Great company they went above and beyond, I would recommend Luxury Heating & Air to anyone and everyone. They corrected safety concerns from  installers that didn't finish the job. I have never written a review for any company before, but Luxury Heating & Air I will use everytime if needed.

Really happy with the quality of my electric fireplace. Jacob did an excellent job of removing my old gas fireplace and replacing it with an electric one. He was pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend him and his product.

We had been shopping around for an A/C unit to be installed in our home.  I had 3 other bids and a friend referred me to these guys.  Their prices were competitive and in the range we could afford.  Installation went really well and they made sure everything worked.  One thing I was  concerned about was if our power bill would be crazy. It's been 3 months and we have hit the hottest part of the year and our power bill is $20 higher.  This has been much cheaper than running a window unit.  Luxury heating  is a new business that has taken great care of us and those that referred us to them.  I will be sending other their way.

Super friendly staff, great quality. Very efficient. Its obvious they are experienced and know what they're talking about & doing. Fireplace showroom is a whole new world, they did a great job of capturing the magic.

Luxury has been very personable, timely, and have seemed to genuinely care about our safety and best interests financially. Could not recommend them more 😊

Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently had our AC go out during the hottest week of the year. When I called around to find someone to come service it, Alpine was able to come the next day. After looking at our unit, it was determined we needed a new unit. By that afternoon we had a quote (which was a Friday  late afternoon) and they installed the new unit early Tuesday morning. Other places in town were booked out 3 weeks so we were very thankful Alpine was so speedy. The installers were on time, very nice and got the job done within a few hours. Thanks Alpine for keeping us cool this summer!

They do a super job of servicing our heating and air conditioning equipment. The servicemen are very knowledgeable and always clean up any messes that may have been created.
We also get our filters from them and get a much better price when they come out.
I love that they have a after hour service number, never had to use it but glad that it’s there if needed.

I've never been so upset over a purchase in my entire life. Was promised a great mini split system with a 12 year warranty for years and years of Lowe heating costs and AC. They've been here to repair it several times, and this last visit was pretty much told "idk. Could be simple, could be very expensive. Also, not sure if warranty will cover it. But you're gonna have to pay 1200 just to find a leak, and if we can't find it, we'll have to charge you 1750 for a different test, BTW, here's a 165 dollar charge just to come tell you that". Also, tech sat in my living room repeating himself with the same bad news for 30 minutes, after explaining to him that I badly needed to get back to work. 5 years of horrible experiences leading up to this one has left me VERY frustrated. I spent 8k for a unit that now potentially won't run again after only 5 years and several service calls. I'm going straight to the manufacturer with my concerns AND complaints in hopes it was a bad instal job.. and the unit is fixable.
I am only writing this in hopes someone that is shopping for a mini split doesn't get conned into a "worry free warranty" like I did. Alpinestars Labor rates are unaffordable for the general public. Including myself.

Thanks to everyone at Alpine. My air conditioning had problems as we entered the upper 90’s. Alpine and their staff worked hard and found the problem. Thanks again. Great customer service!

2023 Update: I lowered my rating based on  a recent quote.  The guy seemed focused on how he wanted to do it and not on what I wanted. I don’t feel the same quality of customer service that I have in the past.

Approximately 2016:   I had an old leaking zone manifold for a hydronic heating system and a problem with the control system in my boiler.  After contacting Alpine I was quickly forwarded to the owner who was very responsive to my needs.  He gave me a clear description of the services and costs for the repair.  The repairs were completed just as he stated.  He was flexible with my specific requests.  The tech did a nice job at completing the work in a timely manner.  I felt the price was fair for the work completed.

11-28-2020 - I just had them do a similar job this year.  Great job once again.

This company is an amazing group to work for. The playful and commendable tone used by everyone in the work place is so inviting. Everyone is helpful whenever anyone is in need. They graciously give covid victims the regulated time off that they need to. Never have a work a better job than this one.

Wonderful company to do business with. Also, Natalie, the wonderful woman who greeted me up front is an absolute gem. One of the nicest people I’ve ever come across!

