Nelson, Chance and their techs were great to work with! Provided me with the best system for my home to keep my family cool and were also friendly to keep a conversation going! They’re family friends now!! Will definitely use them again and be referring them!!

Chance was our service technician for a problem with our AC. Prompt call back within an hour of my call. Went out of the way to get over to my house quickly within a couple of hours or so of my call. Pleasant demeanor, polite, listened to the symptoms, quick diagnosis, repaired on the spot. He verified the efficiency of my unit after the repair was made. He offered some suggestions and offered a quote for a newer unit (mine is 17 years old) without trying to oversell or skew the results of an efficiency test negatively. Not the cheapest repair and I probably could have price shopped but I would be taking my chances there. Would recommend.

Tracy came out and he was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained to me what was going on with my system and many options available to me for services now or in the future.

Chance was the repair person sent out to check to see why my Ac never responded to thermostat commands. He discovered the problem right away (user error) and educated me so that if I have the issue again, I am aware of whats going on.  He also serviced the heating system so that when the cold front hits later today I can switch the AC off and use the heater.  He was kind and courteous, so much so I've already recommended this company because of the excellent service provided.   If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

HomeStar Windows & Doors

We had been talking about replacing our front double doors (they were original from the 70’s) for years. We made an appointment for a consultation, and KaiCee took FANTASTIC care us, making sure we got the EXACT features we wanted in our doors. She was also very warm, kind, and patient with our 9 year old, who we needed to bring along with us.

Deegan and Max showed up promptly the morning of our scheduled install date. They were both very respectful of our home, and kept the working space very clean. They were meticulous about the install, making sure everything was PERFECTLY level, even, and sealed. They were also very upbeat, and seemed to enjoy their work.

There were no surprise fees or costs after, either (which had been a problem for us when we’ve used “big box stores” for door installation in the past).

Would recommend these guys 10/10. We LOVE our new doors. We have twice as much natural light, and our home is running MUCH more energy efficient than it was before.

I would have given 10 stars for HomeStar Windows if I could.  They showed up on time and with 19 windows was scheduled for a 2 day process.  Brandon and Logan started at 9:30am and left my house at 10pm with the job completed.  Not only do they do excellent work, they left my house cleaner than before they started.  I would highly recommend HomeStar Windows & Doors!!!

Very pleased with the Milgard Tuscany windows. Dramatically decreased the cold leaking into the house and significantly improved the noise coming through as well. Brandon and Logan did an excellent job installing all the windows. I was worried about a winter install but it ended up working out really well.

Brandon & Logan were quick, friendly & professional in fixing a casement window that was not closing tight and letting water inside.  Even though it's been 3 years since the company installed the window, the repair was done for free, which was a pleasant surprise.  I highly recommend Home Star for your window or door projects, and for a work crew, Brandon & Logan were awesome 👍

HomeStar Windows is amazing.  We have been replacing all of our windows in batches and each of HomeStar's installation teams have been kind, courteous and efficient.  In particular, Brandon and Logan just finished another set of windows here today and did an incredible job.  They came prepared, worked quickly and took care of our home, ensuring nothing was out of place when they were finished.  We plan to order our next set of windows shortly!

The technician (Louis) was on time and very professional. Everything was communicated by phone and email. He took his time to inspect our heating system properly, approved work and quotes before starting the work. I’m very happy I found this service. Definitely recommend.

Just saw a comment about the technician not taking shoes off. Not with our guy!
Louis put on covers and took them off when he went to the dirty boiler area. Then put them back on when he came back to the main floor. He was so careful not to bring dust into the house.

Everything about this installation went perfectly. The guys arrived on time, they were professional and very pleasant. They finished ahead of the time they originally said and provided me with regular updates of how long it would take to complete. I was very satisfied with the service.

Brian and Greg are the best! My air conditioner stopped working on a really hot day. They arrived quickly on a Sunday and a holiday weekend and got my air conditioner running in no time. They were extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and were so nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was running properly! Would definitely call them again!

We came home from a weekend away to our house being 88 degrees and the AC blowing warm air.
I called nearly 10 companies with no luck. It was a Sunday night and holiday weekend. Then I found Aire serve! They had someone out within 2 hours. Nick was amazing- he found and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Excellent professional after hours, weekend service. After calling 15 companies AireServ was the first to respond. Dave McDowell drove all the way from Magna to West Point (by Hill Air Force). I had just brought my husband home from the hospital. Our air conditioning was broken it was 79 degrees. I was desperate because we can’t stay at a hotel, my husband is on oxygen 24 hours a day and needs to sleep in a recliner. Dave new exactly what needed to be repaired. He was happy to help us. He is our HERO!

