Mason C serviced my generator today and provided the most valuable information to ensure my needs are met. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his willingness to help.

I read the Google reviews for AirSouth and that's what brought me to choose them to evaluate my HVAC system and by their technicians suggestion, replace it. That part was awesome and they were able to replace eveything the next day! Then, after a month and the house wasn't cooling I noticed water dropping on me from a light fixture and called in. It took 5 technicians who told me there was no leak, etc. for someone to daignose that the coil in the new unit was placed backwards and blowing condensation into the ventilation causing them to sag, tear, and to leak. Not only did it ruin my kitchen ceiling but they also told me that the drip pan and the new drain they installed by cutting through the brick didn't work because they weren't connected and the drip pan drain hole had been capped off so the excess water drained from the side of my pan into the roof. Then one of the technicians stepped through the ceiling in the room where I work during a Teams video call where I was hit with wet drywall and it rained wet insulation all over the room and me because the fan was on. The contractor pulled out 9 industrial garbage bags of wet unsulation and stapled a platic sheet over the hole in the ceiling. That was months ago. The unit is fixed now and there is no longer a leak and it is cooling but the next appointment for the contractor to fix the ceilings, ensure there is no mold remaining, and replace the insulation was booked out for a month. The appointment came and went. I called the contact center and was told they were running late. Nobody ever showed up. I wrote them through the contact page on their site and nobody responed. Winter is coming and I have damaged ceilings, a 4 square foot hole in 1 ceiling and lack of insulation. This has caused a lack of efficiency in cooling and heating the house which has led to higher power bills. I did not want to put a review up that would seem damaging but the lack of quality workmanship, care, instalation, and entire situation is negligent at best and my house appears on the inside like we we through a hurricane in Brandon Mississippi. It's just not right.

James Walker was very nice and friendly when he came to work on my thermostat. I really enjoyed my experience with him. He was very diligent and patient with answering all of my questions. He arrived on time. I will recommend him to my friends and family. My crawl space was very small but he was not defeated with all of the obstacles that came his way. I'm very pleased with all of my results with him and the director.

OK, here we are in a record breaking 🔥 heat wave & the air conditioner started acting up, I call AirSouth at like 4:30pm & what did they say??? "We will be right out." I couldn't believe it! They sent a confirmation text AND a link to track their arrival. They got the repairs done and they were so nice and professional.. Highly recommend 🏆🏅

Worker fell through my ceiling on July 4th, the ceiling was like this the month of July till August 3rd and only temporarily patched then, I am stationed overseas so my mother had to put up cardboard and garbage bags to cover the hole so A/C would not escape as bad, because they said they would fix it. The hallway ceiling was cracked, but now patched, ceiling was patched around the bathroom vent. It would be really nice after spending $6,000 to have them come finish the work instead of getting messages saying they’re coming out then not showing, as of now they still haven’t showed and now saying next week as they said the previous weeks.
