I was very pleased with most aspects of dealing with this company, from the carpenters, painters, cabinet installers, flooring crew, and tile layers to the project manager and office staff. Everyone was very professional, on time, and very respectful to our needs and plans. Their equality of work was amazing and were very accommodating to our ideas. They were quick to fix any problems and very responsive to messages sent and questions asked! The project went a little over the expected finish date, but not a big deal now as we’re really enjoying our “new” home. Highly recommended!!

The crew at Paul Davis was very quick to come out and take care of us after our air conditioner flooded our home.  They were very professional and thorough.  We not only used them for the clean up process but we are using them for the floors and installation/paint.  Their interior decorator Megan was very helpful in floor information and paint colors.  They are a great company to use!

The Paul Davis crew has been amazing throughout the process of our renovation. We came home to a flooded home on Christmas Eve, and was able to speak to someone on Christmas Day to schedule our cleanup. They were at our home working the following week and showed so much kindness and understanding in an already very stressful situation. Chase and his crew did an excellent job. They were very professional and compassionate during the entire process. They answered ALL of my questions regarding their services and the insurance. Rodriguez Cleaning Services

I’ve used virtually every carpet cleaners in this city, and Rodriguez does the best job. They were on time and left the house with it smelling fabulous. I have dogs and cats, so I have to clean my carpets on occasion. I’ve never been disappointed with Rodriguez Carpet cleaners. They also do duct cleaning, hardwood floors, etc.  I will definitely use their services whenever I need them.

I have use this company both professionally and personally. The crew is courteous, clean and professional. Josh and Patrick did an awesome job in my home I purchased. I recommend you call Rodriguez cleaning and Restoration for your next clean needs.

Rodriguez Cleaning did an amazing job with my condo. A previous owner smoked cigarettes & the smell was HORRIBLE. After they were finished, the smell was minimal. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. We coated with kill primer & it's gone! I am very happy with my experience.

I had my ducts cleaned at my house today(10 Jul) and Patrick did a superb and excellent job!! He was very thorough and understood exactly what I needed done. He was very personable at the same time, professional. While he was working on the other ducts, I could already tell the difference in the air and the temperature. It felt cooler and lighter to breathe! After Patrick was done he showed me everything that was collected from the suction of the vacuum and wow😱!! It was mostly stuff left by the builders when they built this house so it’s been there since 2017. Thank you Patrick for a job very well done🙏😊‼️.

Chris was very professional and took extra time cleaning carpets and the air grates. Also, he pointed out and explained a problem that the previous homeowner had blocked a return duct and that it could not be reached in the wall to fix. Everything looks very good.

Aire Serv of Houston Northwest

Called Aireserv today around noon and spoke with Tamara, extremely courteous, and she was able to schedule someone out within a couple of hours.

Roy and Corey were the technicians that came to service the heater. Within 10 minutes they had the sensor cleaned and the heater working again. I would definitely recommend this company and the professionalism and quality of their employees.

We have used Aire Serve (Northwest) for a few years now for both our heating and A/C.  They are always professional and prompt, answering calls, and keeping us informed of the status of their visit. When they got to our home, they told us the issue, ordered the part and came back and installed it in a timely manner.  Very responsive.  We’d recommend them if you have heating or A/C issues.

Have been doing business with Aire Serv of Houston NW for several years now and am really glad I found them.  Giovanni and Miguel were 2 of the best technicians I have had out yet.  They were very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain some things I could do to improve our air quality and the life of our units.  This is important as I suffer from allergy related asthma .  I will be adding some of the recommended filters next month.

We were so pleased with our AireServ technician, Miguel, who made our Carrier motor repair efficiently & quickly.  He spent time going over everything before and after with my husband.  What a great guy & so friendly/professional!!  I highly recommend Miguel & AureServ Houston NW.

We always have such a great experience with Roy! He came to do our furnace maintenance and explains everything thoroughly. We need to do some cleanings and he explains the why, how, and cost! He is never pushy with his recommendations. We request Roy every time and recommend him to everyone.