Dishonest, poor quality work, and paid for work that was never completed. Just consider your options when looking for a contractor, I would never recommend this organization or their leadership.

Nov 6, 2023 update: As you can see from the response from the owner (Brandon) in this thread, he is trying to cover his company's poor performance with excuses and shifted blame. So let me provide additional insight to those who read this.

I attempted to to have Paul Davis correct warranty work for over 1 year without success. The work is still not done and at this point will never be completed by them. His statement saying that they "tried", only occurred after they were served court papers, at which time it would have been inappropriate to conduct any work until the legal matter was resolved. The matter is yet to be resolved and because of the poor quality work exhibited up to this point and inability for Brandon's organization to be reliable and honest I have chosen to not have them complete any work regardless of their new found "willingness".

Again, my only purpose in writing this review is to provide warning of the poor business practices exhibited by the entire company, including the owner (as you can see here). So if you do choose to work with Paul Davis, please make sure you have definitive terms and conditions. However, because of the work I have seen them complete up to this point I would never recommend them, regardless of the price or terms. You'll end up redoing much of the work anyway.

Unfortunately today I saw one of your trucks driving aggressively, reckless and rude on 900 east and 4700 south, your truck nearly cause and accident and on top of that was blowing the horn aggressively. Part of the job and professionalism is shown I. How you drive work vehicles. If you work how you drive , nobody should hire your company. We are lucky to have dash cams and this will be reported to the police

We have been dealing with this company for two months now with no end in sight. Gary is over our project and straight up ignores our call/text. He reads them and never replies. This was a small flood that shouldn’t have taken more than a couple weeks to fix. The guys don’t show up when scheduled or they cancel. They have dragged this job far to long. The quality of their work is so very poor! Paint is very patchy and they didn’t tape anything off to do a decent job. They do the bare minimal. They’ve put holes in our walls, used our garage for more than a week for painting baseboards. Ruined our carpet with paint and rips. That we are stuck paying for out of pocket. They only care about getting as much money they can while cheating us out of Quality work. I will never recommend this company. This has been the most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with. Please save your time and money and look elsewhere!

Austin has been very attentive, kind and respectful to work with. He promptly returns phone calls and texts with answers to our questions. His priority has been to make sure all the work done has been to our satisfaction.  He made us feel like we were his top priority!  All the work done was great quality!  We are happy with their services!  I would hire them again if needed. I would make sure we get Austin to over see our project!  He did a great job!

They called me the morning after a fire at my property, and represented to me that they work with the fire department. I asked how that could be, since the fire department does not provide such services. After a few minutes of conversation, they admitted they are do not actually "WORK WITH" the fire department. They literally found my name and property information after looking at fire department records, and claimed to be with them so I would hire them to remediate the fire damage to my property. Maybe they are fabulous; I don't know. What I do know -- it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth when a business claims to be representing a municipal agency! Most people wouldn't question their representations, and it's awful they would take advantage of someone like that! Will I hire them? Absolutely not! I find their tactics to be unethical, and possibly even illegal. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who simply do not know any better! I'll be reporting them to the state consumer protection department.

Aire-Flo Heating & Air Conditioning

This is the company that a couple of suppliers use to price gouge you if you don't have an account with them. Part was 25 bucks on Amazon, paid 45 at another local supplier and yet Aire-flo wanted $140 for the same part. Go figure. I understand you need to keep the lights on but this is plain robbery. No thanks!

Our AC died, I did some research and testing and discovered the capacitor was blown. They had the part for $24. 30 minutes later we were up and running. Thank you so much!!!!

These guys are life savers. No one could come out to check my ac which just needed a new capacitor. These guys sold me the capacitor so I could fix my ac vs waiting days

This place went above and beyond to help me find some old parts that I kept hitting dead ends on over and over! They drove from Sandy to Orem to get me these parts and also put it together for me and charged me a fair price for things that are just not found anymore! Their installation guy was very cool and was very informative on things I did not know about my old furnace. He drove in a snow storm and got to my place pretty quickly and was very informative about safety with my old furnace. I love this place and would go back even though I am downtown and they are in Sandy.

