I'm fully expecting to get the cookie cutter "sorry you had a bad experience, here's a random email to reach out to" response on here because customer service really is that bad but I hope I can save at least one consumer from a nightmare experience with a $17,000 bill attached..
We decided to used this company based on company reviews, but it was such a huge mistake. We had our front door and our backdoor replaced and it was an absolute nightmare.. please reconsider using this company. The original group that came for instillation did such a horrible job. There were cracks through out the door jam, they drilled an extra hole in our front door because they put the handle on wrong, the casing was the wrong size on the backdoor leaving the foam exposed, they didn't seal the front door, they left our yard an absolute mess, I could go on and on.. then when we called to see what was going on, they said that they would replace the front door that had the hole drilled in, and fix all of the other damage.. we asked for some sort of compensation for all of these inconveniences and they said they would negotiate once the job was completed to our satisfaction. Weeks went by with no communication on when we could expect our new door along with the repairs to be made so our doors were kind of just left unsealed, hole in the front door, and the casing looked like garbage for weeks. Finally, they came out (after we reached out to them for an update) and replaced and repaired the door, which took 4 more hours so you can see just how much was wrong.. my husband called twice and they still have not offered any compensation or so much as an apology for such a horrible experience. We feel so incredibly taken advantage of for how much money we spent and thebtime that we took off of work for them to install twice, will probably go to the better business bureau next. All that to say, I'd use a different company. Quality work and customer care is not guaranteed here and for how expensive they are, I'd like a guarantee!

The installers were very careful, considerate, and also cleaned up beautifully. They had extra work to do, given the age of our house, and they did a great job! We highly recommend them! Quality windows that look the best in the industry. Professional yet down-to-earth salesman. We changed our wrap color to match the brick at the last moment which complicated the already challenging installation on our 1985 house. The installers busted their butts to ensure it was perfect. Our door has not been installed yet. When it is installed I will be happy to give a review about the door. I can give a review about Daniel or design consultant. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and detail oriented. He took the time to make sure that we were happy with all the design details. I am very excited and patiently waiting for our door to come and be installed. Would recommend Pella to anyone who asks friends and family. Excellent job!

AVI Windows & Doors

I met Jason and after many interviews with many companies I decided on Avi. He helped me decide the best door for our opening and the installers were great. The door is beautiful and I am thrilled. They also have come back several times to make sure the door works right. Great service.

From the  moments  I  called   Jason,   who  was the  salesman,   I knew I could  trust him and I already knew    Marvin  windows  are   great  quality.

From the contract  signing until  installation,  everything  went  smoothly.   The  installers  were such incredibly  skilled men  as I have huge  windows,  dangerous work on the  second  story.   Every  day they  left no messes  and I was living in the  house.

I certainly  can  recommend  AIV  windows  for  anybody who wants  quality  products and  terrific  installation.

I can't say enough good things about AVI.  We recently replaced all of the windows in our late 60's ranch and they were among several companies that we had bid the job.  We ultimately went with them because we liked their product and because we felt that Jason (the sales rep) was honest and knowledgeable.   We couldn't be happier with that decision.  The installer (Sean) was incredible.  Fast, efficient and I swear the rooms were cleaner after he put the windows in.  We had a minor issue about a month after install and the immediately fixed it with no questions asked.  Our house is significantly more energy efficient and the windows look amazing!  We bought this house for the view and now we can full appreciate it.

I highly recommend AVI Windows and Doors-more specifically, Jason.  He is very knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented.  I specifically wanted Marvin windows because every house I liked in photos had these windows.  I called AVI as well as another local company to obtain a bid.  I never actually received a bid from the other company, Dale, even though they wasted my time in coming out to measure.  Jason was able to offer me a very competitive bid—as I also obtained a bid for Anderson  windows just for good measure.  Aside from competitive pricing, Jason educated me on window features and allowed me to take my time to evaluate different configurations.  It was concierge, white glove service through the whole process...from ordering to installation.  And almost a year later, when I called to ask him about my screens, he came right away to help me....and did not even charge me!

This company is very reputable and I encourage anyone that needs windows to purchase from AVI.

We had leaking windows and had all the windows in our Green Hills home
(as in Every. Single. One.) replaced by AVI.
Following our first/only visit to their showroom (we had already met with Pella and Anderson),  and our hugely helpful conversation with Jason and the AVI team, we knew our decision was made.
Jason had so much knowledge of window products it was unbelievable. We even questioned him based on what we had heard from other companies, and he never discouraged us from going in another direction. He and his team actually wanted us to go with whatever was best for our particular needs. No bad anecdotes, no angling to get the job. Just honest straightforward answers!
We knew that first day our search was over, and we now have custom windows that we love. The house looks really pretty (we changed the window color) not to mention the difference in utilities because of the insulation factor.
Also,  these guys are with you throughout the entire process- Sean was an amazing installer who took as much pride in his work as I take in my home! The whole process was painless- and this is not the first home where I have replaced windows. Windows makes a huge difference as do the people you have into your home day after day.
We will never need windows again unless we move-  but if we do, I’ll be calling Jason and the other guys at AVI.

Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors

I had my old windows replaced with new Low E ones. Rocky Mountain installed 15 windows and a sliding glass door while I was gone on vacation. I got a good price and the installation came of without any problems. Everything was done on schedule and as promised. Had one minor issue months later and they came out right away and corrected it at no charge. I very much recommend this company.

Rocky mountain windows and doors came to replace a basement window that was broken by an errant soccer ball. Because the window was broken there was glass shards falling from the frame. The two gentlemen there for the repair were very careful to keep glass from falling on the carpet and were able to do most of the repair outside at their truck. They were also careful to keep their shoes covered so as not to track dirt in my house. They were both very friendly and personable and they did a great job on the repair. I'm very happy with our new window. Now I just need to keep the soccer balls out of the house!

I’ve had a long term working relationship with this company and I really enjoy working with them. They are a great resource and incredibly reliable. If you have questions about windows or doors, they can get you the answers. I definitely recommend them!

Poor communication.  I dropped off information about some doors I wanted to order. I followed up about a week later and was told the salesman was behind and would be in contact with me. I followed up another week and a half later and was told the salesman was still behind. Other door shops had told me there would be a 6 week lead time. I was a little over 3 weeks waiting for a quote from Rocky Mountain. That’s half the wait for an order from another shop and I still don’t have a quote. Thankfully I have received quotes from other providers. I won’t waste my time with this company ever again and neither should you.

I’ve worked with Rocky Mountain Windows and Doors for many years. I consider them the best window and door company in the industry. Highly recommend them.

PuriClean has two great customer service oriented workers named Joe and Courtney.
I had an emergency flooding situation while caring for my Dad at the hospital.  Joe and Courtney immediately addressed my concerns with the flooding and mold situation with a sense of urgency.  Joe and Courtney were professional throughout the process while understanding the need for my schedule to be flexible with attending to my Dad at the hospital.  I really appreciate the two going over and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns.  Joe and Courtney were friendly and great listeners!  Joe and Courtney needs to be recognized for their customer service excellence with completing excellent job!

I know I can't see how dirty the ducts running inside your floors and ceilings are but I want to keep them clean for the health of my family. The staff was super friendly and flexible when setting up the appointment. And once they got to my home the two men were careful, professional and cleaned up after each vent. I was floored by how disgusting our HVAC vents are! I keep a clean house- have zero carpet (allergies, asthma & pets=perfect storm) I have a house cleaner come religiously every 2-weeks (for the last 6 years) my Roomba runs daily (sometimes 2x a day) and I still vacuum extra when needed. They even got gravel out of my downstairs vents.These are in my house- before and after and the guys doing it- PuroClean by Osborn did a fabulous job! I am so happy with their work!

We had a flood from a broken washer in January 2018. Nationwide is our insurance provider, and insisted that the whole process would be much easier for us if we used their preferred contractor, PuroClean of Muncie. Additionally, they said there is an additional 5 year warranty added for using Nationwide's contractor. We reluctantly agreed, as we had never heard of them, and knew other damage contractors that had been recommended. From the start, communication was limited and strained at best. We are small business owners ourselves, so we can understand being overworked and underpaid. We worked with them the best we could, and they worked with us when they had time. We were patient, understanding, and compassionate with them during the whole process. Many of the PuroClean employees we worked with, were the same, sans the owner, who we saw once or twice the whole time (again, understandable). However, the subcontractors they hired were of the WORST quality. They left trash and cigarette butts in our home. They injured one of our cats through incompetence (which caused hundreds in vet bills). They did not fix all of the damaged walls, they simply patched huge portions, which only became obvious years later. The did not prime before painting. They damaged antique original baseboards. We complained to PuroClean and asked for the errors we noticed to be fixed prior to us signing the completion. They came back and did a half hearted attempt at covering up some mistakes. By that time, exhausted from months of delays, months of our home is disarray, and being overwhelmed, we signed just to be done with it all.

Fast forward to March 2022. We had new flooring installed upstairs, unrelated to this damage. This flooring contractor noticed our downstairs flooring, and mentioned how he had a lot of issues with it. I showed him how it had started to peel where there was surface moisture from animals, even though it was supposedly “water proof”. He said the company is no longer making it because of this issue, and that he was able to file warranty claims to have it replaced. I contacted PuroClean immediately to see about this. They sent out Billy. Friendly guy. He inspected and took pictures. He agreed that it should not have happened, and that the flooring was not the quality it was said to be. He said he would follow up with Nationwide and us. Then he said they couldn’t locate our records, so I located them and sent him the information needed. Weeks went by. No contact or update. I would try checking in and get short answers basically saying still waiting. Months went by. I finally was able to get ahold of Nationwide, who then referred me to their contractor connection third party company. They took weeks to review, and said that PuroClean says their warranty is for only a year, and therefor will not cover replacing the flooring. That was just today, July 27. 4 months later. And still never heard anything back from PuroClean themselves. Regardless of the warranty dispute, the absolute worst communication from any company I have ever experienced.

