Bud installed leaf gutter guard on portion of front and back of my home, that had been removed by roofer, but not installed. He did it quickly and professionally, with impeccable work skills and knowledge. Very kind and courteous and friendly as well. First time I ever used your Company, but if a need arises where I need an Andy man in the future, your Company is my Go To. Exceptionally happy with your Company !!

I needed my window sill replaced and was expecting to pay a lot for it but they were more than reasonable with prices. They came in, replaced and painted the sill and offered advice on some other stuff while they were here. I'm big on DIY but I will not mind calling them back for more help around the house. These guys are AWESOME!

We needed some fascia board replaced on the house, I called in the morning and they came out to replace it at noon. The work took about 3 1/2 hours (including a trip to the home center for supplies) and was well done and good quality. I picked Hardie board as the material of choice, which is dense, difficult to work and just generally not user friendly, but the gentleman was knowledgeable and quite capable of handling the project. It came out looking very nice. If you live in the Kingwood area, I would suggest giving them a call.

Hired Bud through the ACE handyman services to replace the front door hardware and re-key the locks and other details.   Bud did excellent work, is a military veteran with 40 yrs in the home repair business.

I am very pleased with both the customer service I received from the office as well as from Alex, the on-site craftsman. Both were extremely personable and professional.

Our small chapel experienced a water mishap in our office building a few days before Christmas. We were surprised with a few inches of water overnight and with the annual holiday services approaching we were quite frantic. Contacting PuroClean - they arrived within an hour to assess and began the process of extracting water, pulling up carpeting & removal of baseboards. Their work continued for a few days, keeping the chapel staff appraised of all work. Photographs were also quickly provided for insurance purposes. Professional, quick response and excellent work. Very happy with the completed work they done. They were very nice each day and explained what they would be working on each morning. Mr. Glenn would also keep me informed about the paperwork and updates on the progress. Kagan would come each morning and get started. Very nice all around guy. Very nice manners also. Mr. Frank was very quiet but a great worker. He was also very nice. I had one more man his name was Antonio Hughes. He worked one day here and than had to move on to other jobs. Very good painter.

When my house suffered water damage and mold, I called Paul Davis Restoration. I spoke with Sarah who immediately put me at ease and came out to survey the damage. They sent Mary and Amber, two very knowledgeable and professional young women, to meet me at the house to ask questions about the damage to my contents. They got to work and quickly took care of everything. After they took care of my contents, the mold mitigation team met me at my hotel and explained what had been found and what needed to be done. Daniel and Amber got to work and kept me informed at every stage. The mold problem was completely resolved in a very timely manner. Now once it was time for the rebuild, WOW is all I can think! I met Glenn, the project manager, who between his input and Sarah’s advice, I have the bathroom of my dreams. My favorite thing about this team, and they all worked as a team, was I asked them to be honest with me. And every step of the way, they were! I never could have imagined such a beautiful design. Sarah has a way with design that made my room magazine worthy and Glenn pays attention to every aspect and detail and it shows in the finished result. They went above and beyond! I can’t thank them enough! Paul Davis does top notch work and I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Very professional water extraction team… Daniel, Lane, Joshawn,  Omar and Lincoln did an outstanding job… they kept on touch, arrived when they said they would, got straight to work, removed debris, were very polite and a pleasure to work with!
Greg Pace, appraiser, was very professional as well… he arrived on time and actually was ahead of schedule … came in like a tactical strike team and got the job done quickly… he made diagrams, measured everything, informed me of the process, was  courteous, knowledgeable about the insurance business, and truly a pleasure to work with.

We had a flood and were exasperated by the time it took for insurance to assess, re assess and get some funds to us to start a rebuild. After living in a house with bare concrete floors, partially removed walls, no kitchen or bathroom cabinets and having only a utility sink to use for kitchen and bathroom needs for eight weeks, I had the good fortune of speaking with Sarah who really got things going.
The next day Tin the assessor was at my home. A week later I met Sarah at the  office and picked anew flooring. At tht time she said about 6 more weeks until assigned, work done and completion. Well, to my great surprise, Gleen the project manager called the next week and they started the following Monday, and less than 2 weeks later we are back to normal. Well before we thought possible.
These folks know their job, the drywall/painting guys were amazing, the carpenters were exceptional, the flooring guy was wonderful. And, can't say enough about Glenn the project manager. The communication level was terrific and the after project care I have recieved has been exceptional.

Honest Home

We have been very fortunate to have Sandra at Honest Home work on two important projects for us. She converted an ugly and  worn brass bar top and replaced with a beautiful new bar and a beautiful stone tile back splash. It brightened our entire kitchen. She also gave us excellent suggestions on solving the problem of shower water splashing out on the bathroom floor and gave us the name of the company to do it for our home in Michigan.  It was done quickly and exactly as she suggested. We trust Honest Home's judgment and their work and highly recommend them.

Sandra is the best General Contractor in the city. The service, quality, design and the attention to detail is incredible! It's like having a New York designer in your back pocket. Honest Home has so many niche boutique products such as full size shower pans, Marnolium flooring, Solatube, tongue and groove tile, every kind of floor plank that you would ever desire also paint that you cannot find at the majority of other local or big box stores. She also offers custom cabinetry! Sandra has a knack for everything kitchen and bathroom. If you're looking for something that no one else has; stop by or make an appointment! She offers financing as well for any budget. You will thank me later!