Glass Doctor of Charlotte, MI

In the unfortunate event my new windshield had a rock thrown up at it on the highway, I was able to schedule an appointment to repair the nickel-sized chip within a matter of days. The gentleman who repaired it was matter-of-fact and was quickly able to get the job done. Would recommend.

By far the lowest price of the quotes that I got. Happy with the service and results. Definitely recommend.

Had a problem with a know it all liar. Luckly talked to a higher up and got it fixed sort of. Still cost me more money and got a sub par window. They can't sand or smooth out the edges of your car  windows so better beware.

Really nobody should use these people as long as Safelite is around.  I know I paid for a package with new wipers and yet they have no record of it.  The man that arrived to the house knew nothing about the price I paid and was going to charge me a different price.
Who would put in a new windshield and not change the wipers.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This morning a car kicked a rock up at my windshield and put a nice chip in it. When I walked into the lobby the lady at the desk was very nice and quick. I came in for my appointment early and they started right away. I walked next door to get food, and was gone maybe 20 minutes and my car was ready! Super fast and friendly service, and I definitely recommend!

FIRST GLASS SERVICE

Awesome service! Very fast very affordable. I've been with thus company for awhile. All over the valley, they come to me either same day or next day! 10/10:)

I called First Glass Repair at 9:30 AM, and Chris was at my house at 11 AM. He works fast and explains what he's doing. Just 20 dollars (since my insurance doesn't waive the deductible for a glass claim) and the chip in my windshield looks so much better. Thanks, Chris!!

I called for an emergency fix over the weekend; on time, professional, kind, quick, and did an excellent job! Keeping his number for next time! Thanks 1st Glass Service for being superb in your field.

Chris and his crew always come very quickly to wherever I am to help with rock chips. They have met my schedule so easily and it takes them about 5 minutes. So convenient. Cheaper than it was at my dealer.

Interstate 15 gave me not one, but two, rock chips today.  I called Chris with First Glass Service at 8:00pm, and he said he would meet me at my AirBnB at 9:00pm to do the repairs.  Chris arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.  He clearly explained what he was doing and even helped facilitate a claim on my auto insurance app.  I was only out of pocket $20 for the after hours service, which is more than reasonable.   I cannot give a higher recommendation to Chris and First Glass Service.

Glass Doctor of Albion, MI

Told they could do mirrors.  Went there twice no one would answer the door or phone. No signs on the building to indicate it's Glass Doctor.  Small sign on right window indicating Henderson Glass and it's blocked by a small, old camper trailer and an older truck to the right of it.  Also no address on the building.

Best price I found locally. Very fast installation. Friendly staff. New windshield looks great.

Customer service is mediocre. I've been hung up on a couple times & they are not experts on installing glass on vehicles. (Sunroof)

I.F. Ductless

I had a very short timeframe to get everything done. Brian was able to fit me into my schedule and coordinate his team to provide me with the radiant floor heating I needed in my shop. He did great at answering my questions and making sure I was taken care of. Very happy. With the results too.

If ductless is the best. They did  two units in my house they were very respectable they answered all my questions and did a very good job of installing them . The price was better than anyone else in town.  5 out5 stars

Advanced Cleaning & Restoration

Stephen was amazing to work with and always went above and beyond, this man definitely takes pride in his work and hold his co-workers accountable for theirs. I was very irritated when some of the workers were walking around my house with shoes in, Stephen was right on top of it and made sure it didn't happen again. If I ever need this service again I will definitely be asking for Stephen the man is the only one I would say I am confident working with.!!! Hell of a job man and thank you for getting my house back to the way it was if not a little better.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Cleaning and Restoration! I had an unfortunate experience when my roof was installed poorly and when a large rain storm came through weeks later, it collected down the entire western side of my home. It completely destroyed my master bathroom, daughter's bedroom, 2 guest bathrooms, and my family room. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company to get estimates taken care of and even worked with them when my insurance company severely underestimated repair work. They squeezed me in and made me feel important considering nearly half my house was destroyed. They were always prompt at replying to my texts, and they went above and beyond to provide me peace of mind. We had the roof fixed by the roofing company, but when I saw what appeared to be more damage on my ceiling, I asked if they would be willing to come out with their thermal camera to do some testing. Out of their own kindness, they walked around my entire house pointing in corners and at walls to ensure me that there was no new damage. They allowed me to work with them on the rebuild of my completely gutted bathroom. I got to pick out my vanity, flooring, light fixtures, and brand new toilet. It was so much fun being a part of the process and watch my 90's bathroom be transformed into the modern ages. There was even a situation where they did a walk through and noticed that some drywall work wasn't to their standard, so they redid it to make sure it was up to their standard. I honestly wouldn't have known a difference, but you could tell they took pride in the work they did because of that. I love the work that they have done and I could go on and on with this review, but I worry about losing the interest of people who might be reading this! Overall, WONDERFUL company. Great people to work with. So glad I made the decision to call them during one of the most stressful moments in my life. Thank you Advanced Cleaning and Restoration for restoring my home and family from a very unfortunate event.

