Excellent experience with this company. Our garage door stopped working one day and it took us 3 months to call someone about it. They diagnosed the issue in about an hour and unfortunately we needed a new garage door opener. They did a great job with the installation of the new garage door opener that we picked out and we had no issues. Good communication, though they won't give you a specific time frame on when they will be at your house. Overall, very satisfied.

Excellent experience with Accelerated Garage Door.  I had a garage door that had become very noisy and wanted to get it fixed for a reasonable price.  The person on the phone explained the likely cost ahead of time.  The technician, Rob, was very knowledgeable and showed me how to lubricate the door regularly in the future. When he serviced it, the door went from very noisy to extremely quiet.  Very pleased.

Had a garage door spring break and it was fixed just hours later. Rob has done this a time or two LOL and fixed the problem, replaced 20 year old parts, adjusted, and greased the door into tiptop shape (and he was a welcome riot).

Get other quotes before using them because their prices are ridiculously high.  Also, the technician left our door open all afternoon and we were not home.

Dan and his install team were awesome! Doors are much better quality and cost less than what another big named company tried to sell us. Dan had us taken care of in days...not months like the other company.  I'll definitely use Accelerated for all my garage door needs.

Paul Davis Restoration

We had a basement bedroom flood about a month ago and Robin Chute has been an amazing Project Manager to work with from start to finish. From the tear out, to dry wall being put back in, to the painting and carpet team every member of the team was respectful and treated us and our home as their own! Robin was amazing from running me carpet samples at a football game, to sending us paint colors to pick from he made the entire process so easy! Again a huge Thank you for all you guys did for our family!!!

They "repaired" my grandpa and grandmas house after a fire. They were so unprofessional! They would only deal with my one Aunt, who is mentally unstable, they wouldn't even take talk to anyone else. They messed up multiple items and they wont come back to fix their mistakes! They got paint on brand new flooring and the outlet covers they installed are awful. Do not use this company!

The guys do quality work and are very professional after a disaster in your home. I would highly recommend them. Very communicative.

Paul Davis has got to have some of the most professional people in the industry. They did an excellent job of getting my basement taken care of after a major leak in one of my waterpipes. They assisted me from day one when they were first notified and took care of my every need until I had everything back to the way it was before the leak. So thankful for these guys and would recommend  them to everyone!

Glass Doctor of Kansas City

Today we met with Glass Doctor about a sick window 🤒🪟.  They came as a recommendation from another trusted company, Window World, due to the type of solution we needed.  We were so impressed with quality of service  from the first time we spoke, to the follow up and the actual consultation.  The bid to replace the glass was less than half the cost to install new windows and the solution, a more attractive fit!  Thank you Ronnie in KC and Diona/Wojo from STL for your above and beyond professionalism and integrity 🙏.

What a terrific experience! I was very leery about having just anyone replace the windshield on my older camaro, but I chose Glass Doctor based on a friend's recommendation. The tech showed up at the house right on time and I was more than relieved when he said that he has over 20 years experience working on these exact cars. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had all of the tools he needed in his truck. He did a great job, completed in about an hour, and I am very pleased with the results.

This will be my second time working with this company. First our sliding glass door. And now our car window glass.. I very happy with the service. I will keep calling Glass doctor

I picked Glass Doctor because they said they only used OEM Glass. The first install they used Safelite glass. They then replaced that glass with so called OEM glass. Today in learning that the glass is separating delaminating so I went to a new glass vendor to find out I have a super cheap non OEM glass installed. After removal of the glass it was discovered gouging from the glass knife that cause major rust under the glass. Now I know where the water was getting into my car after several visits and hundreds of dollars to my dealership. I would highly recommend you find a different shop.

Update 11/20/2020  here is your record. I attached a pic of your guy installing the last non OEM cheep glass. Notice the Glass Doctor polo.. This was NO miscommunication!

- Darrell was the first technician out to my home to replace the glass on the stationary side of my sliding door, he was able to replace it the same day as the quote which was convenient for me (as taking a full day off of work costs me about $250).  However after installing the door he did not bother to check it as after he left I realized that the sliding door no longer worked properly and was extremely difficult to close and open.

- I called for them to come back and was notified I would be called in 1-2 days to schedule a return visit.  After about a week I called back again and was then able schedule a return date.  They notified me they are unable to schedule time frames beyond 9-11 or 12-4 which to me doesn't make much sense since I work for a service company that can accommodate and schedule appointments within a 2 hour timeframe. The office staff was unwilling to accommodate my schedule and I had to reschedule this visit a second time after they tried to arrive before I would be home. (appointment was scheduled for 12-4 with the hopes of an appointment after 2:30, they called me at 11).

- Ronnie was the technician who arrived to fix my door which was a simple fix needing only 2 screws and some WD-40. If Darrell had paid more attention and just added the missing screws (which he did inform me of at the time of service) I would not have had this issue.

