SERVPRO of South Baton Rouge

I called Servpro on Christmas weekend. A supervisor was at my house in about 30 minutes and his crew arrived shortly after. I had a great explanation of the work needed and fans blowing in minutes. He guided me through the Insurance process and answered my question even before I was sure of what I wanted to ask. Friendly, professional and as helpful as I could possibly hope for. 5+ stars.

Trey and Jacob were extremely helpful and did a great job! They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly, as scheduled, and answered all my questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

My living room, kitchen, hallway and master bedroom flooded due to a supply line issue in my kitchen sink. Trey and Jacob came in and saved the day. They removed the water, placed drying equipment, and removed baseboards. They explained the process thoroughly and we’re incredible to work with. I had water damage in my home. My insurance adjuster recommended Servpro. Mr. Jason Massarek gave me a call right away and scheduled a visit super fast. He came with two other workers. They assessed the situation and got to work on that visit. Mr. Anthony carried the equipment in carefully and was very professional and courteous. Thanks for that Mr. Anthony.