This company represents what value truly is.  I've never met such honest and loyal and good hearted folks. You can tell they really care about their customers.

PuroClean of Kingwood

Mr. Shepherd was a true professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of our kitchen restoration process. The process itself caused little to no hassle in our kitchen. His clean up was outstanding. Hopefully, we won’t need his services again, but if we did, I would definitely call Mr. Shepherd. We highly recommend his service.

These guys are great! After 26 years in the rental business, you learn to be skeptical about service companies.
After my mom’s sewer backed up into five rooms in her house I immediately rented equipment and tried to clean it up myself. It was way beyond my capacity. We called Adam with Puroclean and he came out ASAP. They began sucking out cleaning out and drying out her over 2800 ft.² home.
I had to go out of town, but was convinced watching them for two days that. She was in good hands. They worked together with her insurance and got her through this obnoxious mess. Communication was excellent and the crew knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company. And now plan to use them for my rentals.

Adam and his team made a stressful situation a lot better by being helpful and kind during the process of removing mold from my house. I really appreciate them! They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Grateful that Brazos Plumbing referred them to me!

I cannot say enough positive things about Adam Shepherd and his company PuroClean of Kingwood. I live in the Dallas area and my 80 yr old parents reside in Kingwood.  Last week my parents woke up to water covering the master bathroom, closets and bedroom. After handling the plumbing issue I needed to find a company that could help remediate!! Thank goodness a local Kingwood plumber referred PuroClean to me. Adam made it a priority to come out early on a Sunday morning to access the situation. He called me once he was at their house to walk me through and let me know everything he was seeing. Together we made a decision on next steps. He took pictures of everything with a moisture meter so I could see the damage.. he came back daily to check on the drying out process, and moving fans as appropriate. (all the while calling me daily while he was at their home to give me an update!) Adam gave me great peace of mind knowing my folks were being taken care of in a kind, professional manor.
I would give him 10 ⭐️ if I could!!

We had a sewage pipe clog and flood a good portion of our downstairs including the kitchen and dining room with dirty water. My wife and I were leaving on a cruise the very next day. Puroclean was there to help us right away so we could go and enjoy our cruise and have peace of mind leaving the clean up and mitigation portion of this crisis in their hands! The owner Adam and his team were very thorough and professional…and also very trustworthy! Their emergency services are not cheap but worth every bit! God forbid we find ourselves in this situation again but if so, no doubt… we’re calling Puroclean! Great job Adam! Many thanks!

It was great working with Jesse Jones. All of the contractors Jesse used were extremely competent and capable. The quality of the finished work far exceeded what most people would have considered acceptable. I've never seen my wife smile as much or like this in over 40 years„
Contents department and Project Manager, Daisy Mae, did an exemplary job moving with move out and return. Trishad did an exemplary job leading his team. Ronnie was also an outstanding member of the team.

We recently had to have repairs to our home due a leak from the AC.  The Paul Davis Team went above and beyond making sure they met deadlines and maintained quality along the way.  They communicated with me the process step by step and made living in my home during a renovation doable.  I highly recommend Paul Davis and their Project Manager Jason.  His attention to detail and amazing customer service was such a relief during a very stressful time.

Brandon was my service rep. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions as well as explained every step of the process to me. There was an issue with a piece of equipment and Brandon immediately came back and took care of it! Thank you for providing excellent service(which is very rare now)!

I found the owner to be quite dishonest in his dealings and didnt appreciate how he treated his staff.

US Vinyl Fence

I gave 3 star because of their friendship.
I went there and knew nothing about the  material for deck and had to search at google to know about what i need to build a deck...
Although they have a great material deck for sale

I called 3 different fencing companies and US Vinyl Fence had the best price. Cory was so helpful with questions, changes to my order, and took about a million phone from me. I was so impressed! It definitely takes some skill and patience to install a fence yourself, but as long as you don't cut any corners, then the process can be done by just about anyone. Loving how it has turned out.

As a Handyman, I only needed a few parts to fix a customers fence,   Brittany the young lady working the lobby. She was fast, efficient and friendly. She picks up the slack for the other guys working outback. She brought the product I purchased, all the way out to my truck.  This was a great experience. I will definitely always use US Vinyl Fence for all my small fencing repair jobs.