- I was originally going to put 1 star but Ronnie was respectful, prompt and quick with his work.

- I would recommend Ronnie as a technician but would not recommend Glass Doctor.

Arrived promptly on time. Very courteous and professional. I had a couple of interior windows that needed the framing reinstalled. He did a great job on them. Then, cleaned up the area very well. I am very pleased with the service I received and the cost was very reasonable. I will not hesitate of call Ace Handyman for any future projects I have. Thank you!

Ace Handyman Services Kansas City did a fantastic job on replacing the ceiling vent fan in our main bathroom.  From my very first contact with the company all the way through to job completion and payment, everything went extremely well.

During the job some minor technical glitches occurred.  None of these technical glitches were the fault of the craftsmen.  In each case all along the way, I was consulted on status and options for successful resolutions.

We ordered a custom barn door and had a great experience with Walston. Unfortunately the first door was damaged in transit but they acted quickly to handle the claim, make a new door and ship via a new carrier and kept me continuously updated during the process. The new door arrived in great condition and my contractor was able to install it in just a few hours. Would highly recommend Walston!!

We had some glass panel French Doors that were somehow always in the way.  So, we decided to change them out for some barn doors.  I looked in stores and online… I saw lots of vintage looking barn doors.  I wanted something more modern.  My Mom actually found these doors from Walston Door Company, and it was love at first sight!  Caleb Walston helped me make sure my measurements were right - none of the other websites could have helped me with that, especially since we were dealing with Double Barn Doors.  Shipping was straightforward.  The person we had install them was impressed that the doors came pre-drilled for everything.  We love how these turned out - they really opened up the room and dressed it up.

Was happily surprised to receive this white oak door from Walston Door Company to install in our master bedroom. I wasn’t sure what to expect bc the entire purchase was done online without swatches or seeing any of their work in person, but the door is gigantic, the wood coloring is very neutral with no yellow/orange tones  that can sometimes happen with oak, and we’ve gotten lots of compliments on it.

This turns out to be a Multi-Business Building. Telle Tire Companies, West regional Corporate office is here. 2nd floor. The reason I leave 5 stars isn't because my employer leases a smaller but super clean suite, it's because when I walked in, a gentleman in the center Information Island was super nice, acknowledged me, stood up and was going to walk me to Telle's suite. Whole place is clean, well maintained. Parking lot wasn't destroyed! Took for ever from JoCo due to many highest closures, yet was nearly a straight shot home. If I had a business, I'd be happy in that building.

When it first opened it was pleasant but there's a stringy haired wyatboy that I'm sure is only there to ruin this busy. I just stop going. The second problem  is the price. Ridiculous.

Avg gas price is .10 cents more than anywhere else and the POS pumps card readers don't work. The reader tells you to go inside to pay regardless of which pump you use. THEN THESE SCAMMERS CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR USING THE INDOOR CARD READER.

These guys are ruthless. They up charge depending on who u are and how they feel. I asked em to run a certain AMT on my card, and it didn't go thru, so I literally had to get a dollar in gas. When I got back to my car I saw thru my debit card notification on my phone that he ran it for way too much. And he did that on purpose.
Over priced, rude, not worth wasting your money

I will never go to this gas station again first thing is for regular gas they charge 2.73 and the average gas price for missouri is 2.66 a gallon as well the customer service is not good and they try to charge you 35 cent to use your credit or debit card . How can they charge you money to spend money what their doing is called price gouging

They are a dime higher then anyone else on gas and they would not let me warmup on my bike ride home from work even after I bought a over priced candy bar

Ameri Fence Corporation of Kansas City

The order process went great. I ordered 2 seperate orders consisting of  1 - Vinyl and 1 - Chain Link. When I recieved my Vinyl order it was packaged so badly that several of the rails were broken. I have had to file a damage claim with FedEx Freight that has yet to be paid.
When I received my black chain link once again the packaging was so bad that every piece of rail and the post were scratched to the point that they will have to be painted before installaion. I have contacted America's Fence Store both by phone and email with no call back except to ask for pictures, that was several days ago. Also, one of the rolls of chain link looks as if it has had a lift fork ran through it that cause damage as well.

We needed 2 new panels and a post for our fence which was damaged, Ryan Sexton went above and beyond to determine the correct panels to buy and made the whole transaction seamless.  It is hard to find good customer service at this time and Ryan was top notch!  Thank you!

Ordered chain link gates from them, still waiting for them to be completed and it’s been almost a month.  Do not recommend them to anyone. They prioritize companies over other business.

Poor communication. Order was delayed due to covid which is understandable. None of this was communicated to me. Expected ship date came and went. Took multiple emails and phone calls to get a new ship date which was also missed. Upon another follow up email I got an order shipped confirmation. Will update once fence arrives.

I have a small fence contracting business and these guys are my go to suppliers. They are professional and regularly exceed expectations!! If you're a DIY'er or a fence contractor I recommend buying from Amerifence!