Amazing company to work for. I have been in the industry since I was 16 (13 years in the industry) and i cannot stress enough how well they treat their employees. I have worked for 3 other restoration contractors and Paul Davis believes in home/life balance and rewarding hard work and consistency. I cant thank this company enough for being so accommodating. Yes this may be an inside review, but i feel the need to review the company i work for. They truly care about their employees and clients. I have seen other restoration companies I have worked for do shady and dishonest things but that trait has no place here it Paul Davis. Take this review for what its worth since I work here but I love working here and the culture here is phenomenal. Thanks for giving me the opportunity and trusting me to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Gary did a great job for us in getting all the work done, and with high-quality. I really appreciated that. It did take some time to complete the job, and we did have a few challenges with finance and payments being requested before the work was done. However, I find it is really hard to find people that do great quality work, and they certainly did that very well!

We had a major flood on a Friday night in May. We contacted our insurance agent and Paul Davis was recommended. We contacted them and they arrived with mitigation equipment in less than an hour. Over the next few days their team removed, labeled and boxed all of our personal content. The content and mitigation crews did a good job. There was lots of content as we were in the middle of a remodel and there was much more on the floor than would normally be the case. They cleaned, refurbished and stored our items until structural restoration was completed. Restoration was a difficult process. It always is. Chad, our Restoration Manager, went above and beyond to make it less stressful. He handled all the insurance issues as they arose. He was the best part of our experience. There are a few items to wrap up, but we've made it to the end. Nobody wants to go through this, but if you do, let Chad and Paul Davis help you recover.

We had a flood , water damage to our house last year. We talked our homeowners insurance and they recommended us to Paul Davis. I took quite awhile from start to finish till the work was completed.  I'm enjoying my new kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. Those were the rooms that were damaged.

Paul Davis Restoration was great to work with, our project manager Andrew Oman was very communicative, punctual and attentive to our situation.  He understood the complications of living and working in a home under repair and he made every effort to make our lives easier during what could have been a much more stressful time.  I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration for any home repair projects.

Ace Handyman Services Cypress

Ace Handyman Services was recommended to us by our neighbor. We needed 2 new doors fitted and replaced. We struggled finding someone who could do the work. Ace Handyman Services agreed to the job and I couldn’t be happier with their services and professionalism. This job was a bit problematic and Ace came out 2 extra times to rectify new issues we were having and handled them with courtesy and promptness. I was further impressed that the owner came out to ensure the work was done correctly and it was, we just had some unforeseen issues that made it a challenge. I appreciate that I was kept informed when the craftsman would arrive and if there was a need to change the schedule. They were always on time. I look forward to using them again as we prepare our home for sale.

Chris Rasmusen is doing a wonderful job on re-surfacing the deck around our pool. He has been great with suggestions on how to best do our rather unconventional repair. He works hard and cleans up at the end of each day. The results are looking great so far.

Job not finished -   multiple breaks and left job site , over 1 hour. Total work time 2:45. Extreme Heat index. Working with scheduler Waiting to see if guys are coming back to finish?????

The owner of Ace Handyman Service - Cypress, Greg, actually came and changed a toilet seat for me. He was on time and pleasant. He even carried off the old seat to dispose of in his dumpster and carried my empty trash can (it was trash day) up to my garage. Very nice man. Did a great job. Would definitely use this service again.

Eddie came out today to replace 2 spot light fixes outside and one reseeding light fixture inside.  These were high ceiling jobs about 20'.  Eddie was very professional and got the job done and I feel this was great value. I highly recommend them.

Aire Serv of Boerne

Had Aire Serve come out to a remodel and help with the HVAC unit. They were there on time, professional and did a great job. Would definately recommend them and will certainly use them for any needs in the future.

Charlie Baker has been servicing my ac for over 10 years.  He's a very knowledgeable and extremely professional person. He always answered all my questions and responded quickly when my AC broke down.  I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed with this service.

