Efrain did an excellent job on this massive project. It was done in a  timely manner and he kept the area cleaned. He kept me informed every step of the way. On a scale from 1-10 I would rate Efrain a 20.

James did a great job painting and sealing our deck! This is the second time we have used him and he is always very nice and professional, and communicates well.

Fantastic service, was able to get same day service which was very important in this case.  James was great to work with.  He is very professional, friendly, and awesome workmanship.  He explained every detail of the job.  Made sure the work area was clean after the job was completed.  Very reasonable pricing.  Will definitely use this service again.

James did a wonderful job repairing, patching, texturing  and painting my ceiling. My ceiling had significant stains from water damage incurred because of a leak in the attic. He was on-time; worked very efficiently; he made sure the space was neat while he worked; and he made sure that the work was done properly to correct the appearance of the ceiling. I highly recommend James and, if needed, would use his services again.

Red Door Homes

So much to say...  We had an absolute amazing experience from beginning to end!  This was our first time building new on property we purchased to sell. Our son and daughter-in-law were having a home built by Red Door and were sharing with us their great experience and how easy it was to build what you want.  They were about half way in construction and we all went to see the progress as it was "dried in". The detail we saw was enough for us to make an appointment with Cassy and start the build. We chose many upgrades including the 9' ceilings, black fixtures, French Doors to the patio and on...  This home SOLD mid-construction!  Red Door was kind enough to let the buyers pick upgraded lighting fixtures and interior paint changes to their liking.  When complete, we stood in front of the house and said, "let's do this again"!  Joe has already performed the site survey and we're currently preparing land with a lot of trees to remove so that we can build another Red Door home in Muscle Shoals on Wilson Lake.  Sue and I are raving fans and don't believe those rumors that building is so difficult.

Building a home is not easy. Sub contractors are hit or miss. Kris and Sandra at Red Door Homes made the process about as easy as it can get. Stuff is going to happen.. it always does. Kris was always there to make sure problems were addressed and corrected. We are very pleased with the decision to go with Red Door for our build.

STAY AWAY,
SAVE MONEY AND THE HEADACHE!!!

Tried to slip things by us the entire time they were building our house,
Never finished our final grade,
Said they would multiple times,  but never did.

Still have a punch list a mile long it’s been over two months,  and the first contractor they sent out fixed 1 of the multiple things he was their to do, took him about 5 minutes.
Then when I asked about the other couple of things.   Very easy fixes btw.  He said his boss told him that’s all he was supposed to do.
Implying that “Red door” had told them only to fix that one thing and nothing else.
They have went back on Things they have signed off on, they have immediately put us on the back burner the very second we closed.
They have ignored us,  if you build a home with red door, or Murphy homes,  they will do the absolute Bare minimum just to make a paycheck.

One thing they did that was nice.
They let us move in two weeks before closing. that was the only kind hearted act they did period, so I will give Charlie Murphy that.
That was nice and considerate.

But all I’m screaming is.
Why not finish a home before you sweep it under the rug.

Also watch these contractors they are hiring, some are good, but most were Very Bottom of the barrel low brow.  And took an insane amount of shortcuts,  I managed to catch most of the mistakes before they could cover it up.

If you do build with these guys,  make your own legal agreements. And get everything in writing.
And keep a close eye on the building process.

Red Door Homes (RDH) built me a fantastic home. I would like to thank Alex, Cassy and the entire RDH team for their professionalism and dedication to ensuring that I have at the end of the day, a beautiful home.

We are VERY happy with Red Door!! My wife and I had a house built in 2022 it was a long process but of course it would be with supplies hard to get and good employees hard to find these days and the permits take a little time also.
Cassy was just awesome for us she always kept us up to date with everything and would always respond to our questions promptly with an answer.
CJ was also a pleasure to work with and was quick to handle any little problems we had.
Joe was really good at making sure we understand the building process and what to expect during the construction.
No doubt building a house from the ground up there are going to be some problems and delays but we had very few and everything was handled professionally and as quickly as possible.
We love our beautiful home and would highly recommend Red Door to anyone wanting to build on their land.

AirSouth Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical

Mason C serviced my generator today and provided the most valuable information to ensure my needs are met. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his willingness to help.