Two wonderful handymen installed a motorized retractable awning for us today and did a fabulous job! Neither had installed one before, but they were efficient and thorough, so you can trust them with unique jobs! They were also very professional and finished the job in literally about half the time we were quoted! We have them on our short list of whom to call in the future! Also, they noticed we needed caulking around our door frame outside and very kindly grabbed some caulking from their truck and fixed that for us quickly on the spot too, while they were installing our awning! They also came right on time (Louis, who has 30 years of experience, even came a little early!). We were quite impressed with them, and now we have a fabulous awning to enjoy on our back deck, complete with a wind sensor they installed!

I am so happy with Ace Handyman Services.  We had a custom closet built in our building and it turned out better than I ever expected.  Lou, the technician, was amazing!  He had great ideas and saved us money.  He was always on time, had very little materials waste, was extremely neat and just an all around pleasant person.  I would recommend Ace Handyman to anyone!

Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Elizabethtown

Although I had nice walls and floors. They wouldn't come back and fix my dryer which was completely disconnected from the fuse box. Water sprays out of the bathrooms. My sink leaks. There's so much more that wasn't taken care of. Would not use them again and wouldn't recommend them.

We had the pleasure of working with Dewey on the design for the remodel of our kitchen. He helped us along each step of the process and was very quick to get back with us anytime we had a question. We are beyond happy with the outcome! I would highly recommend at least giving them a chance.

We have been working with Dewey Morris on our kitchen design and remodel since April.  Dewey's attention to detail,  addressing our needs and issues have been second to none. He made us feel like our project was as important as if he was doing it at his own home. Would highly recommend to anyone doing this type of project.

I walked into Builders Surplus for the first time ever today. I had two brand new, but broken kitchen cabinet pulls with me. My wife and I had purchased the hardware from another company whose representative told us that she would not “waste her time” repairing. At Builders Supply I was introduced to Dewey Morris, a kitchen designer. He listened to my challenge, looked over the broken parts I brought with me, and started working on a solution. For at least 30 minutes, Dewey worked on finding me the right replacement parts to fix my kitchen cabinet pulls. Keep in mind, I had never met Dewey, nor had I ever made a single purchase at Builders Surplus. He found a solution, the right cabinet pulls…and charged me all of $55 for his time, expertise, and the parts. Seriously, that is amazing customer service…to someone who wasn’t even a customer! I’ll be going to see Dewey for our next home project materials!

Glass Doctor of Jackson MS

This was the best repair experience I have ever had! I called this morning and they came today and replaced the broken glass in our French door while they were here. They cleaned up the broken glass too!! They were extremely professional, courteous and efficient! I can’t say enough good about them! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will call them for any glass needs in the future!! Glad I found them!!

Mitzi Wynn was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional as my sales representative.  I also enjoy the atmosphere  at this location and the awesome job the tech did replacing my car window.

Advanced Steam Extraction

ASE representatives did a fabulous job cleaning 3 upholstered chairs, one sofa, and one rug that I thought was beyond repair!  I’m so pleased.  They were very courteous, professional, clean and helpful.  I have since referred them on to neighbors.   I have actually used ASE several times before and it has always been a positive experience!

A huge thank you to ASE for an excellent job done yesterday. It included furniture and rugs.. all look like new again. Thumbs up to service reps Aubrey and Julian for  making this happen. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

I enlisted ASE to clean my hardwood floors.  My floors were quite dirty since they had not been cleaned in several years, plus we had just completed a partial renovation.  The guys from ASE did a great job and my floors look wonderful!  You could tell that they were knowledgeable about what they were doing.  There were a 2-3 problem spots that they gave extra attention to, and did not leave until they knew I was satisfied.  They gave knowledgeable answers to all my questions.  I will use them again!

Amazing fast service in an emergency (which I have had to call about more than once unfortunately).  Great job on regular cleaning and maintenance of my old white carpet. Very polite and professional group. Our hot water heater started leaking and they were able to send someone out right away. Our technician was there within an hour and a half. David was knowledgeable in his explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable that we had called the right company for the job. Thank you!

Aire Serv has a very smooth operation. I called the number this morning and the lovely woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and scheduled my appointment without any fuss. Aaron was supposed to arrive between 11-1pm but he called around 9am and let me know he was available to come right away if I was home. He was able to discover the issue quickly and was done with my unit in a very short time.
He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, definitely an asset for Aire Serv.

We came home to our furnace not working on Halloween night. We have a home warranty, but they couldn't come until the next day, so I started calling around. Aire Serv was the only company that answered/returned my call after hours. I ended up cancelling the first appointment, but they arrived within 30 minutes of me calling back and were able to get heat back. I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was and will absolutely use Aire Serv again in the future.

David was an excellent technician.   He thoroughly cleaned my furnace which other services never did.  He explained what part needed changed and why .  He asked to put a yard sign up I said most definitely yes.  He explained all other services and prices that was sent by email . David is an excellent technician.

We scheduled home heating maintenance and David asked if I had any questions prior and thoroughly explained all recommendations. He was very patient explaining everything and was very accommodating. He also had the replacement parts available and was able to take care of us the same day.  Best experience!