I was amazed with the prompt arrival, and the technicians vibrant personality. Very professional, polite and well mannered. Courtney Wright made a rough day a whole lot brighter! I will recommend Puro Clean to everyone. In today's world it's hard to find a Company that will actually do what they say they will and have such an impressive employee. She went above and beyond. Merry Christmas Courtney and Puro Clean. You made my holiday a lot brighter!

Courtney and Morgan did an amazing job. They came in with smiles on their faces and after all their hard work they left with smiles on their faces. They communicated details as they assessed the damage all the way thru the process they needed to get completed on phase one. These two ensured we were well taken care of and I would trust them to get the job done again. Highly recommend.

MaxCare Carpet Cleaning

I recently used MaxCare for a very large clean up job in my home. I believe it was Kevin & Alan who cleaned the hard floors, carpets, tile, couches and an area rug. And then Alan & Anthony came another day to clean out my air ducts which had not been done in 30 years!

All employees were very kind and communicated well through it all. I am very happy with the results & will recommend MaxCare in the future.

As a customer of over 15 years, this company was always my go-to for carpet cleaning. We usually had them out annually and had no problems. It was always the same friendly voice setting the appointment. I should have know the business had changed when I scheduled. It was a breathless person on the other end of the phone that quoted us a price that we would later learn was not what we were charged. When the techs arrived (30 min late) I recognized him as he had been out the year prior. My recollection was he did a fine job as evidenced by the fact that we used them again. The cleaning, though brief, went uneventfully. When presented a bill that was more than we were quoted, we inquired and were met with an indignant “well, that’s what it is.” My wife and I said no problem, we will take it up with the office. After presenting the tech with my credit card, he tossed it back at me along with the receipt and turned toward the door. No thanks for your business, no have a nice day. As he was walking to the door, mere feet from me, he calls out “so rude.” I inquire as to what he said as he was walking down the driveway and he would not answer. When pressed again he said you are rude. I asked why he would say that and he got in his wrecked, rusted out van and, after dumping his dirty water reservoir on our cup de sac, he sped off. I called to speak with the owner and though he said he was not happy with that he neither apologized or followed up with me as he said he would. A company owned by someone who does not uphold their word is not to be trusted in your home. It’s obvious they hire bottom-of-the barrel techs and do not hold customer satisfaction in high regard. There are many reputable carpet cleaners in Louisville. This is not one of them.

The man driving this van was swerving in and out of traffic and running red lights like nobody's business! I certainly hope that this isn't the company's business model, though it seems it may be after reading numerous posts and reviews online about poor driving and several near accidents. Personally, I was nearly side-swiped by the driver and had the privilege of enjoying some tailgating for a few miles as well. I sincerely hope that one of these days MaxCare "Professional" Cleaning Systems will finally address this issue before someone is seriously injured by their reckless driver(s).

My father cut his foot, resulting in blood stains on white carpet. The area also had various pet stains  so we opted for professional cleaning. Calling to quote and schedule was easy and met with great customer service and very fair price. Kevin , our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, great communicator and all the stains were removed in approx 30 minutes. I forgot to take a 'before' picture, but carpet is back to full white and looks brand new. Recommend MaxCare and Kevin.

Aire Serv of the Wasatch Front

Aire Serv is a wonderful company. They installed a Geothermal system in our home four years ago and we haven't had any problems with it. Our utility bills have been significantly reduced and our house is comfortable year round. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I have been very pleased with the furnace that I purchased from Aire Serv. The guys took the time to listen and understand my concerns. They did a great job of analyzing my home and situation. My three level split home now has more balanced temperatures. The furnace is much quieter than I ever expected. Great experience start to finish.

Great, honest tech. My home inspector recommended a $150 part. The tech told me it would be unnecessary instead of just installing it and taking my money. He made a point out of explaining how things worked and what he was doing. Very honest and upfront. I'll spend the $150 on future services from Aire Serv!

Most of the techs were nice but the bottom line is when I called them a year ago I had an air conditioning system that didn't work and one year later after close to ten visits from their techs my air condition system is still unreliable.  After the techs left it wouldn't be more than a couple of weeks of A/C use before I noticed recurring problems.  They kept giving me new reasons for possible things that were wrong but the reality is I paid this company over $1000 to fix my A/C and they weren't able to do that.  I have moved on to another company to fix it and highly recommend that you skip them and find a different company as well.