P.S. Edit: I forgot to mention that if it weren't for Lucas and his knowledge of roofs (he used to install them), my roof wouldn't have even been fixed in the first place! The people who installed my roof were so naive and didn't know what they were doing, that he actually went up there speaking fluent Spanish, pointed out all their flaws, had to educate them on what to fix, how to fix it, AND followed up with me to make sure that they followed through on the repairs. I am sure that doesn't fall into his normal scope of work (maybe it does), but he did it anyway to make sure I was taken care of and got the root cause of my issues taken care of.

They did an amazing job walking us through everything that needed to be done when our basement flooded. I really appreciated the transparency and communication. Spencer did the restoration work. He was so great to work with and did an amazing job. Our basement looks just like it did before and we are so excited to have our house back.

Cody recently re-did both of our bathroom floors in our apartment from scratch and they look great! He was very communicative, polite and professional. A guy from a different company worked on the bathroom in the unit above us and left trash and the old, dirty toilet right outside our door for over a week and Cody took time out of his day to come and remove all of it even though it wasn't his mess. This company has also done work at my parents' house and they were very pleased as well. Definitely recommend 👌

We had an evacuation pump stop working and resulted in the flooding of gray water into our basement. It effected almost the entirety of the basement. All carpets had to be removed, drywall had to be cut out along with baseboards removed.
Ben and his team were amazing and very professional. All was going well. We got right to the end and carpet was the final task to finish the job. When it arrived it was found that the carpet was no longer made the same way. The color was wrong and the quality was not the same. Dee, Jacob, and Joey sprung into action. They contacted Ben and he caught to get us the carpet we needed to match like quality as we had before.
The team went above and beyond to make us feel valued and top priority when it came to this project. A big thank you to all involved, especially Jacob, Dee, and Joey. They were professional and extremely helpful with every interaction. Definitely a team that can be trusted.

Ace Handyman Services Traverse City

Awesome service and communication.  They really look out for you. I had ordered a door for them to pick up and install..  When they got it here it was damaged so they went back to where I ordered it and was trading it for another one.  They opened the box and that one was damaged.  It was the last one they had in stock.  I won't go into what I went through to get the correct door. This was a storm door.   I asked them to check my other door to see if I need one.  They were very honest and said I didn't
All I needed was my inside door adjusted and insulated it.  They go above and beyond.  I'm already going to use them again . Thanks I sure appreciate all you did. Will keep using you.

We were highly impressed from start to finish with Ace Handyman even from the first call we had with Alexis to receive a quote. We received courtesy reminders prior to our scheduled time for work. We even received a tracking notification that let us know our handyman was in route to us. Our handyman - Torren arrived on time and was professional and super easy to work with. We felt very comfortable having him work in our home. He did a great job removing our old ceiling fan and replacing it with our new one, and the same with a foyer light fixture. We could not be more pleased with the service received and with the top notch customer service both Torren and Alexis provided to us. We highly recommend using Ace Handyman and we are already in process to use them again for another project we have.

My work organization hired Ace Handyman Services to hang artwork and storage items on our office walls. The craftsmen did a great job with the hanging, ensuring everything was centered and level. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves, which we appreciated. If we have any future handyman needs, we're glad to know that Ace is a local resource that we can count on!

Jared was an absolute professional who was also extremely patient and very friendly. The scope of our project changed, and he was able and willing to pivot quickly  and take charge to get it done to exacting quality.
