Fantastic and quick service! We had an incident overnight with an attempted robbery breaking our glass door. Leslee was very helpful in getting our door model and having one of their techs (Don) come out same day for such a great price to repair it. Don was professional and had it done in minutes. We would recommend this company to anyone needed quick affordable repairs on glass doors.

Super impressed. Came and fixed commercial door over an hour away drive was done in 15 minutes and even swept our sidewalk!!!! And they were the cheapest place I called!!! I wanted new windows but they sold me a door.  My own fault I guess.  I had to call to inquire if my door was in yet and good thing I did, not sure how long they were going to keep it before letting me know.  They installed it and broke my doorbell in the meantime.  Not a sorry or anything just "good luck, call an electrician".  The install job was poor and I felt they didn't resolve the overall issue anyways.  Also, still need windows.  :/

I needed two replacement screens for windows that were built in 1987. I dropped off my original on Tuesday, and got a phone call Wednesday that they were ready to pick up. My furnace stopped blowing hot air Thursday. Zack was able to come out right away after hours of us trying to troubleshoot on our own! Zack was fantastic at getting our furnace back working! He explained everything to us in detail and made sure we were satisfied before leaving! We had John come out the next day to quote us for a replacement that is desperately needed since our furnace is a 2007 and failing. He was kind, thorough, considerate, and so much more! The girls in the office are fantastic as well! So far everyone has been amazing and I actually look forward to my upcoming install this week!

I’m so impressed with Aire Serv. From the customer service on the phone to the professionalism of their staff, they are all top notch. My tech has been so helpful and polite. Today he worked over because he couldn’t figure out why the humidifier was so noisy. He’s honest about the age of the unit, its efficiency and at what point it may need to be replaced. No pressure to buy extra things and truly takes care of us.

Here's our story: In the midst of tearing out an old deck in our backyard, my wife and I unexpectedly found beneath the deck a highly degraded and very active gas line. Having no idea what to do, we initially called the gas company. They told us we needed a private contractor to remedy the situation; the gas company wouldn't touch it. Thus began our hunt. And it was a hunt! I reached out to more than 10 companies and individuals in an effort to find the right contractor for the job, which largely entailed (1) moving one segment of the gas line into our basement, running it through our drop ceiling, and (2) redoing burying another segment of the line at the appropriate depth.

Aire Serve was solidly in the middle of the range of quotes I received, pricing at half the cost of one contractor yet double the price of another. But believe me, Aire Serve is worth every penny. Start to finish, the entire team treated us great, offering helpful advice and providing reliable solutions. The estimator was focused on genuinely addressing our issue; the two installers who performed the job worked great together, answered all of our questions and did an amazing job; and the front office happily provided proof of insurance and coordinated the appropriate permit and inspection.

Bottom line? If you need a company you can trust to do a job right the first time, you need Aire Serve. I've already recommended them to a neighbor.

The service technician Zack was on time and very professional.  He was very through and explained everything that needed to be done on the furnace.  He was very helpful and knowledgeable.  I would not hasatate to call Aire Serv again.

From the start of getting a quote, sending me all of the financing options and clearly communicating any changes along the way they were always straightforward with what to expect and professional. During installation the guys always wore shoe covers to keep dirt/mud and other things out of my house during their work. They respected the space they worked in both days and worked swiftly. When they finished their work they went through explaining all of my new items, when and where to buy filters, the safety precautions on each machine and more. I will always recommend them to people to have a family owned feel to their service. Can’t wait to have them back out to do maintenance!

I'm posting another review because Aire Serv has done it again! I called one of their competitors and they told me it would be a two week wait. Then, I called Aire Serv, and they were super friendly and accommodating. The technician came out the same day and fixed our thermostat.  They have my future business! So glad we found them!

Michael Alba and George were the service technicians. They are very professional and Michael expertly diagnosed a complex problem with the heating controls board on my A/C unit. After his diagnosis he explained the system’s functionality and the problem to me. He then explained the cost to repair the unit. I highly recommend this company for your A/C unit service and maintenance needs.In addition, this company provides timely step by step communications throughout the process from arranging your service, scheduling the technician, getting an upfront firm cost of repairs, and assuring your satisfaction with the job.

I'm a first time customer. The technician and his partner somehow accidentally broke the attic cover (sheet rock) while working in the attic. They are both denying they broke it.

The bottom line is they should have said something when it happened. It wasn't broken before they arrived and was after they left. It's inexpensive to replace, but that's not the point. It's the trust and integrity of it.

I spoke with the front desk who offered to repair/replace it on the next visit. However, that would be a year from now. I asked if it could be done any sooner. She said no and argued that it was a courtesy to fix it. She said that because both technicians denied breaking the sheet rock, she believes it was already like that and if it was just one technician it would be different. This is very frustrating.

Our tech was Estevan. He was professional and honest and repaired an installation issue while servicing our unit (we aren't the original owners, but Aire Serve did the original install). Front desk staff are helpful and there's plenty communication.

A-1 Fence Co

Gate will not open they installed.  Call for over a month to come back. They never came. Kept lying.  Now I
have to hire another company to fix it.

A1 Fence Company repaired part of my fence. They replaced other parts of my fence. The gates they put up less than a year ago are already sagging and are very hard to open and close. One of them will not close at all. These gates have been opened and closed at most 4 or 5 times since installed. Not to mention some of the boards have came loose all to together. In short, their work at my house was less than desired to say the least.

I will give them a few days to contact me as I have not been able to contact them due to their voice mail being full all the time. If they do not contact me after a few days I will have no choice but to submit a complaint with the BBB. Sad this may have to happen over such a small job.

I came in to have the back windshield replaced on my truck. They got me in fast and did great work. Unfortunately there was a defective in the window from the manufacturer. I called and they got it replaced immediately with a new one that was not defective. Great service, great staff, and they stand by their work. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

When I bought the garage door glass that cost more than 30 yuan and took it home for installation, I found that the width of the two sides of the glass was different. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money.

The receptionist is really friendly and very helpful. I overheard a few phone calls and interactions with customers and she was great. Service was very quick and very well priced. They did leave a mess all over my dash and left it for me to clean, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Hands down Aire Serv is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Chris Moore went above and beyond to help me with troubleshooting my Mr Cool Mini Split. He worked with MR. Cools tech support and in the end ensured I had a new compressor shipped under warranty. Their dispatch was also top notch. All around they are my go to call whenever I need help with my system.

Joe and Chris came out to my work, and were able to diagnose, repair, and finish all within an hour. Joe was not familiar with the commercial side, but was awesome at explaining the yearly maintenance and the fees. He and Chris were upfront and honest, and their work was top notch. I loved that I called around 1-2pm and they were here the same day. Will definitely recommend!

Once again Aire Serv of Nashville has come through for me.  We had an emergency where our air conditioning unit went out and with 1 call they were able to send a technician out the next day. They all went above and beyond to help me with projects around my house, including installing custom storage shelving, updating all the lighting fixtures in my kitchen, crafting a coat rack from driftwood, and installing a dog door on my shed for my pups.