Charlie and the rest of air serv are amazing. Our AC went down over the weekend. Charlie had us visited, quoted, scheduled and installed before many of the other companies even returned our initial call. I can’t say enough about how Josh and Chance and the other techs showed up promptly, worked quickly and were all very approachable and knowledgeable.

Ace Handyman Services Northwest San Antonio

My experience with Hiram was so positive.   He proved that this project called for someone with knowledge and expertise ie not me!.  My lights and new faucets look great.  More to do in my master bath redo, but I can do some of it myself...I think.   Otherwise I will be asking Hiram for his help!

Our experience with Rick was above and beyond our expectations. He got right to work assembling our Chest Murphy bed.
He was very organized and on task.

Had some damage to the front door frame and weather stripping that was done by the delivery drivers who attempted to move a refrigerator through that was a bit too wide.
Called ACE Handyman Services to repair the damage.  Eric came out today and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost.
Would definitely use this company again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ace Handyman services and especially the amazing work of Rick De La Fuente. Rick was professional, worked effectively, and completed the jobs with great craftsmanship. He dry walled my ceiling, matched my paint, patched my roof, secured vents, removed old gutters, replaced two skylight screens, replaced siding, and cleaned up as if he wasn’t even here. I am beyond pleased and grateful for what I was provided with today. I will be making another appointment soon. Great job and THANK YOU! 🙏🏻

I had cut some holes in the drywall in my garage utility room to inspect some piping. The drywall repair was too complicated for me to tackle, due to the number of pipe penetrations and electrical outlets, so I called Ace Handyman Services. Jim was sent out to make the repair, and I couldn’t be happier. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention friendly and very neat. He completed the repair in less time than I expected and also completed a few other minor repairs while he was here. The repair and texturing looks great and I will be painting it tomorrow after everything is dry. Before and after photos are attached. The cost was reasonable so I would definitely recommend Ace Handyman to anyone.

Glass Doctor of Louisville

Had an estimate done in September 2023. The tech was professional and prompt. I received the quote and paid 50% down payment. Glass Doctor has never contacted me again. I have called repeatedly and heard every excuse. Now I am trying to get resolution from the corporate office. It is December and I have received nothing. I will either get my money back or my window replaced. I would not recommend the Louisville location for any service whatsoever. They are horrible, unresponsive, they lie and blame corporate for all their issues.

The customer service from office staff is HORRIBLE!!! We talked to a few different people (Rob, Robert, and Mark?).  We never got calls back and on the day of our service we were told "Call us in the morning and we'll let you know what time." I called just after 10AM and was told "We got your glass here and they'll be right on out." My husband and myself called 5 times over the course of the day and we got an answer finally at quarter till 3 in the afternoon we heard from the technician....not the office.  Our technicians were awesome!!!  The one that came out to measure (Charles) was great!  Office never sent us estimate after...we had to call and hound for it.  The technician that installed the windows was very professional and quick and did a great job!!! The technicians are the only reason this rating is a 2.  The end result was great but the process was horrible

Very fast and professional service, appointment was at 10:30,arrived early and was taken straight into the shop,window was replaced and service was complete in less than an hour, very pleased with the staff and I will use them again, especially with the price I received

Now I know why the other glass doctor company's closed, unprofessional, rude. They were to come out to my house today was told between 8-5. I told them I wanted them to call me the day before  and that did not happened. So 10 o'clock the next day I called them she kept saying they would be there between 8 and 5 today. I ask her why they could not give me a better estimate on the day they were supposed to come out, then she said oh you're the next appointment. I told her I wanted them to call before they come and not 2 minutes before. She said again between 8 and 5, obviously she didn't understand.  So I told her if he came and didn't call with at least  20 minutes notice I may or may not answer the door if that's the way they wanted to do business. So they didn't show up nor did they call very unprofessional. I'm hiring them they're not hiring me.

I am so happy with Glass Doctor.  Very courteous and professional.  Robert is great and my installer was amazing also.  Great experience.
