Hands down Aire Serv is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Chris Moore went above and beyond to help me with troubleshooting my Mr Cool Mini Split. He worked with MR. Cools tech support and in the end ensured I had a new compressor shipped under warranty. Their dispatch was also top notch. All around they are my go to call whenever I need help with my system.

Joe and Chris came out to my work, and were able to diagnose, repair, and finish all within an hour. Joe was not familiar with the commercial side, but was awesome at explaining the yearly maintenance and the fees. He and Chris were upfront and honest, and their work was top notch. I loved that I called around 1-2pm and they were here the same day. Will definitely recommend!

Once again Aire Serv of Nashville has come through for me. We had an emergency where our air conditioning unit went out and with 1 call they were able to send a technician out the next day. He was able to replace the broken part quickly and efficiently. Thank goodness because it was over 100 degrees outside! Very reasonably priced, professional service. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to anyone!

Professional,, at All times. Good quality of equipment and knowledgeable. Did not leave job until completed. We have had several AC Units in installed in our 70years of marriage, will have to say Have Never had the kind of care and service given by thi5 Company. Would and have been referring them as a Number ONE CO. Those who installed, and represented the Company in any way were courteous and caring of your home. We were Highly Impressed and will continue to use their Services.

Service tech Jeremy did a great job, I thought the repair would take all day but Jeremy found the leak and fixed it, had us up and running in about 45 minutes or less. He was very polite and friendly which was great. Also, would like to give the young ladies who answer the phones a shout out, they were the best in customer service!!….Everyone has been amazing!!
