My furnace stopped blowing hot air Thursday. Zack was able to come out right away after hours of us trying to troubleshoot on our own! Zack was fantastic at getting our furnace back working! He explained everything to us in detail and made sure we were satisfied before leaving! We had John come out the next day to quote us for a replacement that is desperately needed since our furnace is a 2007 and failing. He was kind, thorough, considerate, and so much more! The girls in the office are fantastic as well! So far everyone has been amazing and I actually look forward to my upcoming install this week!

I’m so impressed with Aire Serv. From the customer service on the phone to the professionalism of their staff, they are all top notch. My tech has been so helpful and polite. Today he worked over because he couldn’t figure out why the humidifier was so noisy. He’s honest about the age of the unit, its efficiency and at what point it may need to be replaced. Here's our story: In the midst of tearing out an old deck in our backyard, my wife and I unexpectedly found beneath the deck a highly degraded and very active gas line. Having no idea what to do, we initially called the gas company. They told us we needed a private contractor to remedy the situation; the gas company wouldn't touch it. Thus began our hunt. And it was a hunt! I reached out to more than 10 companies and individuals in an effort to find the right contractor for the job, which largely entailed (1) moving one segment of the gas line into our basement, running it through our drop ceiling, and (2) redoing burying another segment of the line at the appropriate depth. Aire Serve was solidly in the middle of the range of quotes I received, pricing at half the cost of one contractor yet double the price of another. But believe me, Aire Serve is worth every penny. Start to finish, the entire team treated us great, offering helpful advice and providing reliable solutions. The estimator was focused on genuinely addressing our issue; the two installers who performed the job worked great together, answered all of our questions and did an amazing job; and the front office happily provided proof of insurance and coordinated the appropriate permit and inspection. Bottom line? If you need a company you can trust to do a job right the first time, you need Aire Serve. I've already recommended them to a neighbor.

The service technician Zack was on time and very professional. He was very through and explained everything that needed to be done on the furnace. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hasatate to call Aire Serv again.

From the start of getting a quote, sending me all of the financing options and clearly communicating any changes along the way they were always straightforward with what to expect and professional. During installation the guys always wore shoe covers to keep dirt/mud and other things out of my house during their work. They respected the space they worked in both days and worked swiftly. When they finished their work they went through explaining all of my new items, when and where to buy filters, the safety precautions on each machine and more. I will always recommend them to people to have a family owned feel to their service. Can’t wait to have them back out to do maintenance!