Dealing with this company has been a long NIGHTMARE! Had a new Lennox heating and cooling system installed July 3, 2012. The day the installation was complete my house cooled to a balmy 85.  OPPS! The installers forgot to put in the Freon. Began calling because the house would never cool down until after sundown. I asked for a call from the owner.....call was NEVER returned.
Middle of winter heat pump freezes....seems too much Freon was put in the compressor.  Was told by Tech they needed to come back in warmer weather. I said I would call was told no need it would be on the books for a recheck...NEVER showed up
Next summer house would not cool down compressor runs from 11 am to 2 am the unit NEVER keeps up with cooling temp of the house keeps climbing never below 77 during the day setting the unit at 72. Reaches 72 about 3am.
They were out Tuesday trying to tell me I needed to clean the unit.Been there did that. Oh Freon was low but that did not resolve the issue. Tech called the next day ask if issue had been resolved...NOPE he said he would speak with Steve (the owner) and get back to us. Still waiting for that call too.  Also was told to get heat registers that would direct air straight up. REALLY.
I am beginning to think my compressor was damage at installation and this company does not stand by their work or product
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Forst Builders Windows

we had researched several window replacement companies, prices, quality, etc.  We had met with Blake a couple of times about the pricing of the windows and the particulars of the installation and he was very quick in responding to our questions and changes along the way.  It was when we watched a neighbors windows being installed that we knew Forst Builders was the company to go with.  The install crew are nothing short of awesome.  Garry , crew leader ( although every person knew what their job was and went to it), made sure that we knew what was happening every step and answered any questions or concerns.  I will 100% recommend them over all the competitors in the Williamson County area.

Forst Builders was great to work with. The value was great and the work was excellent. The crew that installed were very impressive. They arrived a few minutes early, finished quickly, did a great job while being friendly and professional. Would recommend Forst to anyone who needs windows.

Started the process a few months back in getting quotes from different vendors for windows.  My only regret is that I wasted time in even dealing with any other company than Forst Builders.   For two of the other companies I considered it took several days to even get a quote.  The day after I contacted Forst Builders - they were at my house the next day and provided an overview of the window they recommended and did all the measurements.  Within an hour of them leaving from measuring the windows - I received a quote.

The actual install is just hard to put into words.  The crew that came to our house were seriously some of the nicest, personable and most professional people we have dealt with - ever.   These people love what they do and it shows in their work and their interaction with each other and their crew members.  The quality of their work and attention to detail is amazing.

When they left a few hours later after installing 23 windows, there was no sign they were ever there in the first place - other than the beautiful windows on the house.  Do yourself a favor - call Forst Builders if you are in the market for new windows.  Truly a good thing they've got going!

Wonderful experience from start to finish.  The sales team & install crew (a team of about 12) were ALL honest, reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. The job was well done with great workmanship, clean-up, and service. We are very please with Forst Builders and we love our new windows.

Stew and his crew are amazing.  They were all very friendly, professional, knowledgable, and fast.  Their attention to detail was top notch as well.  The efficiency with which they worked was unreal.  They arrived at 8:30am, like 12 guys... and they were driving away at 4:30pm, after installing 30 windows in our house.  They sell a very good product as well.  I highly recommend Forst to anyone needing replacement windows.

We had a house fire on 4/7/2023. The fire fighters suggested we call PDR, insisting they were the best. We agree! From securing our home after the fire to cleaning items and rebuilding, Paul Davis Restoration has been the best in every way.

I am exceedingly pleased with the generous and capable assistance we have received from Paul Davis by Chris Jenkins, the Estimator, Donnie Newton, the Mitigation Manager (crew supervisor) and Donnie's crew, thank you!  Both are engaging and easily accessible to handle questions, responding well when adjustments to the mold mitigation plan must be made.

Donnie's kindness makes us feel like we have extended family members visiting to help us during our difficulty.  I now appreciate the art form of building back better from an existing structure, rather than starting with a clean slate like new construction.  My family's health has improved, and I sleep much better now that Chris and Donnie have carefully helped us clear the post-mitigation mold inspection.

I look forward to seeing Donnie's crew again in a few months to remove wood flooring from the remainder of our ground floor in order to place tile there to match what we chose for the most heavily impacted area during this current restoration work.

I will enthusiastically recommend Paul Davis and suggest that they will be well served by asking for Chris and Donnie on their case.  Thank you for keeping their talents on your team.

Our condo building was suffering from water intrusion that had resulted in serious structural wood failures issue including sagging floors on several levels. Paul Davis's team of experts professionally returned the building to 'better than new'!

Paul Davis came in and saved me from a previous contractor who was awful. They did great work, very kind and understanding. Mark, Brian, and Kurt were all amazing and I’d absolutely call them again if needed.
