VERY poor customer service. My parents have called many times and they are always obtuse when asked questions. They are the very antithesis of helpful and take advantage of people, based on my experience with them.

They did not install things to code when helping with my house rebuild. Due to this many warranties were voided. A vent was not installed properly and a few other things were missing. We have asked him multiple times to please come fix what is not legally installed, but he says the job is done and he is too busy.

Judtin refused to come see the damages caused by the furnace he installed. Previously he removed the gas company tag without doing any repair or inspection. The furnace was inspected by another company and replaced at a cost of $5,149 after damages of $12,000 apptoximately. Justin has be unprofessional and rude, and apparently discriminated against me, I believe because I am disabled and he does not see me at his church...he has caused my family hardship and suffering. I do not recommend him to anyone. I would give him a minus 5 if I could.

Justin did a great job for me. Our office building is old and so is the HVAC system. He fixed our problem same day and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Solid, dependable and honest. Good guy.

Did not perform work to code, refuses to make it right. It's been almost two years of reminders from our building contractor and myself and he still claims he's too busy to deal with it.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Central Kentucky Auto Glass. They came to my house, replaced my windshield for my BMW X3. I did not go through insurance had to pay out of pocket and the price was very economical. They did an amazing job and in a short period of time. I highly recommend them. Above and beyond service. The entire process was so easy. They helped with filing the claim and came to my work the following day. From the time I noticed the crack to it being fully replaced was less than 24 hours. This was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, someone busted my driver's car window, stole items from my car, and caused me undue stress and anxiety. My insurance arranged for Safelite to replace it. They were anything but helpful. FORTUNATELY,  CKAG was able to come quickly and Devin replaced my window within 15 minutes all the while being professional and friendly. I cannot thank them enough! If you need this service, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else!!

It's been a year and a half...Completely forgot to right a review but the sentiment has not changed.  We bought a home site unseen. We we came to see the house the wood stove was fired up and the gloominess masked a load of problems. It all came to light the day of closing.  The house was smoked in for 39 years!!! We contacted several companies.  PUROclean were by far the most responsive,  professional,  and competitively priced. I dealt with Sean. He let me know how it would
be handled and took me step by step while I was long distance. He also made suggestions on what we should do, which my husband did immediately. There was a minor  concern, they came right back and handled it. We were finally able to prime walls and paint. We got an airpurifier that read air quality. Read showed no toxins. They're cleaning made a massive difference. Enough for me to move in with my 4 year old.

Punctual, responsive, and respectful. Couldn't have asked for better fencing/storm damage service from Aaron, Luis, and Francisco. They all went above and beyond for our situation. This team made a lasting impression with their punctuality and attention to detail which was very reassuring to see through the process. I called Servpro on Christmas weekend. A supervisor was at my house in about 30 minutes and his crew arrived shortly after. I had a great explanation of the work needed and fans blowing in minutes. He guided me through the Insurance process and answered my question even before I was sure of what I wanted to ask. Friendly, professional and as helpful as I could possibly hope for. 5+ stars.

Trey and Jacob were extremely helpful and did a great job! They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly, as scheduled, and answered all my questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

My living room, kitchen, hallway and master bedroom flooded due to a supply line issue in my kitchen sink. Trey and Jacob came in and saved the day. Called about 3 weeks ago to get an estimate for a dog run. When I called, I got an answering machine and I left my information. To their credit, they did call me back the next morning. The woman told me that she would have one of their salesman get a hold of me. I told her that I would not be available that morning however she could have him call later that afternoon. I never did hear from them. I ended up calling back a couple of days later asking if they had forgotten about me or if they did not want my business. Finally some salesman did call me back. He took my information, told me he would throw some numbers together and shoot me an email. That was 2 weeks ago. I don't think they need my business.

Tried to sell me new unit instead of fixing existing one. Was quoted a replacement price of around $8000.00.  I called someone else and got it fixed for under $300.00.  If you call them, get a second opinion to be safe.