I read the Google reviews for AirSouth and that's what brought me to choose them to evaluate my HVAC system and by their technicians suggestion, replace it. That part was awesome and they were able to replace eveything the next day! Then, after a month and the house wasn't cooling I noticed water dropping on me from a light fixture and called in. It took 5 technicians who told me there was no leak, etc. for someone to daignose that the coil in the new unit was placed backwards and blowing condensation into the ventilation causing them to sag, tear, and to leak. Not only did it ruin my kitchen ceiling but they also told me that the drip pan and the new drain they installed by cutting through the brick didn't work because they weren't connected and the drip pan drain hole had been capped off so the excess water drained from the side of my pan into the roof. Then one of the technicians stepped through the ceiling in the room where I work during a Teams video call where I was hit with wet drywall and it rained wet insulation all over the room and me because the fan was on. The contractor pulled out 9 industrial garbage bags of wet unsulation and stapled a platic sheet over the hole in the ceiling. That was months ago. The unit is fixed now and there is no longer a leak and it is cooling but the next appointment for the contractor to fix the ceilings, ensure there is no mold remaining, and replace the insulation was booked out for a month. The appointment came and went. I called the contact center and was told they were running late. Nobody ever showed up. I wrote them through the contact page on their site and nobody responed. Winter is coming and I have damaged ceilings, a 4 square foot hole in 1 ceiling and lack of insulation. This has caused a lack of efficiency in cooling and heating the house which has led to higher power bills. I did not want to put a review up that would seem damaging but the lack of quality workmanship, care, instalation, and entire situation is negligent at best and my house appears on the inside like we we through a hurricane in Brandon Mississippi. It's just not right.

James Walker was very nice and friendly when he came to work on my thermostat.  I really enjoyed my experience with him.  He was very diligent and patient with answering all of my questions.  He arrived on time.  I will recommend him to my friends and family.  My crawl space was very small but he was not defeated with all of the obstacles that came his way. I'm very pleased with all of my results with him and the director.

OK, here we are in a record breaking 🔥 heat wave & the air conditioner started acting up, I call AirSouth at like 4:30pm & what did they say???  "We will be right out."

I couldn't believe it!  They sent a confirmation text AND a link to track their arrival.  They got the repairs done and they were so nice and professional..

Worker fell through my ceiling on July 4th, the ceiling was like this the month of July till August 3rd and only temporarily patched then, I am stationed overseas so my mother had to put up cardboard and garbage bags to cover the hole so A/C would not escape as bad, because they said they would fix it. The hallway ceiling was cracked, but now patched, ceiling was patched around the bathroom vent. It would be really nice after spending $6,000 to have them come finish the work instead of getting messages saying they’re coming out then not showing, as of now they still haven’t showed and now saying next week as they said the previous weeks.

Was thrilled at how fast David & Jeremy, the “Paul Davis crew” came to my home and got things dried out. The repairs didn’t take as long as I thought, and I even got cash back from my claim for work I did myself. Will definitely call them if I need them again.

Jade was so great to work with for our leaking window. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained things clearly. They were able to schedule so quickly and were very respectful while on the job.  I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

We had Kurt install our bathroom flooring and a new toilet. He did a fantastic job!

We had a new patio screen door that we needed help adjusting so it fit properly. Ace Handyman personel spent an hour making it fit properly!  Great people & great service.

All American Cleaning & Restoration

We had a flood in our basement from a broken water pipe. The company was great to work with from the initial visit late at night until early the next morning and through all the restoration process. They came when they said they would or called to let us know they were running late. We were informed all the way through the process. Everyone was very courteous and respectful during this stressful time. Great company great management and teams.

All-American staff was a pleasure to work with starting with Terry in the office.
They came to assess the issue of a leaking transom window over the front door. They provided a reasonable plan and estimate, and completed the job as promised. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They even took care to protect our flower beds during their work. We highly recommend All-American for any repair/remodel work.

These guys did a great job. They responded to our big water leak, that went through 3 floors, within about 10 hours. Our problem happened late in the evening. Repairs dragged out a bit as they were extremely busy in the middle of winter. The repairs were generally done well with minimal rework, especially the sheetrock walls that needed extensive new wall material then texturing and paint matching. Carpet cleanup was outstanding.

All American was such a blessing!  They were prompt,  courteous, had excellent communication and restored everything back to original!  I would highly reccomend them in any disaster situation.

My daughter actually works here so my first call was to her. I had an ice dam and it had leaked water down my wall, ceiling and carpet. This was a Sunday so they were here first thing Monday morning. All of the guys were awesome and did a great job. And I loved that they cleaned up after themselves. Other than my walls and ceiling having areas removed, I wouldn’t have known they were there. 😄 very professional and friendly. Paul Davis Restoration of Idaho

Paul Davis took good care of us when we had a massive leak from one tub upstairs into the tub downstairs. Mike Davis  was super friendly, helpful and very attentive throughout the whole process. Gavin with the demo and clean up crew did a great job keeping me in the loop while things were happening. He worked hard and quickly. My regular carpet guy was busy so I called around and found Benson. He came to my house to give me an estimate and I asked him a lot of questions to quiz his knowledge of carpet cleaning. I had a dog odor I was concerned about and together we walked the rooms with a black light for areas of concern. We set an appointment for a month out (due to my crazy schedule) and he arrived on time without any reminders from me. Afterwards my carpet was dry enough to walk on with socks within an hour or two and they look and smell great. I can not recommend Benson enough!
