worked through it and helped us choose what we wanted based on available options.

We even had an odd situation in which an old bathroom window was half way covered up by an addition to the house. Tony was able to patch the area and do some woodwork around it to make sure the new window was perfectly sized and positioned. Tony is a true craftsman and does top notch work!

Tony was prompt and professional with very good information. The warranty and windows he uses are top-notch per the material in the packet he left me. He is four months out on replacing our windows, but he is worth waiting for, plus his windows, from what I have read are better than the ones I was going to go with plus he saved us thousands. I'll do another review once they are installed.

Tony did a fabulous job with our windows. He was very professional, timely, courteous with our time and treated our home like his own. Communication was wonderful. We have had several bad experiences with contractors in the past so it was very refreshing having someone do a fantastic job. We looked at several different companies,  and so thankful we went with Tony. We are highly satisfied with his work!

We recently had all of the windows replaced by ABC of Birmingham and cannot say enough positive things about Tony and Heidi. The value and quality of the windows are incredible. Tony is truly a craftsman who takes pride in his work and it shows in his craftsmanship.

He was prompt, professional and you could tell he cared about customer service, as did Heidi.

ABC Windows of Birmingham has replaced windows in three houses for me. The owner/installer is quite a craftsman. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work. He showed up promptly on the scheduled day and got right down to work.
Had all tools materials and supplies in his truck and did the work efficiently. The caulking he applied around the windows is straight and smooth. After 10 years of use there’s been no cracking or peeling of the caulk or degradation of the windows.
The windows are very energy efficient and my utility bills are significantly lower than they were before replacing the windows. Another bonus is the windows open and close easily. My house’s windows slide horizontally to open and close and the replacement windows ABC installed still glide easily to open. I selected the option of full screens on all of my windows for a very nominal increase in cost. The tenants in my rental house really appreciate being able to get good ventilation and no bugs. The only thing I wish I would’ve done differently was  to have had ABC windows of Birmingham do the job sooner. There are lots of companies that install windows however I don’t know of anyone who does a better job than Americas Best Choice  of Birmingham.

Glass Doctor of Toledo

On top of the very timely appointment  being set, the tech, Matt, showed up on time with a courtesy call ahead.    He was polite and fixed the window right there on the spot.  The repair cost less than I had thought it would and he was in and out on an hour and a half.  He even took all precautions to not get glass anywhere and cleaned up like he wasn't even there.   Repair looks great!   Will Def be a repeat customer!

Glass Doctor did a great job replacing broken windows at our home. They quickly ordered the parts and contacted us when they were in stock. Our service technician (Noah) was polite professional and courteous. The service provided was outstanding.

UPDATED REVIEW (5 stars): Within hours of submitting my review, I received a very professional call from one of the owners who genuinely wanted to make things right. He offered to come get the carpet cleaned today and promised to remind his crew to treat every home like their own. I really appreciated the prompt and thoughtful follow-up.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 stars): Install of replacement glass into our sliding patio door appears to have been well done, but technicians (while very friendly) were not prepared to keep the carpet clean or thoroughly cleanup remnant broken glass -- inside or out -- after the install. For nearly $900, I would think some shoe covers and a decent vacuum would be included in the service. I spent an hour cleaning the footprints off the carpet and was picking up random shards of glass for days.

Glass Doctor just finished replacing all the thermal glass units on our bay window, and three large doublehung windows. These are Andersen Windows, 30+ years old, and several units had lost their gas seal; but otherwise they were in great condition. So Glass Doctor was half the cost of Renewal by... and way less than replacement as well. Technicians were professional and a pleasure to have at our home. A+

I had numerous windows that were out of warranty and had issues with fogging between the glass panes.  After my initial call, it was only two days before they were out for an estimate.  Two days after that, I received the estimate.   They then said it would be about two weeks to order the glass and then they would call to schedule the repairs.  The glass was in sooner than two weeks and they were out right away to get the repairs done.  They also have an easy to use credit card site to pay now so no need for a check.  Very impressed with the overall process.  Would definitely recommend.

Selecting Durante was one of the best decisions to replace 38 year old windows. They were honest and gave me a fair price for a quality product. Jason Durante, listened to my concerns and guided me to quality windows when I visited the showroom.

One window was damaged and will be replaced.

Installers DJ, Aaron and Mike are second to none. They were prompt, professional, efficient and dedicated to the job. They took special care while removing and replacing my furniture and window treatments. They left all 28 windows sparkling upon completion.

We first dealt with Jason Durante about 25 years ago when he was working for another company.  He sold us some vinyl windows for our lake house.  Those are still the best quality windows we have.   Twenty-five years later they are still almost like new.  They are holding up much better than other windows in our newer house in Birmingham.

Jeremy, Chris and Brandon did an excellent job.  They were fast, professional and efficient.  Completed the work in one day and my windows have never looked better! So happy with the outcome!

The guys who came out to start repairs were very courteous and respectful. They did a great job, and the extra repairs were very reasonably priced. Had to have some small touch ups on couple places. They were quick and did good job of clean up. Highly recommend and will diffenitly use them again.
