Glass Doctor of Reed City, MI

Service was great. Tech came out promptly and got the job done quickly and without issue. Wasn't too impressed that the estimate for the job quoted was 1 1/12 hours of labor and it took the tech less than half that time and they refused to change the price i was charged for labor because "That's not how we roll". Idk, seems like a bit of an unfair practice to me. Feels like I should get charged for the service I was given, not what they thought I might get. Pleased with the service, not so much the policy.

Needed a piece of quarter glass replaced on a vehicle; called around the area and couldn’t find anyone to do it. These guys managed to get the glass and came out and did it the next day.
